Surah Al-Fâtihah, as the greatest surah in the Qur'an, can be obtained, evaluated and tested for the truth of its knowledge through five levels of understanding (Fiqh), namely: Fiqh al-Lughah (Language and the Nature of Knowledge), Fiqh al-Munâsabah (Correlation and Building Structure of Knowledge), Fiqh al-Hidâyah (Instructions and Methods for Obtaining and Testing the Truth of Knowledge), Fiqh al-Idârah (how to Manage the Benefits, Solutions and Neutrality of Knowledge), and Fiqh al-Hadârah (ways of Knowledge solve the problem). The tadabbur analysis of Surah Al-Fâtihah was carried out using an integration approach of three perspectives, namely: First, the perspective of the Philosophy of Science, Second, the perspective of Bloom's Taxonomy regarding the Dimensions of Knowledge, and Third, the perspective of the Tadabbur Methodology. Through a combination of the three perspectives, it can be formulated that Surah Al-Fâtihah is a surah which means Opener, has a philosophy of meaning of victory (Al-Fath) based on openness; both thoughts, heart (beliefs and emotions), and attitudes (behavior and morals). In the context of Constitutional Politics, this Surah inspires constitutionalism as the spirit needed in the formation of a Constitution. Up to the level of the Living Constitution which contributed to the civilization of all humans in the world. This research aims to determine the concept of implementing the Quranic tadabur Surah Al-Fatihah in constitutional politics

Every clothing must have utility, beauty, or distinctiveness to keep buyers interested. Creative clothing is one type of apparel that is both unique and very creative. Creative clothing is clothing created as a consequence of a person's imagination, wishful thinking, thoughts, ideas, or inspiration to express creativity. The inspiration or inspirations for designing these imaginative garments might vary, such as the fantasy-themed animation series Sword Art Online. Sword Art Online is a fantasy series that prompted researchers to create imaginative attire, with the series' character Leafa serving as the primary inspiration. Leafa is a character from Suguha's sylph race in the Alfheim Online game who assists her older brother, Kirito, in saving Asuna, who is trapped in the game. This study intends to foster the writer's creativity by creating unique apparel and utilizing what he or she has learned in class. This study used the PPE model technique, which has three stages: planning, production, and assessment. This study creates unique attire that complements Leafa's qualities by using glossy textiles that provide a stunning and glamorous visual impression. The wing embellishments on this unique clothes add to its appeal and consistency with the theme.

Aging of the skin is a complex biological process. The process of skin aging can be divided into two categories namely intrinsic and extrinsic aging. Intrinsic skin aging or natural aging is caused by changes in skin elasticity that occur with age. This type of aging cannot be prevented. While extrinsic skin aging is caused by environmental factors such as exposure to solar radiation (photoaging). In this study, the type of research approach used is a type of qualitative research through a literature review. The type of data used is the type of secondary data. Secondary data is a type of data obtained from certain parties or media indirectly, meaning that certain parties become intermediaries where they obtain and record these data beforehand. The aging process of the skin is influenced by intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The extrinsic factor that most influences the aging process of the skin is chronic sun exposure which is called photoaging. Sunlight contains 96% UVA and has the most significant biological effect compared to UVB and UVC. Several factors that affect photodamaging are skin type, pigmentation, and acclimatization. Skin changes that occur in photoaging include the presence of vesicles in the epidermis, reduced Langerhans cells, and enlarged and pale epidermal cells; in the dermis, there is an elastic mass; pigment changes in the form of dotted (irregular pigmentation) and hyperpigmentation.

Acne is a common skin condition characterized by inflammation of the hair follicles and oil glands in the skin. The most effective acne treatment is the use of antibiotics. This research is an experimental study and aims to identify galangal rhizome isolates (Kaemperia galangan L) obtained from N-Hexane extract. using Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) and Densitometry TLC as well as testing the antibacterial activity of the acne-causing Propionibacterium acnes ATCC 6919 using Complete Tool Design (RAL) with SPSS analysis, confidence level (p<0.05) and continued with the ANOVA test using the disc diffusion and liquid dilution methods for MIC. On In Vitro test Kaempferia galanga Linn contains antibacterial compounds that cause acne, namely Ethyl P-Methoxy Sinnamate with medium-strong strength at a concentration of 0.6%; 1.2%, and 2.4% with an inhibition zone of 8.70 mm; 10,10 mm and 11.70 mm. The clear zone for Clindamycin is 27.30 mm. Ethyl P-Methoxy Cinnamate (EPMS) isolated from Kaempferia galanga Linn N-Hexane extract Kaempferia galanga Linn has a concentration of 1.572 g/mL and has activity against Propionibacterium acnes bacteria at a concentration of 0.6%; 1.2% and 2.4%","PeriodicalId":507389,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Research","volume":"239 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139152803","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
The Golden Visa policy, aimed at attracting quality investors and global talents, has gained prominence globally, including in Indonesia through Permenkumham 22 of 2023. This policy is designed to enhance the domestic economy by offering incentives and streamlined processes for foreign investors and talents. However, the potential threat posed by the Golden Visa system is a subject of concern, prompting this research to delve into its implications using qualitative research methods and an inductive approach. The analysis reveals that the potential threat of the Golden Visa lies in its capacity to negatively impact national security. Recognizing the significant role of the Directorate General of Immigration, the agency vested with authority in the immigration sector, becomes crucial in mitigating these threats. The integration of intelligence analysis and collaborative governance within the Directorate General of Immigration can serve as an effective early detection mechanism for potential threats associated with the Golden Visa program. In conclusion, while the Golden Visa policy holds the promise of economic benefits for Indonesia, it is imperative to address and manage the potential security threats it may pose. By leveraging the expertise of immigration authorities and employing strategic intelligence analysis, Indonesia can strike a balance between attracting foreign investments and talents while safeguarding its national security interests.
