Taxes are a crucial instrument in determining a country's revenue. However, challenges remain, especially in the face of societal resistance to tax collection. To achieve people's welfare, tax regulations are needed, namely tax laws, which require public awareness. Therefore, this paper will discuss the effect of tax law on the welfare of the Indonesian people. This paper uses the type of data that produces descriptive evidence, collects information about the relationship between variables, and deepens the data used in the study in this paper. This study uses secondary documents in the form of writing and figures from articles and news with trusted sites as the object of discussion in this report. The results show that taxes play a central role in Indonesia's economy, and the main source of state revenue is the income sector. Tax amnesty can be a solution to increase tax revenue by capturing new taxes and increasing public awareness about the importance of adherence to tax laws. Increased public awareness is needed so that facilities, education, services, and security can be improved to achieve better public welfare.

Pregnancy is an important period for a woman. During this period, women experience many physical and emotional changes that require special attention and care. Antenatal health education is an effort to provide knowledge and information to pregnant women about pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum health. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of antenatal health education on healthy pregnancies and safe births. This study used qualitative research methods. Research data was obtained through literature study and in-depth interviews with 10 pregnant women who had attended antenatal health education. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that antenatal health education has a positive impact on healthy pregnancies and safe births. Pregnant women who take part in antenatal health education have better knowledge about pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum health. This knowledge helps pregnant women to take better care of themselves and their fetus' health, make the right decisions regarding pregnancy and childbirth, prepare themselves physically and mentally for labor and postpartum, and face pregnancy and childbirth complications more calmly.

The role of social institutions in the context of developing prisoners in prisons, especially Cilegon prisons, needs to be increased so that the Binaa residents, after they have finished serving as prisoners, when they are released, have truly become good human beings in the community. Both from a religious and moral perspective and obeying legal regulations. The aim of this research is to determine the role of Cilegon Prison in the context of developing citizens in Class II Cilegon Correctional Institutions. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with data analysis using descriptive statistics. The instrument used in this research is the researcher, who acts as a "human instrument" to obtain the required data. The researchers used observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and questionnaires aimed at each data source, Head of Cilegon Prison, Residents of Cilegon Province Prison. Banten. From the results of research and discussions, it is clear that in the last 3 years the pattern of training inmates in Cilegon prisons has been successful with a significant reduction in criminal cases, especially general criminal cases, and a reduction in recidivists re-entering Cilegon Provincial prisons. Banten, where the consistent application of criminal law for repeat criminals with increased punishment and the provision of special treatment for recidivist prisoners, is expected to reduce the number of recidivist prisoners. In general, there is no difference in the mechanism for training ordinary prisoners and recidivist prisoners. The form of guidance for recidivist prisoners is more focused on independent activities, so that it is hoped that recidivists who have already committed crimes will no longer commit crimes and after leaving their sentence will be well received by the outside community

Pepsi's recent advertisement campaign, which features the tagline #BetterWithPepsi, was launched in honor of National Burger Day. The campaign has been promoted across all social media platforms and showcases portraits of fast-food packaging that incorporate Pepsi's signature colors into the branding of popular fast-food chains such as Burger King, McDonald's, and Wendy's. This advertisement has been analyzed using semiotic theory by Roland Barthes, who suggests that the use of the advertisement is akin to a collaboration or combination between fast food and drinks that complement each other, such as Pepsi. The tagline #BetterWithPepsi implies that the public will consume food and drinks that are always together, thereby creating a mindset that associates the consumption of food with the use of Pepsi. The advertisement's use of semiotics is evident in the incorporation of Pepsi's colors into the branding of other fast-food chains, which creates a visual association between the two. This association is further reinforced by the tagline, which suggests that the consumption of food is incomplete without the addition of Pepsi. The advertisement's effectiveness can be attributed to its ability to tap into the public's desire for convenience and the need for a complete dining experience. By positioning Pepsi as an essential component of the fast-food experience, the advertisement creates a sense of loyalty and brand recognition among consumers.

In the event of the 2024 presidential election, the neutrality and position of the president play a key role in ensuring the continuity of democracy and justice. This article aims to investigate these issues from the perspective of constitutional law and comparative law. Through a normative juridical approach, this article explores the neutrality and position of the president in the 2024 general election from the perspective of constitutional law and comparative law. The data sources used come from primary and secondary sources. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be stated that the president as the people who have the right to vote and as the head of state who must prioritize neutrality towards the general election is prohibited from inviting others or the public to vote for one of the candidates. In addition, a legal comparison conducted with Malaysia, the Philippines, and South Korea found that the general elections conducted are almost the same as those conducted by Indonesia. Except Malaysia, because its form of government is a parliamentary constitutional monarchy. This means that executive power is held by the prime minister, who is the head of government and leads the cabinet. The Prime Minister is chosen from members of Parliament, who are members of the legislature elected by the people in general elections.

Research conducted by PR2Media at the end of 2022 found that 82.6% of 852 female journalists who were study respondents in 34 provinces reported having experienced sexual violence, including Central Java province. However, the research did not specifically discuss KBGO specifically for each region. In fact, digital violence targeting female journalists falls into the category of Online Gender-Based Violence (OGBV), namely acts of violence through internet technology to harass victims. The urgency of this research is to reveal Online Gender-Based Violence experienced by female journalists in Semarang as the capital of Central Java. The purpose of this study is to find out how the experience of OGBV that occurred during their profession, as well as to find out the types of OGBV that have been experienced. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, surveys and literature studies, which are then described descriptively. The findings of this research show that the type of GBV experienced by female journalists in Semarang is cyber harassment (46.7), and the attitude taken by female journalists who are victims of online gender-based violence is to refuse to remain silent, an anomaly of Muted Group Theory

In the current era, land for farming is increasingly decreasing because the population is so large that agricultural land is being converted into residential land. To enable people to continue farming, especially in urban areas, one of the existing solutions is to use the aeroponic method. In this research, the Internet of Things-based aeroponic lettuce plant nutrition control system found that the TDS sensor was able to maintain the stability of the ppm value of the solution (560-840) ppm according to the needs of the lettuce plant by triggering a peristaltic pump to actively fill the nutrient solution when the ppm value was detected below the set point. The DHT22 sensor is capable of detecting temperatures in the range of 27-33°C and humidity of 70% - 95%. The ultrasonic sensor in the system is used to measure the water level in the box. In this system, to regulate the level of the nutrient solution using a TDS sensor, an average reading value of 675.08 ppm was obtained. The duration of watering and the level of the nutrient solution are done automatically and can be monitored via smartphone so there is no need to check manually every day.
