In the contemporary landscape of education, the imperative of providing quality education for all has become a paramount concern. This dissertation investigates the instrumental role of inclusive leadership in ensuring the provision of quality education for all in Islamic secondary educational institutions. These institutions, serving as bastions of both religious and academic development, demand a leadership approach that is inclusive, equitable, and forward-looking. The study delves into the multifaceted concept of inclusive leadership, exploring its theoretical underpinnings and practical implications within the unique context of Islamic secondary education. Inclusive leadership goes beyond conventional models by actively involving diverse stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, and addressing the individual needs of all students. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative analyses to comprehensively understand the impact of inclusive leadership on access to education and the enhancement of learning experiences

Male sexual dysfunction, including ED, PD, and PE, is prevalent, particularly in older men. Research has suggested that hormonal factors, specifically low total testosterone levels, may contribute to these conditions. TTh has been explored as a potential treatment for male sexual dysfunction, but studies have used varying assessment methods. This meta-analysis aimed to provide a comprehensive evaluation by using a consistent assessment tool, the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF). Methods: Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comparing TTh with placebo in adult men with sexual dysfunction were included. The primary outcome measure was the IIEF score. Studies were selected through a systematic literature search, and 16 RCTs met the inclusion criteria. Results: 16 studies were deemed from 98 studies was identified. The effect size testosterone therapy (Tth) in overall sexual dysfuction with standardized mean difference (SMD) 1.8, 95% CI 0.31 to 3.43. Impact of testosterone therapy on erectile dysfunction with Mean Difference (MD) 3.07, 95% CI 1.68 to 4.46. P-value 0.0001) (p<0.0001). Discussion: Testosterone plays a crucial role in regulating various aspects of male health, including sexual function. TTh has demonstrated positive effects on sexual function, particularly in improving erectile function. The time course of TTh effects suggests that improvements in libido and sexual activity can occur within weeks, while substantial improvements in erectile function may take several months. Additional assessment tools, such as the PDQ-Q4 and DISF-M-II, have also shown positive outcomes with TTh.

The CPI is useful for knowing the increase in income, prices, can also be used as an economic indicator and a benchmark for the amount of production costs. The Consumer Price Index is often used to measure the level of increase or decrease (inflation/deflation) in the prices of goods and services that are the basic needs of the people of an area, as well as a consideration for salary adjustments, retirement wages and others. CPI forecasting in Sorong City is a solution to predict future economic conditions as seen from the increase or decrease in the CPI and choose the right countermeasure or strategy in dealing with the consequences of an increase (inflation) or decrease (deflation) in the CPI that will occur in the future. This research aims to analyze the impact of monetary policy on bank profitability in Indonesia during the pandemic using panel data from 93 banks in Indonesia with a time span from 2017-2022 using the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) approach. The motivation for this research comes from the identification that the relationship between monetary policy and bank profitability is simultaneously very important because it has significant implications in efforts to maintain monetary stability and financial system stability. The research results show that there is a significant positive impact of monetary policy in the form of the BI7DRR policy interest rate on the ROA, ROE and NIM ratios in the 2017-2022 period. Furthermore, the BI7DRR interest rate policy had a significant positive effect on ROA and ROE before and during the pandemic with a greater influence during the pandemic for ROA and during the pre-pandemic period for the ROE ratio. This reflects that banks in Indonesia have not yet fully found a way to anticipate the impact of lower policy interest rates on their profitability. Meanwhile, BI7DRR only had a significant effect on NIM in the pre-pandemic period, considering that the decline in BI7DRR was not immediately responded to by banks by reducing credit interest rates.

One of the keys to success for a company is the ability to maintain its sustainability in satisfying customers and stakeholders. The aim of this research is to answer the challenges and problems in maintaining business sustainability in the financial industry, including banking. This research includes four main variables, namely Cultural Intelligence, Sharing Knowledge, Organization Culture and Sustainable Innovation Behavior. The result finds that Employee's Cultural Intelligence has a significant effect on Sustainable Innovation Behavior and has no effect on Sharing Knowledge. However, the study shows that Organization Culture can play a role in moderating (strengthening) the influence of Employee's Cultural Intelligence by Sharing Knowledge. On the other hand, Organization Culture is unable to moderate the influence of Employee's Cultural Intelligence on Sustainable Innovation Behavior. Apart from that, it is also known that Sharing Knowledge is unable to mediate the influence of Employee's Cultural Intelligence on Sustainable Innovation Behavior. Companies are encouraged to maintain the condition where employees have the consciousness and understanding in the usage of Culture Knowledge when they interact with each other in diverse cultures and backgrounds, as well as to increase employees understanding of Organization Culture because it can strengthen the influence of Employee's Cultural Intelligence on knowledge sharing efforts

This study aimed to investigate the potential of papaya seed extract as an antihyperglycemic agent and to determine the histopathological features of the pancreas of female mice induced by streptozotocin-sucrose. The study used female DDY mice and divided them into five groups, including a negative control group, a positive control group, and three test groups given different doses of papaya seed methanol extract. The parameters measured were the decrease in fasting blood glucose levels, the number, diameter, and area of the islets of Langerhans in each group. The data was analyzed using the one-way ANOVA method with a confidence level of 95% followed by a comparison test using the Least Significant Difference method. The results showed that the methanol extract of papaya seeds has the potential to reduce blood glucose levels and improve the histological structure of the pancreas of diabetic mice induced by streptozotocin-sucrose at an optimum dose of 100 mg/kgBW. There was a significant difference in reducing blood glucose levels between the negative control group and the test group given 100 mg/kgBW papaya seed methanol extract after seven days of treatment. After fourteen days, there was a significant difference between the negative control group and test groups I, II, and III. Although no significant differences were found in the number, diameter, and area of the islets of Langerhans through morphometric photo testing, microscopic photo testing showed that test group I had the best histopathological picture with no vacuolization and necrosis found.

The study used female DDY mice and divided them into five groups, including a negative control group, a positive control group, and three test groups given different doses of papaya seed methanol extract. The parameters measured were the decrease in fasting blood glucose levels, the number, diameter, and area of the islets of Langerhans in each group. The data was analyzed using the one-way ANOVA method with a confidence level of 95% followed by a comparison test using the Least Significant Difference method. The results showed that the methanol extract of papaya seeds has the potential to reduce blood glucose levels and improve the histological structure of the pancreas of diabetic mice induced by streptozotocin-sucrose at an optimum dose of 100 mg/kgBW. There was a significant difference in reducing blood glucose levels between the negative control group and the test group given 100 mg/kgBW papaya seed methanol extract after seven days of treatment. After fourteen days, there was a significant difference between the negative control group and test groups I, II, and III. Although no significant differences were found in the number, diameter, and area of the islets of Langerhans through morphometric photo testing, microscopic photo testing showed that test group I had the best histopathological picture with no vacuolization and necrosis found.","PeriodicalId":507389,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Research","volume":"19 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140412218","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
