The demand for herbs and spices products in Indonesia has been steadily increasing each year, especially since the pandemic of COVID-19 pandemic. Information from various media about the benefits of herbs and spices for maintaining health and body stamina has encouraged people to consume the products and their derivations forms. The emergence of various processed herbs and spices products requires producers to better understand consumer behavior. This research aims to understand the decision-making process of purchasing and consumer preferences for processed spice and herbal products produced by SMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Sukoharjo Regency. The research involved 103 respondents from Sukoharjo Regency who have consumed herbs and spices products made by SMEs during the last three months. Descriptive methods were conducted through direct interviews with consumers using questionnaires, while conjoint analysis was used to determine the attributes most considered by consumers when making a purchase. The research findings show that the characteristics of consumers of processed herbs and spices products in Sukoharjo Regency are generally dominated by females, aged 17 to 25 years, mainly students, with a monthly income of around IDR 2,000,000. There are three main attributes considered when selecting products, namely taste (23,2%), sugar content (19,1%), and serving forms (12,4%), while the brand attribute has the lowest importance value at 9.4%.

This research aims to analyze the influence of extrinsic reward and intrinsic reward on affective commitment. Primary data, collected through surveys of respondents from the target population, served as the data source. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews, observations, and surveys using questionnaires. The respondents targeted for the survey are employees who have permanent employee status and have worked for at least one year are targeted for the survey. This study employs descriptive research methods. Sampling employed non-probability techniques, such as convenience sampling. The research results revealed a positive and significant impact of both extrinsic and intrinsic rewards on affective commitment. This shows that giving rewards, both in extrinsic and intrinsic form, can increase employee emotional commitment to the company. Apart from that, the results of the analysis also show that affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on knowledge transfer. This emphasizes the importance of having employees with high emotional commitment, because this can increase their ability to share knowledge and information with colleagues. To develop these findings, companies can consider improving reward programs that can increase employee affective commitment, both through extrinsic and intrinsic rewards. Apart from that, companies can also pay attention to other factors that can increase affective commitment, such as a supportive work culture, opportunities for development, and recognition of employee contributions. In this way, companies can create a work environment that supports knowledge transfer and improves overall performance.

This research aims to contribute to modern business, new work systems, and industrial relations. This research is a longitudinal study involving manufacturing companies. Researchers collected data at two different periods. Researchers surveyed by sending a questionnaire to the company's human resources managers. Research findings show a reasonably strong relationship between implementing new work practices and better company results. However, according to the dominant theory, this result does not always occur in every case. These results indicate a greater focus on small businesses, which play a significant role in the fabric industry. The third result shows the durability or sustainability of individual practices. These new practices have proven effective in improving company performance, which may be why groups are more confident implementing them. Discriminant analysis reveals that firms' structural and market characteristics account for most of the variability in their orientation toward organizational innovation. The intensity of relationships with other companies positively correlates with using new work practices, mainly if the company operates internationally. The competition level in the company's market is also related to the use of new work practices and intense, innovative activities, especially those related to technology and the coordination of activities within the organization, such as information technology.

This research aims to determine the costs of capital adjustments and company dynamics. Company panels comprise the database. The main advantage of analyzing the nature of adjustment costs at the plant level is that the data contain information for purchases and sales of capital goods. Panel data, including information from many plants and long periods, allows for a more comprehensive analysis of firms' investment behavior in the face of capital adjustment costs. The estimation results allow for the recovery of companies' frictions in adjusting their capital stock. The estimation results for capital adjustment costs are consistent with other studies using similar methodologies. Estimates show that there are significant, unchangeable fixed costs, as well as moderate quadratic costs. Researchers then use the estimated parameters in a counterfactual simulation to analyze the impact of a decline in average firm profitability on the labor market. The results show a significant labor market response to the shock, with the transition to the new stable state being slow and taking several years to complete the adjustment. The simulations highlight the importance of not only modeling capital mobility but also considering and estimating its frictions to evaluate the impact of policies or shocks on the economy. The mobility and capital adjustment costs influence the speed of the economy's adjustment to shocks and their effects on factor allocation and remuneration in the short and long term.

This research aims to provide conclusive results regarding interaction and discussion, use, and exploitation of social media in the context of general elections in the digital public space. This research involves analyzing all messages published by presidential candidates via social media during the general election campaign. Every day during the campaign, a presidential candidate published a tweet, thereby collecting data. The research results revealed that the general public's ability to participate in substantive political conversations related to the presidential election remains incomplete. The achievement of equality among participants in digital public spaces remains incomplete. Candidates focus more on their political messages and interactions with the media and their own political platforms rather than interacting equally with other users. The role of participants in digital public spaces is very relevant. Although the Internet provides a wealth of information, users tend to be disseminators rather than conducting in-depth analysis. This can hinder the formation of independent opinions and meaningful participation in political discussions. In this context, commercialization and excessive information on the internet can be detrimental to the process of creating a healthy public space. However, in reality, the internet has not been able to effectively overcome complex political challenges. In this context, it is important to develop a more critical understanding of the role of the internet in shaping the digital public sphere. This requires awareness of the challenges and complexities involved, as well as efforts to promote more active and educated participation in the digital public sphere.

This study aims to identify features for stock market value predictions based on time series grouping. This research uses various data sets for different activities. We have the balance sheet data set, which includes a series of quarterly balance sheets. Next, there is the ratio data set. The clustering data set consists of a series of daily prices. There are two data sets for testing activities: pilot forecasts and investments with daily data, projections, and investments. To speed up the development and exploration of different methods, testing begins with a subset of the data, with additional shares of witnesses. This research uses ARIMA and artificial neural networks to predict stock prices. Predicted results provide an investment strategy that compares the results obtained with what happens, resulting in generally positive profits. The capacity of artificial neural networks to manage non-linearities in financial data explains this. Second, many experiments demonstrate that not all data can be utilized using predicting techniques. These results indicate that improved estimations do not always result from more significant data. Forecast accuracy and performance on the test set will likely be negatively impacted by noise and competing signals introduced by data from unrelated stocks. Put another way, by including unrelated data, the information about the action supplied by the group of which it is a member is obscured. As such, the forecasts more closely align with the market's average behavior than with the performance of a specific stock.

This research aims to observe how students develop their written narrative skills. This research uses survey instruments and questionnaires as data collection methods. Statistical methods are used in data analysis. One hundred students were involved in this research, except those who only wrote less than seven texts from the research sample. The study results show that students experience significant development in their linguistic expression in written communication situations. Their ability to produce texts becomes richer at the linguistic level, with increased lexical diversity in nominal and verbal areas. They also showed a better ability to use sentence-connecting devices. However, there are differences between students who use their mother tongue and those who use their second language in terms of lexis and syntax. Students who use their mother tongue tend to use less and less varied lexis than their second language. In addition, students also showed higher linguistic uncertainty, especially in terms of case inflection and syntax. Nevertheless, there are no significant differences between the two language groups regarding the global structure of the texts. The results of this study provide important insights for language education at the primary school level, showing that students who use their mother tongue have sufficient ability to carry out narrative tasks in a manner comparable to students who use a second language of the same age. However, it should be noted that the development of language skills in students who use their mother tongue may take longer and require special attention in language learning.
