This research aims to find out how to design and build an employee performance assessment information system using the rating scale method. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and literature study. The research used the rating scale as the employee performance assessment method. The author used the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in system development. The researcher designed an employee performance assessment information system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools at this stage. In this stage, the system is built using the PHP and MySQL programming languages for the database. The research results show that the developed performance appraisal system can provide significant benefits in monitoring employee performance more efficiently. Using this system makes the performance appraisal process easier, reduces file buildup, and increases the speed of the process from one week to only three days to complete the appraisal report. A data collection center also provides additional value by ensuring the security and orderliness of information.

This research aims to discover how to create and implement an expert system for prenatal disease diagnosis. To prepare this study, the author employed several data collection techniques, including observation, interviews, and a literature review. The system to be designed was developed using an object-oriented paradigm and a Rapid Application Development (RAD) technique. Multiple development stages are involved in creating RAD, including requirement planning, workshop design, and implementation. Based on the study findings, it was discovered that the PHP programming language, MySQL database management system, Apache web server, UML tool, and RAD system development methodology were used to create an expert system for identifying illnesses in expectant mothers. The forward chaining method is used for this expert system, where the first stages are to create an inference tree and set rules. This system likewise computes the consistency test using the Bayes theorem method. With an 80% accuracy rate, SISPADIBU can be used as a diagnostic tool for disorders related to pregnancy. SISPADIBU can use the user-entered symptoms to present the diagnosis results. According to the survey results, 80% of users said that SISPADIBU was highly user-friendly, that the layout display was simple to use, and that it was constructive in educating users about pregnancy disorders.

In the current era of globalization, organizational culture cannot be separated from Human Resources, which is one of the main elements that occupies an important and strategic position in improving company quality. By using these Human Resources in the current era of globalization and increasingly sophisticated technology, it makes it easier for people to access any activity via technology. The online delivery service feature is useful for buying food that consumers want without having to waste time queuing and traveling. In fact, consumers often experience problems when ordering food via online delivery orders. However, providers of online delivery features are still able to convince consumers to stay and continue to use these features. In this research the author used a quantitative approach. The quantitative approach is the measurement of objective quantitative and statistical data through scientific calculations derived from samples of people or residents who are asked to answer a number of questions on a survey to determine the frequency and percentage of their responses. In this quantitative theory, research will be predetermined, analyzing statistical data and interpreting statistical data.The population in this study was 100 random online or remote application users of the GoFood application. The research method used is the explanatory survey research method. Data collection used is a questionnaire or self-administered questionnaire. The research results prove that using this online application can make it easier and create a culture among people to order online. Of course, the nature of new culture or traditions can influence people's behavior in carrying out transactions every day, especially in terms of food products that every Indonesian citizen needs every day.

The purpose of this study is to determine how to assess information technology governance by utilizing the COBIT 5 framework and the domains of APO01 (Manage the IT Management Framework), EDM04 (Ensure Resource Optimization), and APO04 (Manage Innovation). The COBIT 5 architecture is employed in this study. Both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies were used in this study. Through surveys, interviews, and observations, we gathered primary data. The secondary data came from various existing sources, including websites, literature reviews, and the findings of other investigations. This study's information technology governance data analysis approach complies with COBIT 5's Assessment Process Activities. According to the analysis, the current state's capability value in the EDM04 domain is 1.8. In the meantime, the capability value is 2.9 for the anticipated circumstance. The APO01 domain's recent state results in a capability value of 1.7. In the meantime, the capability value is 3.1 for the expected circumstance. In the APO04 domain, the current state has a capability value 1.6. Under ideal circumstances, the business receives a capacity value of 3. Sistem akuntansi yang akan dibangun akan mengimplementasikan teknologi informasi, terutama menggunakan Representational State Transfer (RESTful) API. Saat ini, perusahaan masih mengandalkan proses pencatatan keuangan manual menggunakan spreadsheet lokal, yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal kolaborasi, keamanan, dan efisiensi prosedural. RestFul API diintegrasikan dalam pembangunan sistem akuntansi berbasis web dengan metode Agile Scrum untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, fleksibilitas, dan adaptabilitas sistem. The purpose of this project is to develop a decision support system for evaluating teacher performance based on the TOPSIS approach (a strategy that can be referred to by others based on its resemblance to an ideal solution). The investigator collected data through a variety of methods, including observations, literature reviews, online data searches, and interviewing. In the research, the author developed the system using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) paradigm. The approach is used by the author to compute teacher performance evaluations. Next, before running the code, manually simulate the TOPSIS calculations. The next step is coding, which is done using JavaScript and the PHP programming language. The web server is XAMPP, the database is MySQL, and the system creation framework is the Content Management System (CMS). The black box testing approach was employed by the author in this study. Compared to the prior duration of around one month, the black box testing approach has demonstrated the ability to complete calculations for teacher performance assessments in five minutes. Teachers with a final score above the average are considered to have good performance, while those with a score below the average indicate decreased or weak performance. Proves that from 100 teachers, there are 30 weakest teachers in the 1st criteria, 5 weakest teachers in the 13th criteria, 10 weakest teachers in the 7th criteria, 5 weakest teacher in the 10th criteria, 25 weakest teachers in the 4th criteria, and 10 weakest teachers in the 1st criteria. There are 45 weakest teachers in total, with 10 in the 11th criterion and 5 in the 12th criterion. That way, schools can follow up on each teacher's weak criteria appropriately so that they can improve teacher performance in the school.

The goal of this study is to see if performance and effort expectations influence behavior intention and, consequently, usage behavior. This study's target audience is QRIS users in micro, small, and medium-sized companies (MSMEs). We used 100 respondents as samples. Data was gathered using two methods: observation and interviews. To ensure that the data collected exhibited a strong association, we performed the validity test using the product moment correlation technique. Before beginning the path analysis test, the researcher used the provided framework to develop a structural equation. The interpretation results lead us to the following conclusions: The variable of performance expectancy has a direct effect on behavior intention. The variable effort expectancy has a direct effect on behavior intention. The variable's performance and effort expectations have a direct impact on behavior intention. The changing performance expectancy has a direct impact on user behavior. The variable effort expectancy has a direct impact on user behavior. The variable behavior intention has a direct impact on user behavior. The variables behavior intention, performance expectancy, and effort expectancy all have a direct impact on user behavior. The performance expectancy variable influences user behavior indirectly through behavior intention. The effort expectancy variable influences user behavior indirectly through behavior intention.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the variables that may affect how well the academic information system performs. Quantitative approaches are employed in this study. The basic random sampling technique was used in this study to get samples from the community of academic information system users. There were 100 samples used in this investigation. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Delone & Mclean model are used in this study. In this study, questionnaires were distributed as part of the data collection process. The SmartPLS was used in this study's inferential statistical analysis. According to the analysis results, introducing elements that have the biggest impact namely, perceived ease of use and service quality should be prioritized in order to improve helpdesk services in academic information systems. This involves establishing a report ticket function to resolve user complaints and offer updates on problem resolution, as well as optimizing academic information system for mobile displays to promote simple access to various academic information system -related demands. Perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness (path coefficient value: 0.79); service quality on perceived ease of use (path coefficient value: 0.79); user satisfaction on net benefits (path coefficient value: 0.74); and system quality on net benefits (path coefficient value: 0.03), are the variables that have the biggest influence in this research.

This research aims to design and build a knowledge management system that can accommodate, manage, and disseminate knowledge to increase employee knowledge. In this research, data collection was obtained in three ways, including observation, interviews, a literature study, and a study of similar literature. The author uses the building block knowledge management method, unified modeling language (UML), to design a web-based system with a user interface that is quite easy to use. In this research, the author uses an object-oriented system development method, namely rapid application development (RAD), which uses unified modeling language tools to describe use case diagrams. Based on the research results, it was found that the KMS was built on a web basis using the RAD (rapid application development) approach and UML (unified modeling language) notation for system analysis design and PHP and MySQL for coding and databases. Before the existence of KMS, searching for documents could take 10 minutes, whereas after the KMS application, users only need five minutes to search for stored documents, resulting in a time efficiency of nine minutes. This system also helps employees communicate with each other anytime and anywhere by creating new discussion topics. Apart from fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, discussion forums in this system can be used as a place for employees to collaborate and find solutions.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of customer care offered online so that users can keep using the e-banking system as they see fit. In order to gather data for e-banking system study, involved parties' questionnaire responses, interviews, and observations are used. Furthermore, it is necessary to perform a literature evaluation pertaining to this topic. Researchers both directly and indirectly distributed questionnaires as part of the data collection process. In the first stage, non-probability sampling is performed, and in the subsequent stage, purposive sampling is used based on predetermined criteria. 100 people made up the sample in this study. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was the data analysis technique used in this study. The study's findings demonstrated that users of the e-banking system were more likely to trust the caliber of the services offered. Customers can feel satisfied and assured when using the e-banking system because it provides what they need. Because the e-banking system's quality service has a relatively high value in relation to the probability value of its variable values, clients can feel confidence when transacting with it. The e-banking system is able to make clients feel content, hence it has a major influence on customer loyalty, even though the value is fairly tiny compared to the likelihood values for other variables.
