Purpose: The purpose of this qualitative applied research was to learn about the most important aspects to consider for designing and implementing an emotional intelligence (EI) training program among educators of Monterrey, Mexico. Using the results of the analyzed data, a list of the aspects that were found to be very important to consider for designing an EI program. Theoretical framework: For Brackett and Stern (2024) “everyone values Emotional Intelligence, but actually learning the components is another matter entirely” (p. 26). According to Goleman (2020), the components of EI are self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. Most effective educators based in Goleman’s (2015) view are alike in one crucial way: “they all have a high degree of what it has come to known as emotional intelligence” (p. 1). Methods: The data were collected using a qualitative method. The participants who were purposefully selected for obtaining data were three Mexican expert practitioners on adult professional development and one expert on EI development. Results and conclusions: Using the results of the analyzed data, a list of the aspects that were found to be very important to consider for designing an EI program: (a) establish clear goals, (b) analyze the context, (c) use role plays, (d) use experiential practices, (e) provide time for structured reflection, (f) foster collaboration and a sense of community, (g) analyze case studies, (h) have participants set goals, (i) use qualitative assessment, (j) view and analyze videos of teachers using emotional and classroom management skills, (k) identify sources of stress, (l) use relaxation techniques, (m) identify manifestations of stress, and (n) learn ways to cope with stress. Findings implication: As a result of this study, some of the strategies and aspects recommended to consider within an EI educator training program may be applicable to international leadership educators as well. Uniqueness/value: All of the foundational aspects mentioned in this study represent great assistance in providing a solid base of data that confirmed the need to foster EI among educators.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to examine the critical role of youth participation as catalysts for sustainable social and economic drivers of development in Africa. Theoretical Reference: The study adopted the theory of Positive Youth Development to contexualise the aim of the study. The study argues that, youth workers and other service providers using a youth development approach would be able to analyze the theories in this study and determine what influences their practice, anticipate the results of their interventions, choose the best course of action at each stage of the process, and explain their actions when working with young people. Method: Through the application of qualitative research techniques, the study primarily used peer-reviewed secondary sources available within the public domain. Since they provided the researchers with a great opportunity to connect with the body of knowledge already in existence and allowed the researchers to gain insight into the thoughts and experiences of other scholars regarding the area of study. Hence advanced searches of baseline literature were used to collect qualitative data. Results and Conclusions: The literature review examined the vital role that young people play as engines for long-term social and economic development in several African. The study argued that youth involvement promotes project ownership and sustainability and increases young people's ability to meet their basic needs. Implications of Research: Unemployment has caused Africa a lot of woes as youths embrace violence rather than embarking on projects that would benefit the continent. The paper concluded that unless impediments to the actualisation are expunged, the African continent will still take its back seat in this era of unprecedented development. Originality/ Value: The study made the case that young people must be involved as advisors, collaborators, and stakeholders if development initiatives are to be effective and representative. To guarantee that young people are engaged, it is not enough to rely just on one-time conversations; there needs to be an ongoing process.

Purpose: to examine in depth the current LBH establishment arrangements. In addition, this study aims to formulate a regulatory formula for the formation of LBH that is appropriate and in accordance with the applicable legal context, with the main aim of realizing better legal certainty in supporting the mission of LBH in providing legal assistance to the community. Methods/design/approach: This research uses qualitative methods with a prescriptive research approach by describing data findings, both primary and secondary data, that have been processed and analyzed. Results: This research found that the regulations for the establishment of LAI/LAO in Indonesia need to be clarified, especially in terms of the status of the legal entity used. The status of the foundation dominates so that it becomes biased in carrying out its role as a legal aid institution to the community with consistency in the principles of the foundation regulated in Indonesian law. It is necessary to reformulate regulations that are more transparent and comprehensive for advocacy principles and can provide legal assistance to the community properly without being bound by limitations that may exist in the Foundation law. Conclusion: The dominant legal entity status for the Legal Aid Institute is in the form of a Foundation, a form of Foundation legal entity that has been the most appropriate to establish LAI/LAO in Indonesia because it has advantages, the foundation is non-profit and has no members, so it is more independent and cannot be intervened by any party. The provisions of legal entities in the Legal Aid Law, which are currently still based on Foundations and Associations, need to be supported by supervisory requirements in their implementation so as not to violate the essence of the enactment of the Foundation Law. Reformulation must result in clear legal aid institutions, protect human rights, provide equal access to justice, and achieve the desired level of legal certainty.

Purpose: This research endeavors to investigate the obligations of notaries in their capacity as officials endowed with the power to authenticate deeds. These obligations consist of ethical, administrative, civil, and criminal, duties. Theoretical Framework: Notaries have obligations as public officials. Indeed, a notary bears accountability not only to his fellow professionals but also to clients and members of the public who require his services by legal regulations and societal interests. Method: This research is descriptive and the type of research is normative juridical. This research uses secondary data derived from primary sources, such as journals and secondary sources, namely the Internet and books Results: The findings indicated that notaries must fundamentally adhere to the Notary Position Law and the Notary Code of Ethics when performing their duties and positions. This ensures that the notary always follows the procedures outlined in the Notary Position Law and Code of Ethics, thereby providing legal certainty to the parties involved in the deed. For each task that their clients entrust to them, notaries take full responsibility. There are always matters that accompany each occupation and become its responsibility. Conclusions: The Notary Position Law specifies that if a notary commits an offence while performing his or her duties and responsibilities, the notary may be held accountable and punished through administrative, civil, and ethical sanctions. The Notary Position Regulation, the Notary Position Law, and the Notary Code of Ethics previously governed criminal sanctions against notaries, but these sanctions are no longer subject to legal regulation. Punishments for criminal offenses against notaries may be enforced by the provisions of the Criminal Code.

Objective: This study sought to explore how the owners of small medium enterprises in South Africa, understood green tax and the factors influencing tax compliance. Methods: Using a qualitative research design, data was obtained from a sample of 12 owners of small medium enterprises, who voluntarily consented to participate in the study. Data was collected using semi-structured interviews, using a virtual platform due to COVID-19 regulations. Thematic analysis was used to analyse the data. Results: Five broad themes emerged from this inquiry which revolved on how business owners understand green tax, factors affecting green tax compliance and the strategies to ensure green tax compliance amongst small medium enterprises. Conclusion: The study found that participants were in favour of green taxes which reflected a commitment to environmental protection. However, concerns regarding how the government utilised green taxes to ensure environmental protection emerged and consumers were found to be reluctant to pay higher premiums for green products, which affected overall tax compliance. Research implications: Greater education regarding the salience and value of green taxes amongst the owners of small medium enterprises is important. More research related to how to ensure green tax compliance and the role small medium enterprises play in green tax compliance will strengthen compliance and enable environmental sustainability. Originality/value: The study contributes to understanding the reasons behind a lack of compliance with regards to green taxes amongst small medium enterprises.

Purpose: This study investigates how the speed of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) adoption condition the capital inflows and inclusive growth nexus in Sub-Saharan Africa. While existing literature primarily examined IFRS impacts at the firm level, this study filles a significant gap by focusing on the macroeconomic effects of IFRS adoption speed, particularly its role in enhancing the benefits of capital inflows such as Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Foreign Portfolio Investment (FPI), and Foreign Aid. Methods: This study employs a dynamic panel data analysis using the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) to examine how the speed of IFRS adoption impacts capital inflows and fosters inclusive growth across Sub-Saharan African countries. The study leveraged a dataset spanning from 2005 to 2019, covering 48 countries in the region. By analysing the relationship between IFRS adoption speed, capital inflows, and inclusive growth, the study offers new insights into the macroeconomic benefits of adopting IFRS. Findings: Findings suggest that speedy IFRS adoption significantly enhances the positive impact of capital inflows on inclusive growth, underlining the importance of swift and effective implementation of IFRS for equitable economic development. Implications: This study contributes to the existing literature by providing a macroeconomic perspective on IFRS adoption and highlighting the importance of financial reporting standards in achieving inclusive growth in Sub-Saharan Africa. Originality: This study introduces a novel approach by examining how the speed of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) adoption moderates the impact of capital inflows on inclusive growth in Sub-Saharan Africa. Bridging the gap in existing literature, it shifts the focus from firm-level effects of IFRS and direct impacts of capital inflows on economic growth to a nuanced exploration of how financial reporting standards' adoption speed can enhance a country's ability to utilize foreign investments for inclusive economic development. Unique in its regional focus, this research provides critical insights into the macroeconomic benefits of IFRS in Sub-Saharan Africa, offering valuable implications for policymakers and contributing significantly to the discourse on financial innovation, regulatory frameworks, and sustainable economic growth in emerging markets.

Background: Beyond the apparent damage caused by violence, armed conflicts can have significant indirect health effects. Destabilising systems of healthcare and fostering unfavourable economic and surroundings, also produce long-lasting political instability, which hinders efforts to lower mother and infant deaths. Objective: This study aims to investigate the legal ramifications of electronic child recruiting for the armed forces, emphasising how these relate to international humanitarian law. Design: This research employs a qualitative doctrinal analysis of the legislation about electronic child recruitment, which is a great idea. The relevant treaties, legal doctrine, and precedent that comprise this subject's main information source will be examined. Findings: Research indicates that implementing the law should precede development requirements, implying that the laws necessary for achieving their purpose are currently in place. Objective: Social insurance policies have played a crucial role as a cornerstone in the social security system, contributing positively to social stability and the realization of goals for a prosperous, strong, fair, democratic, and civilized society. The current legal framework on social insurance in Vietnam stipulates provisions to ensure the rights of workers in all cases, including regulations regarding one-time social insurance cases. Actual data suggest that on average 1 new person is entering social insurance, there is 1 old person leaving the system. The number of people withdrawn the following year was always higher than the previous year with an average annual increase of about 10%. The proportion of workers that have returned from social insurance benefits to continue their low participation in social insurance. In

Objectives: This study aims to investigate the relationship between attitudes, social marketing media, green product knowledge, and green purchase intentions in the context of bottled mineral water consumption. Specifically, the objectives are to assess how consumer attitudes influence green product knowledge, how social marketing media impacts consumer knowledge, and how these factors collectively affect green purchase intentions. Methods: The study focused on people in the Bandung, West Java, area who buy and drink bottled mineral water. Questionnaires were sent both offline and online as part of the data collection process. The SmartPLS tool was used to analyze the gathered data, enabling a thorough investigation of the correlations between the variables under investigation. Results: The results showed that customer attitudes toward green products were positively correlated with improved knowledge about green products, which in turn led to a stronger propensity to buy green products—bottled mineral water, in particular. Additionally, the research showed that social media marketing is a major factor in raising consumer awareness of green bottled mineral water goods, which in turn influences consumers to choose ecologically friendly options when making purchases. Conclusion: This study provides valuable insights for companies seeking to promote and increase the sales of green products, particularly bottled mineral water. By understanding and leveraging consumer attitudes and implementing effective social media marketing strategies, companies can not only enhance consumer knowledge but also stimulate their interest and propensity to purchase green products. These findings highlight the importance of aligning marketing efforts with consumer preferences and environmental concerns in today's competitive marketplace.
