Objective: Accentuation of trademarks makes the business competition even tighter, both from large companies and newly established companies. Having a trademark makes consumers interested in buying the goods or services offered. Trademark bullying is defined as intimidation from large companies to small companies regarding their trademarks, which could result in the bankruptcy of the newly established company. So this research discusses the concept of bullying in Indonesia and how to overcome brand bullying in Indonesia. Methods: This research is descriptive in nature with a normative juridical type of research, using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Data was collected through a literature study, and then analyzed qualitatively. Results: This research shows, firstly, that the concept of bullying in Indonesia is carried out through intimidation, which starts with summons to small companies and results in the deletion of trademarks and can result in company bankruptcy which causes a lot of loss of income and permanent consumers. Second, efforts to overcome trademark bullying in Indonesia use preventive and repressive legal protection. Conclusions: Preventive protection is carried out by conducting outreach by related institutions to prevent trademark violations and repressive protection in the form of criminal, civil and administrative protection in order to achieve justice, certainty and legal benefits.

Objective: This study aims to explore the development of sustainable tourism in Bulukumba by focusing on female workers to obtain problem data that can be followed up further by policy makers. Theoretical References: Tourism development is related to the 2030 SDGs agenda. This has been accepted as a tool to reduce poverty. In fact, many female workers work in the tourism industry, despite many obstacles. Apart from education, work can increase the existence and empowerment of women, whatever the job. Many women have social capital and motivation. Method: Observation methods and in-depth interviews were used at the respondent's workplace, recording in detail their attitudes and language behavior. Empowerment will be measured from human capital, namely social capital and competence, as well as from the dimensions of language and interpersonal skills. Results and Conclusion: Many female workers show behavior as socially empowered women, such as hardworking, independent, confident, friendly, alert, etc. However, there are also those who lack power, which can be seen in the use of language. Input for policy makers: the helplessness of young female workers due to short work experience and the lack of basic education for older female workers can be followed up by providing long-term training and regular skills courses. Implication of the research: This research support the concept disseminated by feminist linguists regarding language research using a community of practice (CoP) approach. Originality: I could certainly that the study likewise is never been conducted before.

Objective: Since 2012, Chinese tourists have been the most frequent travelers globally and are presently the leading spenders on international journeys. Among this group, Chinese backpacker tourists notably stand out due to their contribution to the local communities of tourist destinations. In this regard, this research examines the motivations and expectations of Chinese backpacker tourists during their travels in Chile Method: The study employed a concurrent triangulation design, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis methods through SPSS and ATLAS.ti respectively. A total of 417 surveys and 15 in-depth interviews were conducted with Chinese backpackers who visited Chile in 2019. Results: The analysis results reveal that these travelers visit Chile motivated by leisure activities in exotic and exclusive destinations such as Patagonia, Antarctica, and Easter Island. They are interested in experiencing and exploring nature, cultural heritage, tasting local products, along with the perceived safety and investment opportunities offered by the country. Conclusions: These findings underline the necessity for destinations to tailor their offerings to the specific needs of Chinese tourists to enhance their experience and perception of the country as a tourist destination. Originality/Value: The uniqueness and scholarly significance of this research lie in its scrutiny of the motivations and anticipations of Chinese backpacker tourists during their visits to global destinations—a facet that has been sparsely explored in existing literature. The findings underscore the pivotal role of tailoring destination offerings across diverse global landscapes to align with the specific interests and needs of Chinese tourists. This broader perspective contributes substantially to enhancing their overall travel experiences and perceptions of various destinations as preferred tourist spots, thus providing invaluable implications for destination management strategies and global tourism development initiatives seeking to attract Chinese tourists.

Objective: The objective of this study is to explore the existential experiences of double-minority talents in the context of post-2017's Jakarta Governor election, aiming to understand the impact of political and social upheavals on their professional aspirations and life decisions. Theoretical Framework: This study is anchored in the intersectionality of race, religion, and politics within the Indonesian context, drawing on theories of minority stress and resilience. The work of Basuki Tjahaya Purnama (BTP) and its reception provides a critical backdrop for examining the nuanced challenges faced by Chinese-Christian talents in Indonesia. Method: Adopting a qualitative, phenomenological approach, the study engaged with participants through in-depth interviews and thematic analysis to uncover the lived experiences of Chinese-Christian talents in Jakarta's changing political landscape. The sample comprised individuals directly aspiring to contribute to Indonesia’s development, inspired by BTP's leadership. Results and Discussion: Findings reveal a complex interplay of motivation, disillusionment, and resilience among participants, impacting their aspirations, decisions to remain in or leave Indonesia, and perspectives on the future for Chinese-Christian talents. The study discusses how these experiences reflect broader socio-political dynamics in Indonesia and their implications for minority talents. Research Implications: This research underscores the importance of inclusive policies and practices to harness the full potential of all talents in Indonesia. It highlights the need for further studies on the intersection of politics, religion, and minority status in shaping professional and personal trajectories. Originality/Value: By focusing on the specific experiences of double-minority talents post-2017's Governor election, this study adds a unique perspective to the literature on political influence on minority groups, offering insights into the challenges and opportunities for Chinese-Christian talents in Indonesia. Its findings are valuable for policymakers, educators, and organizations aiming to foster a more inclusive society.

Objective: This research was conducted to examine the role of organizational factors (decentralization and absorptive capacity) and network factors (relational and cognitive) on the MSMEs' innovation performance which is measured by the institutionalization of knowledge transfer in the digital transformation era. Method: To investigate the issue, this study use a quantitative approach involved 213 MSMEs, data were collected through a survey, and samples were selected based on purposive sampling. The hypothesis testing is conducted using multiple regression analysis. Result: The study found that absorptive capacity, relational networks, and cognitive networks influence the MSMEs' innovation performance, while decentralization is not. Considering that the majority of MSMEs involved in this study are micro and small businesses, statements related to the implementation of company decentralization where each unit within a company has its authority in deciding the creation and development of knowledge are irrelevant. Implication: Knowledge transfer activities from universities to MSMEs are needed to improve MSMEs innovation in the digital transformation era which triggered MSMEs in Indonesia to transform businesses and adopt digital technology, while at the same time MSMEs digital literacy is still quite low, meanwhile, the propriety of resources is limited. Originality/Value: This study is expected to provide a significant contribution to explaining factors influencing the MSMEs' innovation performance.

Objective: Disclosing Agents derived from natural materials are still very minimal. The use of natural materials will increase economic value and have a high level of security. Disclosing solution is the material used to see the presence of plaque. The purpose of the study was to determine the stability of secang wood extract gel preparations based on the biological parameters of Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhi bacteria. Theoretical framework: Research on secang wood has been widely carried out in research on food and beverage ingredients, fabric coloring and fish tanning, beauty. This research was carried out to obtain natural coloring materials and made them in the form of a disclosing agent (disclosing solution), which is useful for checking the cleanliness of a person's teeth. Disclosing agent (disclosing solution) is a plaque coloring agent used in dentistry with the aim of being able to see the effectiveness of oral hygiene measures or to see the presence of a thin layer on the surface of the teeth (biofilm) known as dental plaque (Dyvta et.al., 2009). Method: The research is experimental, adult secang wood is taken and washed using sterile aqua pro injection which is flowed clean, drain, dry and make powder. The powder halved is extracted using different solvents namely ethanol and aquades. Continued making gel with an extract concentration of 10% (w/w). HPMC is dissolved into 50 mL of aquadest on a beaker with a temperature of 80-90 oC, stirred slowly to form a gel mass. Results and conclusion: The results showed that the gel base of the second and third months had contamination, while in the negative control there was contamination from the first to the third month. Statistical tests showed significant differences between the secang wood extract gel group and the positive control and gel bases. Of microbial contamination test results do not contain Escherichia coli contamination and Salmonella typhi bacteria in wood extract gel preparations for the zero month, first month, second month, and third month of storage, this shows that the gel preparation of secang wood extract is stable based on biological parameters. Implications of the research: The implication of this research is to produce a natural dye that can be used to detect plaque on the surface of teeth.
