SMK N 1 Batang Gansal’s students have difficulty learning the matrix material. This can be seen from the result of students who get test scores below score 60. Especially in class x agribusiness plantations 1 with the percentage of daily test scores below score 60, which is 82.6%. Therefore, an analysis is needed to determine the types of errors that students tend to make in solving matrix problems. In this study, data collection was carried out using test and questionnaire methods, with data analysis using descriptive statistics. Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that the mistakes made by students in solving matrix problems were concept errors, principal errors and operational errors, with a tendency for errors in conceptual errors. The causes of errors are not understanding the concepts of matrix material, not listening when the teacher explains the material, not having complete notes or a summary of the matrix material, and not studying the matrix material at home, and not practicing working on various matrix questions so that they are unable to use formulas. matrix well.

The Outpatient Clinic Visit: Expectations and Fulfilment of Perceived Needs in Adolescents with Type 1 Diabetes 门诊就诊:1型糖尿病青少年感知需求的期望与实现

Background: To make outpatient visits for adolescents with diabetes successful, it is important for health care professionals to meet the adolescents’ needs and wishes. Aims: The aim is to investigate adolescents’ expectations of an outpatient diabetes clinic visit in comparison to what was deemed to be delivered and contrast this outcome in adolescents with self-reported high- and low-diabetes distress respectively. Methods: All adolescents in Sweden with type 1 diabetes, aged 15 to 18 years, were identified via The National Pediatric Diabetes Registry (SWEDIABKIDS) and asked to complete an online questionnaire regarding their expectations and the support received during the outpatient diabetes clinic visit. Results: 453 adolescents completed the survey. Boys’ expectations of discussion topics were mainly met while girls, especially those with diabetes distress, felt their discussion needs were not met regarding quality-of-life aspects. Conclusions: Although adolescents’ expectations are in general met during the diabetes outpatient clinic visit, aspects related to living with diabetes are not being met especially among female adolescents who reported diabetes distress. This study shows a gender difference both regarding expected discussion topics and what was deemed covered. Practice Implications: A multi-professional, individual person-centred care approach is needed at the diabetes outpatient clinic. This paper proposes that agenda setting performed by the adolescent, and agreed by the physician, prior to the outpatient clinic visit could facilitate individualized care and better meet the adolescents’ needs in a shared decision-making process.

Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and Folic Acid Supplementation in Pregnant Women: A Systematic Review 妊娠期糖尿病与孕妇叶酸补充的系统评价

Background: Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a common pregnancy disorder screened for between the 24th and 28th weeks of gestation using oral glucose tolerance test. GDM has maternal and fetal health implications. Objective: To assess the relation between folic acid supplementation in pregnant women and the risk of developing GDM. Search Strategy: The search employed topic-based strategies designed for each database in June 2020. Databases searched were Pubmed, Cochrane Library, Embase and Lebanese American University online database. Selection Criteria: Studies eligible were those targeting the association of GDM development and folic acid supplementation, including pregnant women who have developed GDM and pregnant women who were on folic acid supplementation and developed GDM. Both interventional and observational studies were included. Data Collection and Analysis: Two reviewers extracted the data independently. A third reviewer checked the data for consistency and clarity. Data extracted included the sample characteristics, sample size and outcomes. Cohen’s κ was used to assess agreement between reviewers. All tools and processes were piloted prior to use. Risk of bias was assessed using the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale. Data was presented in a tabulated form. Main Results: Six studies showed a proportional relation between folic acid intake and GDM, two reported a protective effect, and one cohort found no association. Conclusion: The inconsistent results made the formulation of a definitive conclusion difficult. Hence, larger studies are needed.

Gene Expression Profiling of the Mouse Pancreas during the Secondary Transition in the Organogenesis of the Pancreatic Gland* 胰腺器官发生继发性转变过程中小鼠胰腺基因表达谱的研究*

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that impacts the homeostasis of blood sugar levels caused by loss or defect of insulin-producing β-cells in the Islets of Langerhans. Type 1 diabetes (T1D) is caused by auto-immune mediated destruction of β-cells, whereas in T2D, insulin is produced but used inefficiently. T2D accounts for 90% of people with diabetes worldwide (WHO 1999) and is the fastest increasing disease worldwide (https://diabetesatlas.org/en/). For an improved understanding of the pathomechanism of diabetes, profound knowledge of pancreas organogenesis and the associated gene regulatory networks is required. Therefore, we dissected and profiled the pancreatic endodermal and non-endodermal compartment between the embryonic stages (E) 12.5 and E 15.5 when progenitor cells commit to their different pancreatic lineages. Our associated study mined the global mRNA expression profile to increase the understanding of the secondary transition, endodermal-non-endodermal tissue interaction, and diabetic-related gene regulation. Furthermore, we validated 635 regulated pancreatic genes using the publicly available GenePaint.org, respective gp3.mpg.de to evaluate genes associated with genetic variants in Single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) related to T2D.

Less optimal musical intelligence in students and improper application in mathematics learning is the basis for the preparation of articles. The misunderstanding of applying musical intelligence is quite alarming, for example when students learn to listen to music, they actually don't use their musical intelligence to learn or change their behavior. In this condition, music has a role in arousing motivation, memory and reflexes to learn, not using musical intelligence to learn. The preparation of this article uses the literature review method with the keywords musical intelligence (musical intelligence), learning and learning mathematics in books and journals indexed by Googles choolar. The application of musical intelligence in mathematics learning requires careful consideration and expertise in designing learning to be carried out. Some examples of using musical intelligence in learning mathematics include converting notes into numbers, solving math problems related to scales, designing memorization of mathematical formulas in the form of chants that are fun for students.

Derivative is one of the basic concepts of calculus, has an extremely rich practical background and wide application. However, "low exploration" of the limit thought in teaching and learning activities have caused difficulties in future advanced mathematics learning. The purpose of this study is to create a learning model that helps students understand calculus. The method in this research is using research and development method, designing a learning model using 6 questions cognitive model on derivative material. Based on the results of developing a new learning model in this study using the six questions cognitive model to explore mathematics from the six dimensions of "from where", "what ", "why", "how", "what if it changed" and "think about it", The teaching and learning activities when teaching derivative under the cultural background reflects the continuity, naturalness and order of teaching. The results of this study indicate that 6 question cognitive models can help students learn the basic concept of calculus. The results of this study can be implemented by teachers in schools to improve the quality of high school student learning

This study was motivated by the transformation of the learning process from face-to-face to online learning due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze students' online learning readiness in the Covid-19 pandemic era regarding statistics learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a regression research design. Data collection was carried out by providing online learning readiness questionnaires and statistical material tests to students. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there was a relationship between online learning readiness and student learning outcomes statistics, with the acquisition price of F count = 4.195 and a significance value of 0.048 <0.05, and 46.1% of student statistics learning outcomes were influenced by learning readiness and the rest was influenced by external factors. student learning readiness. Based on these results, it is concluded that online learning readiness affects student learning outcomes statistics, where the large influence of learning readiness is 46.1%. Therefore, so that lecturers and students can maximize factors outside of learning readiness so that the achievements and objectives of the statistics course can be maximally achieved even though learning is carried out online.

This study aims to determine the relationship and the extent of influence between mathematical resilience and students' mathematical problem-solving abilities in basic mathematics courses. This research is motivated by the perception of students who tend to be negative towards mathematics as well as an attitude of lack of confidence and easily give up in solving the given questions. In addition, students' mathematical solving abilities are also classified as low, even though this ability is very important because it is the basis and general goal of learning mathematics. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were all Semester I students of the Computer and Informatics Engineering study program at STKIP AL Maksum Langkat which consisted of 5 classes and took basic mathematics courses, while the research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique, which is a technique of determining and taking the specified sample. by researchers with certain considerations. The sample consisted of 35 students. The instruments in this study were test questions in the form of mathematical problem-solving abilities and non-test questions in the form of a mathematical resilience scale. Then the data is processed using hypothesis testing techniques, correlation analysis and simple regression assisted by SPSS and Microsoft Excel. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between mathematical resilience and students 'mathematical problem-solving abilities with the effect of mathematical resilience by 41.3% on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities.

In some traditional large-class classrooms, there are problems such as inactive teaching process and poor teaching pertinence, which makes some students who are easily distracted and have the poor receptive ability cannot keep up with the teaching progress and gradually become students with learning difficulties. This research method using pretest-posttest control group design. The sample of this research is the experimental class method there are 48 students and in the control class 48 students grade 7 junior high school students. based on the results, Micro-classes have the characteristics of short, compact and powerful, which can effectively help students with learning difficulties to learn and master mathematics efficiently within the effective learning time. Based on the characteristics of students with learning difficulties and micro-classes, the author explores the actual improvement effect of micro-classes on the mathematics learning of students with learning difficulties by designing micro-classes in a targeted manner and conducting comparative teaching experiments in the first two parallel classes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen, (2) mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja dosen, (3) mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja dosen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada dosen pendukung mata kuliah eLearning pada Mata Kuliah Unggulan Universitas Universitas Mercu Buana - Jakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 175 orang yang merupakan dosen mata kuliah Fitur Universitas. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobabilitas dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 119 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen mata kuliah eLearning di Universitas Mercu Buana. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen pada mata kuliah eLearning di Universitas Mercu Buana.
