Exploration on the Reform Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Education for Engineering Students in Local Universities 地方高校工科学生创新创业实践教育改革路径探索

In view of the serious shortage of practical education compared with theoretical education in the current innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities in China, this paper explores and practices how to carry out the practical education of mass innovation and innovation for engineering students in local colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the talent training objectives, the characteristics of students and the practice of entrepreneurship and innovation education in local colleges and universities, summarizes the common problems existing in the education of engineering students in local colleges and universities, puts forward reform measures and solutions, and carries out practice.
针对当前我国地方高校创新创业教育中实践教育与理论教育相比严重不足的问题,本文就如何开展地方高校工科学生大众创新、万众创业的实践教育进行了探索和实践。本文分析了地方高校的人才培养目标、学生特点和创业创新教育实践,总结了地方高校工科学生教育中存在的共性问题,提出了改革措施和解决方案,并进行了实践。

The Relation between Family Socioeconomic Status and Academic Performance in Chinese Adolescents 中国青少年的家庭社会经济地位与学习成绩之间的关系

In recent years, due to high economic development, China has transformed from a society with relative equality in education to one with high inequality in education. How does the massive gap in socioeconomic status affect adolescents’ academic achievement? This study examined the moder-ating role of family socioeconomic status between the family atmosphere (i.e., parental involvement) and family investment (educational investment and tutoring funds) on junior high school academic achievement with 10,279 Chinese junior high school students (aged 12-16). The data came from the 2014-2015 China Education Panel Survey (CEPS), a large-scale nationally representative track-ing survey designed and implemented by the China Survey and Data Centre of Renmin University of China. The results of this study indicate that 1. socioeconomic status (The results of this study show that 1) socioeconomic status (parents’ education level) positively moderates the relationship be-tween academic achievement, family atmosphere (parental involvement), and adolescents’ academic performance. 2) socioeconomic status (parents’ income level) positively moderates the relationship between academic achievement, family investment, and adolescents’ academic performance. 3) so-cioeconomic status (parents’ income level) positively moderates the relationship between family in-vestment and adolescents’ academic performance. Thus, we can see that parental involvement and increased investment in education benefit junior high school students from families with high socioeco-nomic status. In contrast, junior high school students from low socioeconomic status do not enjoy this benefit. In the future, the government and society can develop family-based interventions to promote parental involvement and investment in education in low-SES families, which will, in turn, promote the educational attainment of adolescents. The results of this study have important implications for the development of family education in China.

Research on the Path of Innovating the Talent Cultivation Model in Vocational Colleges under the Vocational Education Group Model 职教集团模式下职业院校人才培养模式创新路径研究

This study aims to explore the innovative path of talent cultivation models in vocational colleges under the vocational education group model. Through analyzing the current situation of vocational education, the theory and practice of vocational education groups, and the current situation of talent cultivation models in vocational colleges, this paper proposes innovative ideas in resource integration and sharing, school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration, curriculum setting and teaching reform strategies, as well as the construction of teaching staff. These paths help optimize the talent cultivation model in vocational colleges, enhance students' innovative abilities and comprehensive qualities, and adapt to the new demands of social development.
本研究旨在探索职业教育集团化模式下职业院校人才培养模式的创新路径。本文通过对职业教育现状、职业教育集团理论与实践、职业院校人才培养模式现状的分析,提出了资源整合与共享、校企合作与产教融合、课程设置与教学改革策略、师资队伍建设等方面的创新思路。这些路径有助于优化高职院校人才培养模式,提高学生的创新能力和综合素质,适应社会发展的新需求。

"The Journey to Happiness": A Study on the Development of Farmers' Co-operatives through Innovative Benefit-Linking Mechanisms to Help Farmers "幸福之旅":通过创新利益联结机制帮助农民发展农民合作社的研究

The report of the 20th Party Congress stresses that rural revitalisation lies in industrial prosperity, and the mechanism of cooperatives is an important hand for rural prosperity, but the existing benefit linkage mechanism of farmers' cooperatives is not sound, i.e., the ability to create benefits is weak; the effect of benefit incentives is not obvious; the distribution of benefits is unreasonable; and the benefit linkage is not standardised. Does the above benefit linkage mechanism affect the performance of co-operatives? How to build a reasonable and effective benefit linkage mechanism to improve the performance of co-operatives? Based on the research on farmers' cooperatives in nine counties of Jiangxi Province, we found that the "four-in-one" mechanism, i.e., production and marketing, shareholding, credit and risk control, can effectively solve this problem and provide an effective impetus for the realisation of common wealth.

Practical Research on the Evaluation of College English Smart Exam 大学英语智能考试评价实践研究

With the development of technology, the way of network education has also entered the college English teaching, into the classroom teaching. Network education provides rich resources for teaching, providing a new teaching method. While teachers and students enjoy this new form of teaching, network education also puts forward new problems for teaching: how to quickly and accurately find the problems of students in the learning process, and how to carry out more effective teaching through the problems of students, and finally how to achieve the purpose of improving the teaching effect. Through teaching practice, the author believes that wisdom test is an effective method. Through the analysis of the data provided in the wisdom test, problems in the learning process of students can be found, and macro and micro guidance can be provided to the teaching, helping to establish a scientific college English teaching model.

Trustee’s Obligation of Data Trust from the Perspective of Balancing Personal Information Protection and Data Circulation 从平衡个人信息保护与数据流通的角度看受托人的数据信任义务

Data plays a key role in current society with its security facing challenges. In this context, data trusts have emerged, but the trustee’s obligations are vague. The theory and practice of data trust in Britain, the United States, Japan and other countries are developing vigorously. However, China has not yet established a relevant legal system with different views on the trustee’s obligations in academia. According to the further analysis of a tripartite legal relationship of data trust, the significance of the data controller as the settlor, the admission standards of the trustee, and the multi-beneficiary theory are emphasized. From the perspective of balancing personal information protection and data circulation, it is proposed that personal information protection is the foundation of data trust. Meanwhile, data circulation with public goods and economic value attributes is the driving force for the development of data trust. Finally, the trustee’s legal obligations during the establishment, continuance and termination of the trust should be further refined, including reasonable negotiation obligations, fiduciary obligations for data management, data confidentiality obligations, and income distribution obligations.

The Application of Intelligent Architectural Design in Energy Saving and Sustainable Development 智能建筑设计在节能和可持续发展中的应用

In today's context, energy conservation, emissions reduction, and sustainable development are highly prioritized, and the architectural industry must recognize the value of intelligent buildings to maintain stable growth amidst fierce competition. Intelligent design not only enhances the energy efficiency of buildings, achieving energy savings and emissions reductions, but also significantly improves their safety and convenience, providing a more comfortable living environment for residents. Moreover, it is a key force driving technological innovation in the architecture industry, leading it towards more efficient, environmentally friendly, and sustainable development. In terms of application principles, intelligent architectural design emphasizes coordination, integrity, and flexibility. It requires considering the harmonious unity between architecture and the environment, ecosystems, and human needs during the design process, treating the building as an integrated system, and focusing on the flexibility and adjustability of the design to accommodate potential future changes. In specific applications, intelligent designs for natural lighting, ventilation, and electrical systems are important manifestations of intelligent architectural design. These applications, through intelligent control systems and devices, achieve efficient management and adjustment of the building environment, thereby enhancing the building's energy efficiency and contributing to sustainable development.

Criminal Protection of Public Personal Information in the Digital Era 数字时代公众个人信息的刑事保护

The digital era has accelerated the speed and breadth of information dissemination. While enjoying the information dividend, the security of personal information has hidden dangers of leakage. For public personal information, this concern is even worse. On the theoretical level, the secondary authorization theory, the purposiveness theory, and the objective openness standard theory cannot fully respond to the reality and urgency of repeated violations of public personal information. On the level of judicial practices, the guiding cases of personal information protection issued by the Supreme People’s Court enlighten us that we should give classified protection to public personal information. Typed protection mode classifies the public personal information from the perspectives of voluntary disclosure, compulsory disclosure, and illegal disclosure, and considers whether it is convicted or not from three aspects: the subjective illegality of the doer, the scope of information control of the information subject and the measurement of public and private interests, which strengthens the protection of the public personal information.

Internet subculture has novel forms and diverse contents, providing college students with a free space to vent their emotions, release stress, and seek recognition. It has a strong appeal to young college students and affects the formation and change of college students' values. In terms of the formation of college students' beliefs and its impact on faith education, Internet subculture has a dual aspect. It not only has a positive role in promoting the transformation of faith education in communication methods and promoting the advancement of communication content with the times, but it can also produce deconstruction and resistance to the orientation of mainstream faith values. In-depth disclosure of the impact of Internet subculture on college students' faith education, and then proposing corresponding countermeasures, has become an important topic in deepening and innovating the research on college students' faith education in the Internet era.
