While reshaping the profile of rural areas and the identity of farmers, they have also facilitated the development of "Three Rural Issues", becoming "contributing farmers" which reflect and promote the construction of rural revitalization and digital design. This article conducts a “5W” communication mode on the released account "Dongbei Yujie" which has both personal creative characteristics and huge audience groups on the mainstream short video platform - Douyin. The promulgation of Law of the People's Republic of China on Supervision aims to provide strong support to improve the regulatory system in the past. However, this Supervision Law does not stipulate the specific content of lawyer's intervention at the detention stage, and the legitimate rights and interests of the detained object cannot be guaranteed. This paper will explore the necessity and feasibility of lawyer's intervention in detention work from the perspective of the absence of lawyers in the supervision law. Based on the practical experience of China's supervision system reform, this paper will also put forward some institutional suggestions on the identity, mode and time of lawyer's intervention in supervising detention measures, so as to improve the right protection mechanism of supervision law.

In response to changing demand structures due to slower population growth and economic shifts, this study examines the coordination between public service facilities and urban spatial centers, crucial for people-centered community development and spatial agglomeration laws. Utilizing crystal-growth algorithms and spatial autocorrelation, the research algorithmically interprets spatial centers, and conducts kernel density and natural break classification analyses on public service facilities. The case of Guangzhou's central urban area reveals: 1) The spatial centers are in Liwan, Yuexiu, and Haizhu districts; 2) Centers are dispersed within a five-minute range but cluster over thirty minutes; 3) Analysis of coupling at different scales highlights areas needing more public service facilities. This methodology elucidates the relationship between spatial elements and structure, enriching community living circle theory and contributing to urban high-quality development.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between image interaction and social motivation in virtual communities, and take Instagram and TikTok as case studies. First, the conceptual characteristics of virtual communities and the defined forms of image interaction are analysed, and then the classification of social motivation and its impact on user behaviour are explored, as well as the role of image interaction in shaping the social ecosystem, the social atmosphere and the user's social network. In Instagram, image interaction behaviours were found to be positively correlated with user engagement, increasing users' exposure and social influence. In TikTok, on the other hand, social identity based on image interaction was closely related to user satisfaction, promoting user loyalty and stickiness to the platform. In summary, image interaction, as an important form of social behaviour in virtual communities, has a positive impact on the development of the community and the social experience of users, but it also needs to pay attention to issues such as information security and content regulation.
