Starting from concerns about the loss of Nyai Mela's history, due to the lack of literacy about her struggles in the field of education, this research was conducted. Researchers will examine Nyai Mela's work in educating women in the city of Depok and its surroundings. The method used is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, and predominantly through interviews. The results of the research are that Nyai Mela not only provides Islamic religious education for women, but also teaches various skills. Later, his education and teaching was institutionalized in the form of a girls' boarding school, the results of which are felt to this day by women in the city of Depok

The evolution of people's patterns and direction of thinking in increasing awareness of protecting the environment has changed due to advances in public education. Increased awareness of environmental problems encourages people to look for alternative environmentally friendly products that are free from dangerous chemicals. As awareness of environmental issues increases, many people are looking for environmentally friendly alternatives for everyday products, including cleaners for household and kitchen appliances. Lerak fruit (Sapindus rarak DC.) emerged as a potential solution. The use of lerak fruit as soap has been around since ancient times, even before modern soap was discovered. The saponin content of lerak fruit can be used as an anti-microbial agent and can be used as an environmentally friendly multi-purpose cleaning detergent. It is hoped that this experiment will provide useful information for the development and utilization of lerak material as an environmentally friendly multi- purpose cleaning detergent.

This research is to find out about Islamic Religious Education learning, specifically about PAI teaching materials at vocational institutions in the digital era. The method used is a qualitative methodology with data collected through the library research method. The data obtained in this method is based on facts, reality in the field and not designed by researchers through research research. The results of this research are that the first advantage of developing digital-based PAI teaching materials is wider affordability and accessibility. Through digital platforms, PAI teaching materials can be accessed by students anywhere and at any time, as long as they have internet access. The final challenge that must be overcome is the tendency to misuse technology.

This research discusses the development strategies of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the region of the Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperative Office in Bandung City. SMEs play a crucial role in the economy by making a significant contribution to economic growth, job creation, and innovation. Factors such as increased demand, government support, innovation, access to capital, heightened awareness, and business collaborations play a key role in the positive growth of SMEs.In this study, a case study method is employed to analyze various strategies that have been implemented in the development of SMEs in the cooperative office's region. The observations reveal that the cooperative office's role is not merely administrative but also that of a catalyst in forming an ecosystem that supports SMEs. Government support and collaboration among small business actors have proven essential in enhancing the competitiveness and capacity of SMEs.Recommendations drawn from this research include the expansion of advisory services, training, and the strengthening of collaborative networks among SMEs. The implementation of policies supporting SME sector growth is also deemed crucial, including regulatory simplification, facilitation of market access, and the development of infrastructure supporting business activities. This research provides insights into the importance of SME development strategies in the Bandung cooperative office's region and lays the foundation for holistic planning that supports the sustainable growth of SMEs and their contribution to the local economy

This research aims to analyze the internal and external factors that influence the development of the Pit-Stop Coffee business and formulate an appropriate business development strategy. Pit-Stop Kopi is one of the big coffee brands in Gresik City which has been operating since 2017 and has three branches. This research technique uses SWOT analysis. The research results show that there are 4 strength factors and 4 weakness factors in the internal factors owned by Pit-Stop Coffee, and there are 4 opportunities and 3 threats contained in the external factors owned by Pit-Stop Coffee. The right strategy for developing this business is to use an aggressive strategy, with several alternatives, namely maintaining product quality, maximizing sales through online food ordering applications, and creating social events to attract new customers. It is hoped that this strategy can increase the competitiveness and sustainability of the Pit-Stop Coffee business in the face of intense competition.

This research aims to describe the forms of variation and types of antonymy in entertainment news texts on the Alarabiya news site. This research was carried out by collecting pairs of Arabic antonymies in news texts which have been analyzed semantically in the form of a classification based on types of Arabic antonymy. The theory that is the basis for the object of this research is the theory of an Arab linguist, Muhammad Ali al-Khuli. A marketing strategy is a plan designed and implemented by an organization to achieve marketing objectives. It involves the use of various methods, tools and techniques to promote a product or service to a target market, build a brand, and increase sales. In this case, consumer interest is the key to success in marketing a product or service. Interested consumers will be more likely to buy and maintain a relationship with the company. Therefore it is important for companies to have and improve effective marketing strategies to attract consumers. The purpose of this study is in line with the author's intention to know the effectiveness of the marketing strategy that has been implemented by Suria City Hotel Syariah by using the 4 P marketing model (product, price, place, promotion) and provide recommendations to streamline marketing strategies so that consumers can know and be interested in Suria City Hotel Syariah services. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive by means of purpose sampling, namely selecting resource persons according to research needs, using primary data sources obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation as well as secondary data sources obtained from books, journals, theses, official websites, and other references in accordance with the research. The result of this study is that the marketing strategy carried out by Suria City Hotel Syariah is to provide a variety of superior products even though currently some of its products have not been able to operate again after the pandemic. The price offered is quite affordable for all circles. The location strategy is quite strategic because it is in the middle of the city. Then the promotion carried out by Suria Hotel only uses the website, facebook and Instagram, it was not managed properly. Therefore the author provides recommendations to overcome these problems, namely by implementing a promotion mix ( advertising) such as advertising ( advertising) , individual sales (personal selling), sales promotion ( sales promotion), Direct Sales ( Direct Marketing). This research examines the role of the Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) in preventing and overcoming bullying in children in Jagir Village, Surabaya City. The objectives of this research are: (1) To determine the role of PUSPAGA in preventing bullying among children in Jagir Village, Surabaya. (2) To find out the role of PUSPAGA in overcoming bullying among children in Jagir Village, Surabaya. The research method in this study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research. From this research, the researchers obtained the results that: (1) PUSPAGA efforts to prevent bullying among children in Jagir Village, include: PUSPAGA goes to school and socializes to the community during RW Hall parenting classes. This study aims to partially test whether there are differences in the decision of buy signals and sell signals before and after using the technical analysis of Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) and Stochastic Oscillator (SO) on the LQ45 stock index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Banking subsector for the 2018-2022 period. This study used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test difference test with a total sample of 4 companies. The research method used is quantitative descriptive comparative type with secondary data. Data selection using purposive sampling and processed using IBM SPSS software version 20.0. The results of this study show that there is a difference in the decision of buy signals and sell signals before and after using MACD technical analysis and there is no difference in the decision of buy signals and sell signals before and after using SO technical analysis. So the implication is that MACD is not accurate, while SO is accurate used in buying signals and selling stock signals. The contribution of the results of this study is empirical evidence that investors do not need to always use MACD and need to always use SO in buying signals and selling stock signals.
本研究旨在对2018-2022年期间在印度尼西亚证券交易所(IDX)银行子行业上市的LQ45股票指数使用移动平均收敛背离指标(MACD)和随机摆动指标(SO)技术分析前后买入信号和卖出信号的决策是否存在差异进行部分检验。本研究采用 Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test 差异检验法,样本共 4 家公司。采用的研究方法是定量描述性比较法,使用二手数据。数据选择采用目的性抽样,并使用 IBM SPSS 软件 20.0 版进行处理。研究结果表明,使用 MACD 技术分析前后,买入信号和卖出信号的决策存在差异,而使用 SO 技术分析前后,买入信号和卖出信号的决策没有差异。因此,这意味着 MACD 并不准确,而 SO 用于买入信号和卖出股票信号是准确的。本研究结果的贡献在于,通过实证证明了投资者不需要总是使用 MACD,而需要在买入信号和卖出信号中总是使用 SO。

Student planning requires skill, foresight, sensitivity, seriousness and strong determination, and serious management to achieve the expected goals. The multiple intelligences possessed by students must be explored and developed through self-development programs according to their respective talents and interests. Therefore the school principal as a policy maker should produce policies so that the implementation of the learning process can run effectively. Discipline development must be planned as well as possible, both academic and non-academic development. This study used field research methods (Field Research) using a qualitative descriptive method. The observation was used as the data collection. Records and other documents were used to support the conducted research. The objects in this study were books, journals, and articles. The subjects in this study were the school principal and vice principal for student affairs. The results of this study indicated that student planning is the initial stage in doing something that begins with the analysis of students’ needs, Students’ Selection, Students’ Orientation, Students’ Placement, Students’ Records, and Reports. Student planning at MTs Al Ghiffari had been going well in terms of PPDB and students’ Orientation Period, but it needed to be maximized in terms of grouping students, fostering student discipline, and organizing special services
