In increasing the likelihood of success, the company needs to maintain the good image of the company in order to increase the confidence of external parties in fulfilling and carrying out tasks properly. Researchers tested one of the well-known companies in East Java, PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera as the object of research because the company has a positive image, good salary satisfaction, and work pressure that can be used as parameters in the research to analyze the effect of perceived external prestige, pay satisfaction, and work pressure on employee performance at PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera. In this study, quantitative descriptive methods were used in this study. The data collection method in this study was carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies and data processing was carried out with the help of the SPSS 25 program. So obtained the results of the f test that has been carried out in this study then it can be concluded that perceived external prestige (X1), pay satisfaction (X2), and work pressure (X3) together have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera. In addition, the results of the t test explain that perceived external prestige (X1) and work pressure (X3) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera. While the variable pay satisfaction (X2) does not have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera.

Inclusive education is education that provides opportunities for students with special needs to participate in learning with general students. This research describes the strategy of the Bojonegoro Education Office for implementing inclusive schools. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that implementation of inclusive education in Bojonegoro has not run maximally because several problems occur, such as there is still resistance from communities towards children with special needs; there are limited competent special guidance teachers; learning curriculum still same as general students; and easily accessible learning media still less than optimal. However, on the other hand, the strategy of the Education Office in implementing inclusive education in Bojonegoro can be said to be quite good, this can be seen from the readiness of the Education Office to provide facilities needed by students with special needs and the existence of BOS funds helps meet the needs of students with special needs. Apart from that, there is also the ULD Trandiksus program which will be launched by the Ministry through BPPMP, in which case the Education Office will also provide supporting facilities for every inclusive education activity.

Regional taxes and levies are an important source of regional income to finance the implementation of regional government and regional development. This research aims to examine how the collection of taxes and fees affects what are obstacles to financing and raising funds. The approach used in preparing this research uses literature study, where the data obtained comes from media literature and significant reading with journal titles that are relevant to the topic of discussion. In carrying out this research, researchers used a qualitative description method, this method contains non-numerical data (not numbers). The aim of the journal is to use this qualitative description in accordance with the problem which will discuss regional taxes and levies and their impact on the public, so that we can understand the concept of regional taxes and levies.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of investment knowledge, investment motivation and financial literacy on investment interest in the market. This research uses three independent variables and one dependent variable. Independent variables: investment knowledge (X1), investment motivation (X2), and financial literacy (X3). With the dependent variable investment interest (Y). The data used in this research is secondary quantitative data obtained from distributing questionnaires via Google Form. This research is secondary quantitative research. The time for distributing the questionnaire from December 2023 to January 2024 was 110 pieces of data. This research uses multiple linear analysis. Hypothesis testing is carried out using partial regression tests and simultaneous tests. The results of this research are that the influence of investment, investment motivation and financial literacy influence investment interest.

This study aims to determine whether perceptions of accounting knowledge, financial rewards, and job market considerations influnce accounting student’s interest in choosing a career as a public acoountant. This type of research using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires both offline and online via Google Form. The population in this study were accounting students from Tuna pembangunan University, AUB Dharma University, and Muhammadiyah Surakarta University in semesters 5 and 7. This research sample used purposive sampling technique to obtain 91 samples. The analytical method used is statistical multiple linear regression analysis processes using SPSS version 25. The results of this research partially ahow that the variables Perseption of Acoounting (X1) and Job Market Considerations (X3) influence students’s interest in pursuing a career as a Public Accountant (Y). Meanwhile, the Financial Rewards variable (X2) has no effect on accounting students’s interest in pursuing a career as a Publik Acoountant (Y).

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, compensation and work morale on the performance of Gojek drivers in the Palembang area. The research design used in this research uses an associative method. The analytical methods used are quantitative and qualitative methods. The variables used are 3 independent variables, namely motivation, work discipline and work environment and the dependent variable is employee performance. The research data sample used in the research was 100. The analytical tools used were the classical assumption model test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The research results show that simultaneously the variables of work environment, compensation and work morale influence the performance of Gojek drivers in the Palembang area. Partially, it shows that the work environment has an influence on the performance of Gojek drivers. Compensation affects the performance of Gojek drivers. Work enthusiasm influences the performance of Gojek drivers in the Palembang area.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of Brand Awareness, Brand Image, and Brand Trust on Brand Loyalty. Research data was obtained through a survey involving 212 respondents. This research uses primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed online and directly in the Central Jakarta area via Google Form. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling, with the main respondents being BritAma Savings customers. This research uses a quantitative approach by applying the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. This research is expected to provide knowledge to BRI management to further increase Brand Loyalty through increasing Brand Awareness, Brand Image and Brand Trust. The research results explain that there is a positive and significant influence between Brand Awareness, Brand Images, Brand Trust and Brand Loyalty.

This study explores the relationship between the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), consisting of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived security, with user trust, user satisfaction, and intention to continue adopting the use of mobile banking services among users of BNI Mobile Banking. The research sample involves users of BNI Mobile Banking in Kudus Regency, and data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondent offline at Bank Nasional Indonesia (BNI) branch in Kudus. Subsequently, data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Excel and Smart-PLS software. The research findings indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant impact on the intention to adopt mobile banking among users of BNI Mobile Banking. In contrast, perceived security does not have a significant influence on the intention to adopt mobile banking. User satisfaction and user trust also have a positive and significant impact on the intention to adopt mobile banking. Although the perception of ease of use does not significantly affect user satisfaction and user trust, these findings provide valuable insights into understanding the factors influencing the adoption and satisfaction of users in BNI Mobile Banking services.

Data was taken directly using a questionnaire with a population of consumers or followers from Bakpia Mandiri 214 Instagram. Sampling used non-probability sampling techniques. Hypothesis testing uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model which is processed using the SMART-PLS program. The variables in this research are Social Media Activity, Brand Awareness, Brand Image, E-Wom, and Commitment. These variables form the objective of the hypothesis in this research. This research provides results that Social Media Activities have a positive effect on Brand Awareness. Social Media Activities have a positive effect on Brand Image, Brand Awareness has a positive effect on E-Wom. Brand Awareness has a positive effect on Commitment. Brand Image has a positive effect on E-Wom, Brand Image has a positive effect on Commitment.

This research aims to determine the effect of social assistance on reducing poverty in Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques obtained from BPS. The data analysis technique in this research uses the classic assumption test. The research results show that 1. Poverty in Indonesia from 2015 - 2019 has decreased. 2. Social assistance spending has a negative and not significant effect on the number of poor people in Indonesia.
