Abstract in English This study aimed to shed light on the importance of using physiological tests and anthropometrics during the selection process for karate players under 13 years of age, and to highlight the importance of using physiological tests and their contribution to the success of the sports selection process, in addition to knowing the importance of conducting anthropometric measurements and their role in selecting the best players. The study was based on a sample consisting of 25 karate coaches from the Jijel League, and the sample was chosen in an intentional way due to the small size of the study population, and the descriptive method of the survey method was used for its suitability and the nature of the research. The following results:- Coaches' lack of interest in using physiological tests during the selection process.- Lack of coaches' interest in making physical measurements during the selection process.

The aim of the research was to transmit the effect of vertical learning in learning some skills in ground tennis to middle-generation students for boys, while the assumption of the research confirms that there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post tests in favor of the post-test in learning some skills in tennis for middle-generation students for boys, and the researcher used The experimental curriculum with an experimental design is one group. The curriculum includes two months (16) educational units within eight weeks. The unit time was 45 minutes, giving 30 minutes within the main section of the unit, and after the completion of the educational units, the researcher concluded there that the method of transmission of the vertical learning effect that was used on the research sample led to better learning of the front and back strike skill by the members of the research sample, and the researcher recommended that the research should use the method The transmission of the effect of vertical learning in learning and acquiring basic skills in games and sports activities for its effective role in the occurrence of the learning process among students due to the many advantages of this educational method. As well as using modern and varied educational methods and moving away from traditional educational methods.

The first section: The importance of physical abilities emerges due to their effective and significant effect in developing the correct and proper performance and to achieve a balance between the joints of the body and distribute the weight of the body equally and thus develop the appropriate harmonic capabilities of the special. As for the research problem, through the researcher's acquaintance with the level of physical fitness, it became clear that students need to develop some physical abilities at a better level, as physical fitness is of great importance in raising the level of general and private sports performance. Chapter Two: The researcher used the experimental method in the one-group method, as it is appropriate to the nature of the problem and the research and because it achieves the objectives and assumptions of the research Chapter Three: The results were presented, analyzed and discussed. Chapter Four: In light of the results obtained from this study, the following conclusions were reached: 1. The device auxiliary device (Stepper Building) had an effective role in improving the physical abilities of the subjects of the research sample. 2. The exercises prepared by the researcher led to the development of the physical abilities of the members of the research sample. The researcher recommended the following: 1. The necessity of using the device (Stepper Building) as it has great importance in developing physical and motor capabilities. 2. The necessity of using the exercises prepared by the researcher according to the device (the stepper building) due to its great importance in completing the process of training requirements for the physical and motor capabilities of the individuals of the research sample. 3. The necessity of conducting other studies on different samples for both sexes.

AbstractThe research problem was the weak interest in the psychological aspect of the first stage students / Department of Physical Education and Sports Science when compared to the physical, skill and planning aspects they receive through educational curricula. The study aimed to:1- Preparing a psychological program for a number of mental skills that coincide with the volleyball curriculum for students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science at Mosul University / College of Basic Education / First Stage.2-Knowing the effectiveness of using a number of mental skills in building self-confidence among students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science / First Stage / College of Basic Education. The researchers used the experimental approach to its relevance and the nature of the research, and the sample of the research in the College of Basic Education, University of Mosul, Department of Physical Education and Sports Science, and the number (20) students divided into two groups (two groups) A, B.The psychological program sessions were implemented with (14) sessions divided into two sessions each week. The researchers concluded the following:1 -The effectiveness of the psychological program that includes a number of mental skills in developing self-confidence among students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science / First Stage.2-There are significant differences between pre and post-test in self-confidence and in favour of the post-test in the experimental group in all fields (social relations, challenge, decision-making, happiness and contentment, psychological pressure, hesitation and fear, mental health).

This research dealt with the effect of intensive and distributed exercise on teaching to perform and control the compatibility of movements of body parts in athletic walking at the Basmaya Sports Academy for young women. The objective of the research focus on preparing special exercises with both intensive and distributed styles and identifying their effects in teaching , performing and control the compatibility of movements of body parts in athletic walking at the Basmaya Sports Academy For Young Women..The hypotheses included that there were statistically significant differences between the results of the pre and posttests of the two experimental research groups in teaching performance and controlling the motor compatibility of body parts in athletic walking. The research community was determined by the budding of the Basmaya Academy for the academic year 2019-2020, as the sample included (12) players ( female ) who were intentionally chosen from the beginners in teaching performance , controlling and matching the movements of body parts ..After the researcher made sure of the homogeneity of the sample, they were randomly distributed in two equal groups and performed parity in testing and evaluating the performance and kinetic compatibility of body parts in athletic walking. One of the groups represented the experimental group which is its teaching was according to intensive method ,while the other group used distributed method in teaching sport walking movements .The implementation of the main experiment took 5 weeks, with three teaching units per week. After the specified period, the tests and evaluations of the motions under study were re-examined. Statistical treatments were performed using the (spss) program by adopting the two tests (T) for the independent and interrelated samples. Conclusions showed excellence of 2nd group ( with distributed exercise ) and preference over first experimental group ( with intensive exercise ) in terms of teaching and controlling the kinematic compatibility of the movements of the parts of the body walking, and accordingly the recommendations came in the necessities of adopting exercises for the distributed method in teaching young beginners to the movements of athletic walking and controlling their compatibility
