Affective domain assessments that assess the emotional, motivational, attitude, interest, and spirit of learners have the same urgency as cognitive and psychomotor domains. The three domains that are the learning objectives are important positions in learning. But in actualization, the psychomotor and affective domains are often ignored, because they are too complicated and long in time. While the cognitive realm that emphasizes knowledge gets the maximum portion. This is an interesting thing to discuss with the aim of analyzing the assessment of the affective domain in PAI learning at SDN Rampal Celaket 2 Malang along with its supporting and inhibiting factors. Researchers will conduct research with a qualitative-descriptive approach to examine the assessment of affective domains in PAI learning at SDN Rampal Celaket 2 Malang. The data that has been obtained and collected will be analyzed using Milles and Huberman data analysis which includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusions from the data that has been analyzed. According to research that has been conducted, it shows that the assessment of the affective realm at SDN Rampal Celaket 2 Malang is carried out in several stages, there are planning, implementation, and evaluation. In planning, teachers make tables containing statements and assessment scales to be used in their implementation. The implementation is carried out through observation of students and conducting interviews with other teachers. While in the evaluation, the teacher analyzes the non-achievement of students at the assessment threshold. Students who are below the threshold will receive treatment to improve their affective learning outcomes.

The objective of this study is to analyse the factors that impact employee performance, namely the effect of remuneration and punishment, with satisfaction acting as a mediating factor. The study used a quantitative research methodology, focusing on a population of workers. The sample size consisted of 200 respondents. The research findings indicate that Compensation, Discipline, and Job Satisfaction have a direct and substantial effect on employee performance. Additionally, work discipline positively and significantly influences job satisfaction. However, Compensation does not have a positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction. The mediation analysis demonstrates that employee satisfaction plays a crucial role in fully mediating the impact of compensation and discipline on employee performance. Therefore, in order to enhance performance, it is imperative to prioritise employee satisfaction in the workplace and also pay close attention to employee compensation and work discipline.

This study seeks to comprehend and assess the factors that affect the performance of early childhood education (PAUD) teachers in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). The research sample comprises 180 participants, who are PAUD teachers in Jabodetabek. A snowball sampling technique was utilized for participant selection. The data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.2.8 software, encompassing both outer and inner model assessments to evaluate the research hypotheses. The study's outcomes reveal that self-efficacy, training, and achievement motivation have a substantial impact on the performance of PAUD teachers in Jabodetabek. Furthermore, self-efficacy and training affect the achievement motivation of PAUD teachers in Jabodetabek. Additionally, achievement motivation plays a mediating role in the relationship between self-efficacy, training, and the performance of PAUD teachers in Jabodetabek.

The research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and competence on employee performance through transformational leadership style as a mediating variable at PT Swabina Gatra. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used in this research was non-probability sampling with saturated samples. The population and sample in this research were 150 employees. The results of this study show that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, competence does not have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on transformational leadership style, competence does not have a positive and significant influence on leadership style transformation, and transformational leadership style have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while the indirect influence of organizational culture on performance through transformational leadership style shows full mediation because the indirect influence is greater than the direct influence of organizational culture, and for the indirect influence of competence on employee performance through a transformational leadership style shows partial mediation because the direct influence is greater. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the transformational leadership style to influence organizational culture by maintaining consistency and carrying out company commitments well, while the opportunities to increase competency given to employees are sufficient and need to be maintained fairly.

Student engagement has an important aspect in achieving excellent learning outcomes for learners and further improving their abilities. So teachers must have strategies to encourage student involvement. The aim of this research was to investigate the strategies the teachers use in activating students active learning in teaching and learning process and the challenges the teachers face in promoting students active learning. The researcher used qualitative research. The place of the research was in SMKS Muhammdiyah 1 Palu that located in Letjend Seoprapto. The Subject of the research were all English teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Palu that consist of four teachers. The data collection techniques that wil be used are: In depth Interview, Observation, and Documentation. The data will be analyzed in 3 steps, are Data reduction, data display, and conclusion. After conducting a research in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Palu, it is found that in stimulating students’ active English learning, the teachers use six strategies; Questionning & discussion, visual based instruction, rolep lay, game, project based learning, and discovery based learning. From those six strategies the teachers used in the previous explanation, there are four strategies that are used dominantly; questioning & discussion, visual based instruction, project based learning, and discovery based learning.researcher proposes that future researchers interested in the same issue might do in-depth research on teacher ways to encourage students' active learning in English. For instance, the specific strategy that can stimulate the specific skill.

Today, the education system in Islamic boarding schools has been transformed compared to when it was first established. Previously, students only studied religious sciences and did not study general sciences. These changes encourage management in the Islamic boarding school environment to be somewhat different so that it impacts the comfort of students which in turn will determine the students' academic achievement. The success of an educational process is characterized by the achievement of students in the academic field and the ability of students to regulate themselves well. Moreover, Islamic boarding schools' education and parenting systems have this achievement target. The problem is what needs to be investigated better. This study aims to test Attribution variables that strengthen Self-Efficacy and Self-Regulation. These three variables will affect academic achievement and other factors behind it. The study sample comprised 108 Class IX junior high school (SMP) students. The results showed that the attribution variable had an effect on increasing self-efficacy, and the variable on self-efficacy had an impact on improving self-regulation.
