This study seeks to comprehend and assess the factors that affect the performance of early childhood education (PAUD) teachers in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). The research sample comprises 180 participants, who are PAUD teachers in Jabodetabek. A snowball sampling technique was utilized for participant selection. The data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.2.8 software, encompassing both outer and inner model assessments to evaluate the research hypotheses. The study's outcomes reveal that self-efficacy, training, and achievement motivation have a substantial impact on the performance of PAUD teachers in Jabodetabek. Furthermore, self-efficacy and training affect the achievement motivation of PAUD teachers in Jabodetabek. Additionally, achievement motivation plays a mediating role in the relationship between self-efficacy, training, and the performance of PAUD teachers in Jabodetabek.

This study aims to determine the principles of managing village-owned enterprises to improve people's welfare in the Modong, Sidoarjo Regency village. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The authors used data collection techniques through interviews and observations to obtain the informant data needed in this study. Research shows that the management of BUMDes in Modong Village, Sidoarjo Regency, can be seen from three aspects: 1) Good cooperation between BUMDes managers and the village government can be seen in the form of village budgets allocated to business programs, although the amount is still limited. 2) Good accountability can be seen in administrative reports routinely carried out every year and in business forms such as savings and loans and the provision of iron tents or aisles. 3) Business continuity, in general, has been going well because most Modong Village residents are farmers. Therefore, BUMDes managers hope to get capital assistance in the agricultural sector, such as fertilizers, poisons and seeds, to make it easier for the community to access agrarian materials. The role of BUMDes in Modong Village in developing potential and empowering the community, in general, has been going well. However, there are still some things that need to be improved. The supporting factor is the government's commitment to overcoming poverty and empowering villages through BUMDes, which is reflected in the allocation of funds from village funds, district budgets, provincial budgets, and related ministries. However, the still limited village budget for developing larger businesses is the inhibiting factor.

Running a private special school has its own difficulties, particularly when it comes to budget management. The effectiveness of an educational institution's financial management will undoubtedly have an influence on raising educational standards. The goal of this study is to examine how special schools handle their finances to raise educational standards. A case study methodology was employed in this qualitative research project at one of the private special schools in West Sumatra's Tanjung Raya sub-district. The foundation's director, the principal, and the treasurer served as the study's subjects. This study employed a variety of data gathering techniques, including documentation, interviews, and observation. The data was then examined via conclusion drawing, data reduction, and data display. According to the findings of this research, Tanjung Raya Special School has not implemented the planning, organizing, executing, and monitoring phases of financial management to their fullest potential. However, principals, teachers, and staff collaborate to manage school funding in order to raise educational standards in terms of infrastructure, amenities, and teacher welfare. Infrastructure and school facilities are in line with national education standards, and the provincial office's policies on teachers' welfare have been changed. It may be said that special school Tanjung Raya is doing its utmost to raise academic standards despite having less funding since they haven't yet gotten BOS grants.

The low quality of education in Indonesia is actually a discussion that has existed for a long time, but until now the problem of education quality has not been resolved. Quality education is the hope and demand of all education stakeholders. Everyone will certainly prefer to study at institutions that have good quality. On this basis, madrasas/educational institutions must be able to provide good service and quality so that they are not left behind and are able to compete with other institutions. This study used a qualitative approach, data were collected by interviews and observations with documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data condensation, data presentation and data verification. This research resulted in (1) Quality improvement management planning at the Nurmadani NW Montong Lisung Islamic Boarding School based on national education standards, but in this study it only examined one of these national education standards, namely education staff standards. (2) The organization of quality improvement management at the Nurmadani NW Montong Lisung Islamic Boarding School is in accordance with the organizational structure because each administrator works according to their respective duties and functions. (3) Motivation in carrying out quality improvement management at the Nurmadani NW Montong Lisung Islamic Boarding School by fostering mastery of the material, mastering the media, improving teacher quality, and providing media is a form of motivational encouragement carried out by the head of the madrasa to his teachers and giving rewards or awards to principals and teachers who carry out their duties properly.
