Pengaruh TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge) dan Kecerdasan Spiritual terhadap Kinerja Guru TPACK(技术、教育和内容知识)和精神智力教师

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of TPACK on teacher performance, 2) the effect of spiritual intelligence on teacher performance, and 3) the effect of TPACK and spiritual intelligence on teacher performance. This type of research is quantitative research with the Ex-Post Facto method. The population in this study were all teachers at SMA and MA Negeri in Payakumbuh, totaling 493 people. Sampling used a proportional stratified random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The number of samples in this study were 221 teachers at all State Senior High Schools and State Senior High Schools in Payakumbuh City. The research instrument uses angles. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires using the Google form application and the link was shared via WhatsApp. Data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) there is an effect of TPACK on the performance of teachers in SMA and MA Negeri in Payakumbuh City. This is evidenced by the t-count value of the TPACK variable (X1) on teacher performance (Y) which is greater than the t-table (8,591 > 1,984), 2) there is an influence of spiritual intelligence on teacher performance at State Senior High Schools and State MAs in Payakumbuh City. This is evidenced by the t-count value of the spiritual intelligence variable (X2) on teacher performance (Y) which is greater than the t-table (6,487 > 1,984), 3) there is an influence between TPACK (and spiritual intelligence together on teacher performance in State Senior High Schools and State MAs in Payakumbuh City. This is evidenced by the value of the F-count analysis of the TPACK regression variable (X1) and spiritual intelligence (X2) on teacher performance (Y) which is greater than the F-table (260.079 > 3.00).

This study aims to determine the service quality, customer loyalty, and price and product quality of Alfamart Raya Sukodono. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observations. The results of this study are Friendly and responsive service quality provided by Alfamart Raya Sukodono is an important factor in influencing customer loyalty. Good service creates customer trust and comfort, motivating them to remain loyal and shop again at Alfamart Raya Sukodono. High customer loyalty at Alfamart Raya Sukodono results from a combination of several factors such as friendly and responsive service, attractive loyalty programs, and promotional activities. involving customers. then also Alfamart Raya Sukodono managed to offer its customers affordable prices and good product quality. The emphasis on competitive prices and adequate quality attracts customers who are looking for the best value in their shopping experience. By providing quality products at competitive prices, Alfamart Raya Sukodono maintains customer satisfaction and strengthens long-term relationships with them.

Nature or the environment cannot be separated from the social life of society. The actualization of environmental fiqh education (fiqh al-bi'ah) in society is considered capable of minimizing problems in forest area environmental cases. This research aims to find out about understanding public to draft education jurisprudence environment (Fiqh Al- bi'ah) in society area forest Village Gang, education jurisprudence environment conducted in schools/madrasah and analyze actualization education Fiqh Al- bi'ah in society area forest Village Gang. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The community already has awareness and is able to properly manage the forest area environment in accordance with Islamic teachings and applicable regulations. This study concludes, the actualization of environmental law education (fiqh al-bi'ah) in the forest area community of Genggelang Village includes: First, Understanding of the Forest Area Community Village Gangbang To Draft Jurisprudence Environment (Fiqh Al- Bi'ah ), As for what is obtained , researchers find a number of perspective about understanding public to draft education jurisprudence environment ie Perspective public intellectual or educated is society that has base education from medium on until college high . Indonesian government and society in improving the quality of education, especially in student achievement in schools. This study aims to determine 1) the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning achievement. 2) the relationship between teacher performance and learning achievement. 3) The relationship between emotional intelligence and teacher performance with student achievement at SMAN 1 Batuklian Utara, Central Lombok. This research is a qualitative research, the data collection used is a questionnaire and documentation. While data analysis using normality test, correlation test, multiple regression test and t test. The results of the study show 1) Emotional intelligence has a strong relationship to student achievement at SMAN 1 Batukliang Utara, Central Lombok Regency. 2) Teacher performance has a very strong relationship to student achievement at SMAN 1 Batukliang Utara, Central Lombok Regency. 3) there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and teacher performance with student achievement at SMAN 1 Batukliang Utara, Central Lombok Regency.

This research aims to determine the method of learning Arabic in the Madrasah Aliyah Labolatorium UINSU Medan by using a type of field research with qualitative research method, which is the object of research for Arabic subject teachers and the methods used in learning Arabic. The method used at the Madrasah Aliyah Labolatorium UINSU is tu use various method and adapt tu the material to be tought and also the methods that are commonly used, namerly the group discussion method, demonstration method, field trip method and translation method. The method used was implemented well an made it easier for students at the Madrasah Aliyah Labolatorium UINSU to understand the lessons conveyed by the teacher. The importence of using methods and choosing metgots that are appropriate to the material ti be taught in learning Arabic will make it easier for students to understand learning and create affective an efficient learning.

Analysis of Students’ Writing Ability through Diary Writing Habits at MIN 11 Medan City 从日记写作习惯看棉兰市MIN 11学生的写作能力

The essence of the problems in this study are: first, to determine the writing ability of students of class V MIN 11 Medan City. Second, to find out the teacher's strategy in improving students' writing skills through the habit of writing diaries in class V MIN 11 Medan City. Third, to find out the process of habituating the ability to write diaries in class V MIN 11 Medan City. This research is a qualitative research, which was conducted in class V MIN 11 Medan City, who acted as research subjects were students of class V MIN 11 Medan City, totaling 28 people. Data collection techniques in this study, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the findings and results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the habit of writing diaries in fifth grade students at MIN 11 Medan City has proven to have a positive impact on improving children's writing abilities when learning to write in Indonesian. The indicators that can be seen are from the 28 students in grade 20, some of them are already able to write essays coherently. Coherently means writing essays correctly, and other rules that are in accordance with the demands of learning to write essays. As for the habituation made by the teacher in improving students' writing skills in writing diaries, including instructing children to make a writing that tells memorable experiences for them in their diaries and instructing children to write down their daily activities both at home and at school into them diary.

Second, to find out the teacher's strategy in improving students' writing skills through the habit of writing diaries in class V MIN 11 Medan City. Third, to find out the process of habituating the ability to write diaries in class V MIN 11 Medan City. This research is a qualitative research, which was conducted in class V MIN 11 Medan City, who acted as research subjects were students of class V MIN 11 Medan City, totaling 28 people. Data collection techniques in this study, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the findings and results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the habit of writing diaries in fifth grade students at MIN 11 Medan City has proven to have a positive impact on improving children's writing abilities when learning to write in Indonesian. The indicators that can be seen are from the 28 students in grade 20, some of them are already able to write essays coherently. Coherently means writing essays correctly, and other rules that are in accordance with the demands of learning to write essays. The objectives of this study are to analyze 1) the role of religious teachers, parents, and school principals; 2) the forms of synergy among religious teachers, parents, and school principals. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative research. Data were gathered through interviews, field notes, and documentation. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings present the following 1) the roles of religious teachers include: a) educator; b) administrator; c) supervisor; d) innovator. The roles of parents encompass a) educator and caregiver; b) mentor and supporter; c) facilitator and motivator. The roles of school principals involve a) educator; b) manager; c) supervisor; d) innovator. 2) the applied forms of synergy consist of a) involving parents in program development; b) fostering intensive communication; c) initiating introductions with parents; d) conducting regular meetings with parents.

How Organizational Commitment Mediates Teacher Competence and Work Discipline on Student Learning Outcomes 组织承诺如何中介教师胜任力和工作纪律对学生学习成果的影响

In the context of education, the achievement of learning outcomes has an important role as an indicator of the effectiveness of the learning process. This study aims to examine the role of organizational commitment as a mediating factor in the influence of teacher competence and work ethic on learning outcomes. This study involved 31 instructors as the study population and used a quantitative approach with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The research findings show that: (1) teacher competence has no significant effect on learning outcomes, (2) teacher competence has a significant effect on organizational commitment, (3) work discipline has no significant effect on organizational commitment, (4) work discipline has an influence significant effect on organizational commitment, (5) organizational commitment has a significant impact on learning outcomes, and (6) teacher competence directly influences learning outcomes through work discipline factors and organizational commitment which are closely interrelated.

Developing Writing Skill of the Eighth-Grade Students through the Use of Genre Based Approach 运用体裁教学法培养八年级学生的写作技巧

Background: The objective of writing instruction is to equip students with the ability to proficiently comprehend and produce various types of texts, such as monologues, paragraphs, or essays. So, finding and applying appropriate teaching methods to teach writing skills is necessary. Methods: The subjects of this research were the students at grade VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Bambalamotu that consisted of 22 students. This research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) covering plan, action, observation, and reflection. This research was carried out in two cycles. The first meeting focused on explanation of the materials through the syntax of Genre-Based Approach; 1. BKOF (Building Knowledge of the Field), 2. MCOT (Modeling Construction of the Text), 3. JCOT (Join construction of the Text) and 4. ICOT (Independent Construction of the Text). And the second meeting focused on evaluation. Results: The data of this research were obtained from observation, field notes, and writing test. In the initial test of cycle 1, it was evident that the students did not meet the success standards as they struggled to write descriptive paragraphs. However, the test results in cycle 2 revealed that the introduction of the GBA (Guided-By-Approach) effectively enhanced the students' writing abilities. By following the stages outlined in the GBA, the challenges faced by students in writing can be reduced. Conclusion: three key elements of the GBA, namely collaboration, joint construction, and independent construction, contribute to the potential for improvement in students' writing skills.

Efektivitas Gaya Kepemimpinan Tuan Guru dalam Tata Kelola Pondok Pesantren 教师先生领导风格在寄宿学校管理方面的成效

This study aims to determine: 1) Tuan Guru's leadership style at Darul Abror NW Gunung Rajak Islamic Boarding School and Darul Furqon NW Mengkuru Islamic Boarding School; 2) similarities and differences in the Tuan Guru leadership style at Darul Abror NW Gunung Rajak Islamic Boarding School and Darul Furqon NW Mengkuru Islamic Boarding School; and 3) the effectiveness of governance at the Darul Abror NW Gunung Rajak Islamic Boarding School and the Darul Furqon NW Mengkuru Islamic Boarding School). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collected by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) Tuan Guru's leadership style at Darul Abror Islamic Boarding School NW Gunung Rajak emphasizes exemplary, competency-based recruitment, formation of management through deliberations, and collaborative program arrangement, while Tuan Guru's leadership style at Darul Furqon Islamic Boarding School NW Mengkuru involves a clear pattern of assignments, recruitment based on qualifications, formation of management through deliberations, and preparation of activity programs through deliberations led by Tuan Guru; 2) the similarity of Tuan Guru's leadership style at Darul Abror NW Gunung Rajak Islamic Boarding School and Darul Furqon NW Mengkuru Islamic Boarding School is that both used a spiritual-based leadership style, while the difference is that Tuan Guru at Darul Abror NW Gunung Rajak Islamic Boarding School used a visionary leadership style, while Tuan Guru's leadership style is in Darul Furqon Islamic Boarding School NW Mengkuru used a charismatic leadership style; 3) Governance at the Darul Abror NW Gunung Rajak Islamic Boarding School looks effective by using a model of responsibility-based governance, regeneration and professionalism, while governance at the Darul Furqon NW Mengkuru Islamic Boarding School also looks effective with responsibility-based governance and loyalty.
