This research explains the role of women fishermen (fishermen's wife) in assisting family economic needs. Fishermen who have economies below average are considered unable to meet their daily needs. Fishermen are jobs that bear considerable risk. In addition to the many shipping supplies and fishing gear they need, the risk of weather also greatly affects. For example if a storm hit the beach, then they automatically cannot get down to the sea and it is difficult to catch fish. Here the role of women is needed. Automated women cannot always rely on their husband to meet family needs. Here comes the role of two women who are certainly very helpful to the fisherman especially in the economic field. Various jobs such as sewing, trading such as opening a shop and other work. Here also will be found various problems such as women ignore their health and whether there is a role of government in paying attention to this, especially the local government. This research uses field observation method through interview and some data needed such as document as additional material. Interviews were conducted with fishermen and women fishermen at the study sites. Then also use the method of history in general, where data from the results of the interview will also be criticized and analyzed.

This article is motivated by the heat of the conditions of the Indonesian people at this time which was started by reporting the chaos between supporters of soccer that caused casualties, then the heat of political elections in 2019 which caused a split of supporters, many hoax issues circulating offending SARA a serious threat to the integrity of the nation Indonesia at this time. The need for preventive measures from all parties so that these problems do not worsen and even disband the NKRI. One of the real efforts is to reaffirm the value of multiculturalism and national unity, given the composition of the Indonesian community is quite diverse, racial, religious and among other groups. So, historical learning can be an alternative to reaffirm the value of multiculturalism and national unity. Learning history based on multiculturalism can be carried out freely with the 2013 Curriculum foundation which contains values and the teacher can formulate the value of multiculturalism and national unity through several materials such as the period of national movement, and youth oath. This study aims to delve deeper into how the role of art in traditional culture can be used as character building for the next generation of the nation. The art school which is specialized in Vocational High Schools (SMK), offers expertise programs to junior high school graduates who are interested in exploring and learning traditional arts and culture. The presence of art-based formal schools, of course, can have a positive impact on the younger generation to maintain and preserve the art of traditional culture as forming a moral character, as well as the emergence of a sense of love for their own culture. Usually Vocational Schools are very identical with technical schools, machinery, and other fields of technology, but art Vocational Schools in West Sumatra, especially the city of Padang, offer different skills than vocational education in general, namely traditional arts. This is evidenced by the presence of Vocational High School 4, Vocational High School 8 and Padang Vocational High School 7, which are art vocational schools in West Sumatra, especially in Padang which make traditional arts and crafts of Minangkabau culture a skill program developed by their students. This school is maintained and is the pride of the people of Padang City.

The event of the conquest of the Palembang Sultanate from the Dutch Colonial nation became a major event. As a large Islamic Sultanate in the archipelago until finally after going through several phases of war must be subdued and accept the defeat agreement from the Netherlands. After mastering the Palembang Darussalam Sultanate, the Dutch Colonial government changed the order of the Sultanate's administration into an Palembang Residency. Of course the status change also affects the area below. This was done by the Dutch colonial government in an effort to regulate a democratic government system in order to support its policies. The Surulangun Rawas area is an area that previously belonged to the Palembang Sultanate, but after coming to power the Dutch Colonial government raised the status of Surulangun Rawas to become the capital of Onder Adeling Rawas. Surulangun became the capital of Onder Adeling Rawas making this area more lively and crowded, because it became the center of the Dutch Colonial government. In the social environment there are many newcomers to this area, not only the Colonial community, but also residents from other regions outside the Surulangun Rawas area. Then pluralism appears in this region. From an economic standpoint, after Surulangun became the capital of Onder Afdeling Rawas, many people were introduced to various new agricultural systems. Many new plants such as rubber, oil palm began to be planted by the people of Surulangun as supporting the export life of the Dutch Colonial government. In the trading system it was also more alive, where the Rawas river was traversed and visited by traders from various regions around Rawas and beyond Rawas.

To achieve these purposes, the research activities will be divided into two stages, namely the library research and the field research. The library research focused on searching some books that are relevant to the research, while the field research conducted in the form of surveying the sampling of the location, observation and in-depth interview. Furthermore, the methods used in this research namely Clifford Geertz’s ethnographic analysis. The results show that Dangkong Dance as Malay traditional art consists of several elements: (1) musical accompaniment; (2) song accompaniment; (3) ornament. Students generally experience obstacles in writing thesis research proposals. The research findings indicate that the problems in writing a thesis proposal by students include; find research ideas, look for literature and empirical data in the field as well as technical constraints related to aspects of writing relating to structure (systematics) and rules for using scientific and standard Indonesian languages. The specific problem of writing proposal research types, among others, relates to the development of a framework that describes the paradigm of relationships between variables, determining the design of experimental designs, how to determine samples and analyze data using formulas and statistics. Constraints on PTK proposal writing, among others, relate to the determination of research design in the form of the PTK cycle including the activities carried out in each cycle, determining indicators of success, data collection and data analysis. While writing a proposal for the type of R & D research students face constraints related to determining product specifications that are attractive and truly needed by teachers and students, relevant literature, writing framework, selection of development models, and product trial designs. The study of this study describes the obstacles faced by students in writing research proposals for history education thesis. The aim is to identify common obstacles experienced by students in writing thesis proposals, including specific obstacles to writing experimental research proposals, CAR and R&D. Data on the constraints of thesis proposal writing are collected by interviewing students, examining their thesis proposals and examining students' written reports about the perceived constraints when writing a thesis proposal. The source of research data comes from students, thesis documents and experience reports writing thesis proposals. This data was analyzed descriptively qualitatively.
