This study aims to formulate strategic decision-making in the paint industry through the SWOT-AHP hybrid method. The calculated priorities of the SWOT factor can form a management approach to the company's main decisions. From the study results, it is expected to get an overview of the application of strategic analysis using the hybrid SWOT-AHP method based on influencing factors. (3) Build a close relationship with personal values, especially for Pareto stores. The proliferation of local skincare products has reach nationwide awareness. Practitioners have find an increasing attention to facilitating skincare consumer purchase decision exposures with influencer and word of mouth strategies. However, previous research on the impact of influencers on consumers' word of mouth is limited. This study aims to provide new insights into the drivers of customer purchase decisions on local skincare products. influencers and electronic word of mouth. The questionnaire spread to determine the appropriate influencers' effect. An online survey was held on to test the proposed model. Results indicate that influencers and word of mouth predict consumer purchase decisions. Word of mouth mediated the effect of influencers and consumer purchase decisions. This study sheds on a new path to the understanding of social media influencers through the lens of digital channels. Word of mouth is able to boost the effect of influencers on all social media channels.

Perceived quality of a product is very important because it can be a factor in winning market competition. This study aims to determine what product attributes still need to be improved and which need to be maintained in the Teh Pucuk Harum packaged beverage product. The type of research used is mixed method. Data collection techniques using observation, surveys and interviews. As for data analysis using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results of the research show that the attributes of quality, design, and style still need to be improved and become the focus of the company. Meanwhile, price and feature attributes are considered less important by consumers, so they are not the focus of the company in its marketing strategy.

Start-up ecosystems, with their inherent dynamism and potential for innovation, have grown significantly in recent years. However, understanding the factors that influence their share value remains an intricate task. This research aims to elucidate the direct and indirect impacts of start-up attributes - assets, capital, and employees - and their innovative practices on the share value of these burgeoning enterprises. Using regression analysis on data collected from start-ups operating between 2019 and 2022, this study uncovers several critical insights. The assets, capital, and number of employees were found to have a significant influence on the level of innovation within the start-up. Yet, surprisingly, these factors, along with innovation itself, did not exert a direct influence on the start-up shares. However, an indirect effect was noticed, with assets and capital influencing shares when mediated by innovation. No such indirect effect was discerned with the number of employees. This study enriches the existing literature by providing a nuanced perspective on the interconnectedness of start-up characteristics, innovation, and share value. Moreover, it presents vital insights to investors and start-up decision-makers by underscoring the essential role of innovation in enhancing share value. For future research, exploration of other potential mediators and examination of these relationships across diverse start-up contexts is recommended to develop a more comprehensive understanding.

This research is motivated by the existence of gaps in research results and is reinforced by the phenomenon that occurs in Tabita Skincare Cream users in Kolaka Regency, which are still widely used by consumers, but these cosmetic products have not been registered with the BPOM agency. This study aims to measure the effect of product quality and trust on customer loyalty to Tabita skincare cream users in the Kolaka Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 50 respondents. Data analysis was processed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with PLS analysis techniques. The study results indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty to Tabita skincare cream users in Kolaka Regency. This is evidenced by the t-count, which is 9,816, which is higher than the t-table value of 1,299, and the trust variable also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty because the t-count value obtained from the results of data processing is 2.505 higher than the value t-table is 1.299. Then the product quality and trust variables have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in the influence of 51.1%, and other variables explain the remaining 48.1% besides those studied in this study.

This study aims to determine, analyze, and explain the effect of job analysis on the employee’s performance of SMK PGRI Telagasari Karawang. This research uses descriptive analysis and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were users of SMK PGRI Telagasari Karawang Regency, the sample in this study was 85 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is a saturated sample, namely taking respondents using the population as the research sample. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of job analysis on employee performance at SMK PGRI Telagasari, Karawang Regency. The magnitude of the influence of job analysis on the performance of employees of SMK PGRI Telagasari Karawang Regency is 89.4%. While the remaining 10.6% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.

This study aims to explain how the relationship between job resourcefulness towards individual crafting and collaborative crafting is mediated by work engagement. Respondents used in this study were employees of the Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers restaurant, amounting of 53 respondents. This research uses a quantitative method with census sampling and uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The test results show that job resourcefulness has a significant effect on work engagement. The effect of job resourcefulness on individual crafting and collaborative crafting has a significant effect. Then, the test results show that work engagement can mediate the relationship of job resourcefulness with individual crafting and collaborative crafting.

Kebun Raya Bogor adalah tempat wisata unggulan di Kota Bogor yang memiliki daya tarik tersendiri dan juga dilengkapi dengan fasilitas untuk pengunjung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Kebun Raya Bogor. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan mengunakan analisis data statistik deskriptif dengan maksud menguji kebenaran dari suatu hipotesis yang dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data dari lapangan guna memprediksi dan menjelaskan hubungan atau pengaruh dari suatu variabel ke variabel lainnya. Data didapatkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang pernah berkunjung ke Kebun Raya Bogor menggunakan sampel non probability dengan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji coba instrumen yaitu uji validitas, realibilitas, uji normalitas, regresi sederhana, uji hipotesis uji korelasi dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dari hasil uji hipotesis (Uji T) yang dilakukan oleh Peneliti menghasilkan Thitung 16.149 > Ttabel 1,98447. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Fasilitas terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung. Sehingga semakin meningkat nya kualitas Fasilitas maka semakin berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung di Kebun Raya Bogor. Terdapat pengaruh Fasilitas terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung di Kebun Raya Bogor dengan nilai koefisiensi korelasi sangat kuat dan signifikan antara Fasilitas terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung. Nilai koefisien determinasi tersebut sebesar 72,7%.

The development of religious tourism is used as an alternative to tourism development in the new normal era, including Kenderan Tourism Village. However, various technical problems still need to be solved in its operations and development efforts. This study aims to identify the potential and formulate a strategy for developing Pengelukatan Telaga Waja as a religious tourism attraction in Kenderan Tourism Village, Tegalalang, Gianyar. A type of qualitative descriptive research that identifies the potential and strategy of developing vehicle tourism villages as religious tourism by conducting observations and structured interviews on three informants selected by purposive sampling and meeting inclusion criteria. All results are interpreted using tourism area life cycle theory. As a result, the Pengelukatan Telaga Waja could be a religious tourism attraction in Kenderan Tourism Village, Gianyar District. The potential of the village with good natural resources and prioritizing elements of the sacred language, spirituality, and religion based on Balinese local wisdom makes Pengelukatan telaga waja favored by tourists. The results of the 4A analysis show that Pengelukatan Telaga Waja meets the attractive aspect (natural nuances that provide a sense of sacred mystique and still prioritize the religious side), amenities (there are facilities for post melukat meditation at Pancoran Solas), accessibility (road access to the Pengelukatan Telaga Waja site is quite good), and ancillary (the management of this Pengelukatan Telaga Waja place already has a management institution by Puri Figures). SWOT analysis shows that the Pengelukatan Telaga Waja meets all the criteria of a good SWOT as a religious tourism attraction in Kenderan Tourism Village, and improving the image of the area is the main development strategy.

Visi dari Universitas YPPI Rembang untuk menjadi kampus yang mampu mencetak wirausahan-wirausahawan muda mendorong munculnya kebijakan terkait Pendidikan kewirausahaan bagi mahasiswa. Melalui kegiatan Pendidikan kewirausahaan mahasiswa memperoleh bekal untuk menjadi wirausahawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha dengan efikasi diri sebagai variabel mediasi pada mahasiswa Universitas YPPI Rembang. Sampling jenuh menjadi teknik sampling yang dipilih pada penelitian ini. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 83 mahasiswa Universitas YPPI Rembang yang telah mengambil mata kuliah Entrepreneurial Skill. Structural Equation Model dengan menerapkan pendekatan variance based sem menjadi metode analisis data yang digunakan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berperan sebagai variabel mediasi sempurna pada pengaruh antara pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diterima oleh mahasiswa tidak berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap intensi berwirausaha yang ada di kalangan mahasiswa. Efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha Universitas YPPI Rembang hendaknya semakin meningkatkan pengembangan pendidikan kewirausahaan guna mendorong munculnya intensi berwirausaha pada kalangan mahasiswa. Pengembangan ini dapat dilakukan dengan menambah desain dan metode Pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diterima oleh para mahasiswa Universitas YPPI Rembang melalui pengembangan kurikulum pembelajaran mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan penyelenggaraan kuliah tamu yang menarik dirancang oleh kampus guna meningkatkan intensi wirausaha yang ada pada mahasiswa.
