Internet growth in Indonesia has rapidly affected economic stability. Buying and selling transaction becoming more efficient and could be done without face to face through online platform such as e-commerce as the effect of internet development. Tokopedia is one of the successful e-commerce which was ranked in the first position of the highest transaction in Indonesia, therefore this research for a benchmark is needed. The purpose of this study was to determine partially the influence of brand image and product price towards purchase decision and the influence of simultaneous brand image and product price towards purchase decision. This research was conducted on e-commerce Tokopedia users with sample around 400 taken using purposive sampling. Data was collected using online questionnaire with multiple linear regression technique analysis. Data was proceed using SPSS 25 for Mac. The result show brand image and product price have a partially significant effect towards on Tokopedia e-commerce purchase decision. Also brand image and product price have a simultaneous significant effect towards on Tokopedia e-commerce purchase decision.

For the purposes of investigating the performance of employees of PT. This time, the work of Lima Sahabat uses the independent variables of organizational climate, work discipline and competence. The investigation was carried out based on the indirect effect of organizational climate and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Karya Lima Sahabat with competence as a mediator. This indirect effect can be determined by determining the direct effect of organizational climate, work discipline and competence partially on the performance of employees of PT. Karya Lima Sahabat. The direct influence of organizational climate and work discipline partially on competence. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive research type that describes the phenomenon being studied. For this purpose, questionnaires were distributed to 82 respondents who were employees of PT. Karya Lima Sahabat. Since the population is less than 100, a full sample is taken which is the same as the population. The regression equation work was carried out after the research data was tested with validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. For simple regression the significant and positive effect is determined by the t-test, if tcount>ttable the regression equation is positive and significant. Whereas for multiple regression it is done by F-test, if Fcount>Ftable the multiple regression equation is significant and positive. The results of the study found that for all direct and indirect effects were significant and positive. The influence of organizational climate variables, work discipline and competence partially on the performance of employees of PT. Karya Lima Sahabat in percent is 23.3%, 25.7% and 27.0%. This effect value is true because all Fcount>Ftable(24,332, 27,715 and 29,604 > 3,57). The effect of organizational climate and work discipline partially on competency in percent is 35.3% and 63.7% of this effect is true because all Fcount>Ftable (43.552 and 140.415> 3.57).
这个效应值是真实的,因为所有Fcount>Ftable(24,332, 27,715和29,604 > 3,57)。组织氛围和工作纪律对胜任力的部分影响为35.3%,其中63.7%的影响是真实的,因为所有Fcount(43.552)和140.415(140.415)>(3.57)。

This study aims to investigate the effect of podcast hosts on the satisfaction of YouTube channel viewers. Using a sample of 250 participants, data were collected through an online survey that measured the participants' perceptions of podcast hosts and their satisfaction with the YouTube channel. The results of the study showed a positive relationship between the perceived attractiveness and expertise of podcast hosts and viewers' satisfaction with the YouTube channel. Additionally, the study found that the quality of the podcast's content moderated the relationship between the perceived attractiveness of the host and satisfaction with the YouTube channel. The findings of this study provide insights into the importance of the host's role in enhancing viewer satisfaction with the YouTube channel, particularly in the context of podcast content. Further research is recommended to explore the effects of other host characteristics and their impact on viewer satisfaction.

Climate is what the members of the organization experience. Organizational climate is the atmosphere surrounding the organization, uniting the characteristics of individuals, organizations, and the environment that influences the behavior of individuals in the organization. Many studies have shown that organizational climate has a significant impact on job satisfaction and employee productivity. One of which is Faculty X, a new faculty member at University Y, who wishes to examine their current organizational climate. Therefore, study on climate is an essential tool for defining and understanding organizations, providing support for future improvement. This study aims to examine organizational climate of a faculty at a private university in Bandung city, namely Faculty X at University Y. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive research method. The sample consisted of 30 education staff employees. The instrument used was the short version of Organization Climate Scale (CLIOR), consisting of 15 items. Reliability test was carried out using Cronbach's Alpha statistical method, with the result of 0.819. The results showed that the organizational climate of Faculty X at University Y was in the high category with indicators of cooperation, work organization, relations, innovation, participation, and attachment to the job. In short, the results of this study can provide a new understanding of perception about organizational climate of Faculty X at University Y. Creating organizational climate is essential because it can overcome organizational relationships. The high organizational climate can be beneficial for Faculty X as it can influence employees’ productivity which in turn can influence the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.

This study aims to empirically prove the effect of executive compensation, executive characteristics, and executive share ownership on tax evading. This study was showed in the consumer goods manufacturing corporation listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016–2020, using a descriptive associative research method and secondary data. The sampling method used purposive. This research used 16 sample corporations, with a five-year research period of 5 years, so 80 samples were obtained for data processing using Microsoft Excel and the e-View Statistical software applications to analyze descriptive statistics, model conformity tests, classical assumption tests, coefficients of determination (R2), linear regression analysis of panel data, statistical test F and statistical test t. Results of statistical test F executive-compensation variables, executive-characteristics, and decision-making-shareholdings affect tax avoidance. The statistical test t of the executive compensation variable partially has a optimistic and significant effect on dividend payments—however, the executive's variable characteristics and the executive shares' ownership harm tax evading.

Every company, including in the health industry, needs quality human resources (employees) in carrying out its operational activities. Employees are the organization's main asset and have a strategic role in the organization, namely as thinkers, planners, and controllers of organizational activities. We investigated the turnover rate of healthcare workers in terms of the work environment, employee performance, and job satisfaction as a mediating role. We tested our hypothesis using SEM/PLS on 75 respondents who worked in healthcare companies and found that the work environment, employee performance, and job satisfaction influence the turnover intention of employees who work in the health sector.
