ABSTRAKPerkembangan era digital saat ini ditandai dengan hadirnya media sosial sebagai alat komunikasi dan informasi yang efektif digunakan oleh masyarakat khususnya generasi Z atau gen z sebagai generasi yang lahir dari era digital ini. Salah satu ciri gen z adalah kedekatannya dengan penggunaan media sosial dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, bahkan media sosial menjadi referensi dan literasi bagi gen z ini. Keaktifan Gen Z dalam mengakses media sosial juga mempengaruhi partisipasi politik mereka karena Gen Z termasuk dalam kategori pemula dalam partisipasi politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan analisis literasi politik, diharapkan generasi z dapat memiliki pengetahuan politik yang baik yang juga secara signifikan lebih terlibat dalam kegiatan politik, baik konvensional maupun nonkonvensional, seperti mengikuti pemilihan umum, melakukan diskusi politik, melakukan protes, petisi, memboikot bahkan menyampaikan pendapatnya melalui media. Jelang pemilu 2024 mendatang, gen z diharapkan bisa ikut serta memberikan hak politiknya. Literasi politik yang dapat dibangun saat ini terhadap Gen Z yang bersifat instan adalah dengan memanfaatkan media sosial khususnya Instagram sebagai platform media sosial yang banyak digunakan oleh Gen Z untuk mengakses informasi, termasuk informasi tentang isu-isu sosial dan politik sehingga bahwa Gen Z diharapkan memiliki sikap kritis terhadap politik. ABSTRAKSikap demokrasi merupakan suatu kepribadian yang bertindak sesui dengan nilai-nilai demokrasi seperti menjunjung tinggi sikap kesamaan derajat, menghargai pendapat, bekerjasama, menghargai perbedaan SARA, berprilaku adil, saling membantu dan berpartisipasi. Namun pada kenyataannya sikap demokrasi pada siswa masih sangat rendah hal tersebut dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil observasi awal yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi pada mata pelajaran PPKn terdapat sebuah permasalahan yaitu rendahnya sikap demokrasi yang dimiliki oleh siswa masih sangat rendah.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran VCT (Value Clarification Technique) terhadap sikap demokrasi dalam mata pelajaran PPKn. Penggunaan model pembelajaran VCT (Value Clarification Technique) dalam pembelajaran PPKn bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sikap demokrasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis eksperimen pretest postes. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji t pretest dan posttest untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran VCT (Value Clarification Technique) terhadap sikap demokrasi siswa. Hasil analisis data pada uji independent simple t test diketahui bahwasannya nilai sig (2tailed) adalah 0,00 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,00<0,05). Ho ditolak dan Ha diterimaSehigga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model pembelajaran VCT (Value Clarification Technique) terhadap sikap demokrasi dalam mata pelajaran PPKn pada siswa kelas X IPS di SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi. Data analysis techniques in this study were pretest and posttest t tests to determine the effect of the VCT (Value Clarification Technique) learning model on students' democratic attitudes. AbstrakPerkembangan kehidupan dunia yang dinamis memberikan konsekuensi terhadap kemunculan konsepsi warga global terkait peran, kedudukan, dan partisipasinya. Konteks tersebut juga berhubungan dengan isu-isu global yang terkait dengan nilai-nilai kemanusiaaan. Upaya tersebut dapat disrespons melalui pendidikan, khususnya pendidikan kewarganegaraan (PKn). Rumusan yang dikemukakan dalam penulisan artikel ini ialah: 1. Bagaimana konsepsi warga global beserta isu-isu global yang menyertainya?, dan 2. Bagaimana PKn dilaksanakan sebagai upaya pembentukan warga global yang humanis?. Dalam implementasinya, warga global tidak bisa dilepaskan dari isu-isu global yang akan mempengaruhi persepsinya mengenai kehidupan global. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berupaya untuk memberikan informasi argumentatif tentang realitas hambatan, tantangan, strategi, dan upaya dalam membentuk karakter birokrat yang berakhlak, sekaligus memberikan rasionalisasi pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi, informasi, dan komunikasi dalam pelayanan publik. Riset ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, analisis data, adalah, reduksi, display, dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan Hasil riset yaitu: 1) hambatan dan tantangan yang bersifat dinamis dan kompleks, mengarah pada, realitas kompetensi birokrat, distorsi mental melayani, Revolusi Industri 4.0, serta kepastian hukum, 2) strategi dan upaya dalam membentuk karakter birokrat berakhlak, kapabel melalui, pendidikan dan pelatihan, peningkatan melek teknologi, program supervisi, serta kebijakan tentang kesejahteraan, 3) di era modern, birokrasi perlu mengoptimalkan kemajuan teknologi, informasi serta komunikasi, agar efektif dan efisien, supaya cekatan dan profesional. Sehingga pembentukan birokrat berakhlak menjadi solusi alternatif dalam mengatasi stigma juga stereotip mengenai dunia birokrasi yang dipandang kaku, konvensional, prosedural dan pragmatis, agar berubah menjadi tata kelola pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik berkelas dunia. ABSTRACTThis study seeks to provide argumentative information regarding the reality of obstacles, challenges, strategies, and efforts in shaping the character of bureaucrats who have good morals, as well as to rationalize the importance of using technology, information, and communication in public services. This research was carried out through a qualitative approach with literature study methods, data analysis, namely, reduction, display, and verification or conclusion. The results of the research are: 1) dynamic and complex obstacles and challenges, leading to the reality of bureaucratic competence, mental distortion of serving , the Industrial Revolution 4.0, as well as legal certainty, 2) strategies and efforts in shaping the character of moral, capable bureaucrats through education and training, increasing technology literacy, supervision programs, and policies on welfare, 3) in the modern era, the bureaucracy needs to optimize technological progress , information and communication, to be effective and efficient, to be agile and professional. So that the formation of bureaucrats with character is an alternative solution in overcoming the stigma and stereotypes about the world of bureaucracy which is seen as rigid, conventional, procedural and pragmatic, so that it turns into world-class governance and public services.

ABSTRAKMasih lemahnya karakter gemar membaca mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan minimnya referensi mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan, sedikit sekali yang meminjam buku di perpustakaan dan mahasiswa lebih memilih bermain media sosial daripada membaca ebook atau artikel. Padahal, Pendidikan tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pengembangan pengetahuan, pendidikan mestinya juga meningkatkan budi pekerti (karakter), salah satunya karakter gemar membaca. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini ditawarkan model pembelajaran literasi untuk penguatan karakter gemar membaca mahasiswa. Dilihat dari hasil hipotesis angka probabilitas Asmyp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.001 atau probabilitas di bawah alpha (0.000 < 0.05), dengan perbedaan rerata skor pretest dan posttest sebesar 8.611, H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak yang berarti terdapat peningkatan karakter gemar membaca mahasiswa UIN Bukittinggi setelah diberikan model pembelajaran literasi. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbentuk podcast untuk memperkuat pemahaman konsep. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa prodi PPKn semester tiga yang mengambil Mata Kuliah Hukum Perburuhan pada semester Ganjil 2022-2023. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode pengembangan (Reaserch and Development) yang mengacu pada R & D dengan langkah-langkah; 1) studi pendahuluan, 2) pengembangan produk dan 3) uji produk. Tahap pertama dilakukan analisis kebutuhan yang menyatakan bahwa mahasiswa menyukai pembelajaran menggunakan video apalagi berbentuk podcast. Sehingga untuk memaksimalkan pembelajaran hukum perburuhan maka diperlukan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbentuk podcast. Podcast dikembangkan untuk mengajak mahasiswa berfikir analitik dan evaluatik. Hasil penelitian dinyatakan bahwa produk podcast yang dihasilkan valid dan praktis untuk dipakai dalam pembelajaran Mata Kuliah Hukum Perburuhan. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji kedudukan wanita Bali dalam perkawinan Hindu di Bali ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No. 7 Tahun 1984 dan perwujudan kesetaraan bagi warga negara Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan kajian tentang perlindungan hak-hak perempuan dalam perkawinan Hindu di Bali. Alasan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah karena ketidaksetaraan gender antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam masyarakat patriarki. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara umum kaum feminis dan masyarakat menerima adanya perkawinan nyentana dalam masyarakat patriarki; (2) Undang-undang Republik Indonesia No. 7 Tahun 1984 menjadi pedoman dalam mewujudkan kesetaraan gender antara kedudukan perempuan dan laki-laki, hal ini dibuktikan dengan pelaksanaan perkawinan nyentana dimana hampir tidak ada perbedaan pembagian tugas dan peran antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam dikotomi publik. dan domestik; Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menjadi kajian literatur dalam mewujudkan kesetaraan warga negara. ABSTRAKPerkawinan yang seharusnya menjadi ruang nyaman untuk mengikat manusia, malah menjadi neraka itu sendiri. Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga memiliki dampak negatif, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, bagi korban dan masyarakat. Sebagian besar korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga biasanya perempuan dan anak-anak. Tingkat kekerasan dalam rumah tangga terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif dengan observasi, wawancara langsung dan dokumentasi. Peneliti berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk memahami faktor apa saja yang berkontribusi besar terhadap terjadinya tindak kekerasan dalam rumah tangga pada korban di Desa Simpang III Sipin Kecamatan Kota Baru Kota Jambi. Sudah menjadi tugas kita bersama sebagai berbagai pihak untuk segera menangani kasus KDRT yang terjadi, sehingga kita dapat menekan angka KDRT yang terus meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, kami berharap dapat menemukan jalan keluar bagi para korban agar kekerasan tersebut tidak terjadi lagi pada siapapun dalam rumah tangga tersebut. Most victims of domestic violence are usually women and children. The level of domestic violence continues to increase every year. The researchers tried their best to understand what factors contributed greatly to causing acts of domestic violence to victims in Simpang III Sipin Village, Kota Baru District, Jambi City. There is an increasing increase in domestic violence. It is our joint duty as various parties to immediately deal with cases of domestic violence that occur, so that we can reduce the number of domestic violence which continues to increase. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that cause domestic violence, we hope to be able to find a way out for victims so that this violence does not happen again to anyone in the household.

ABSTRAKMaraknya penggunaan ChatGPT OpenAI dikalangan mahasiswa, membuat mahasiswa saat ini tidak memperhatikan etika akademik dalam membuat suatu tugas, makalah dan karya tulis ilmiah. Dalam penggunaan teknologi ChatGPT seharusnya memperhatikan etika akademik, agar tidak terjadinya pelanggaran etika akademik, seperti salah satunya tindakan plagiarisme yang merugikan banyak pihak. Atas dasar itu peneliti menggunakan studi pustaka, mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian yang relevan dan menarik kesimpulan tentang penggunaan ChatGPT oleh mahasiswa dalam ranah pendidikan yang ditinjau dari sudut pandang etika akademik. Pemanfaatan ChatGPT dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembuatan suatu tulisan dan tugas-tugas lainya dengan cepat dan efektif. Tapi perlu kita garisbawahi bahwa penggunaan ChatGPT OpenAI harus disertai dengan pemahaman tentang penggunaan ChatGPT OpenAI dengan arif dan bijak sana, jangan sampai melanggar etika akademik dan mahasiswa tidak boleh terlena dengan penggunaan ChatGPT OpenAI, yang menyebabkan daya nalar kritis dan kreativitas mahasiswa menurun karena ketergantungan penggunaan ChatGPT Open AI. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research was made with the aim of increasing critical thinkig skills by using the problem base learning model with 9 student at UPT SDN Penataran 04 Blitar. Increased significantly, previously getting below 80% with a good category. Then followed by cycle II which has a higher percentage than cycle I, namely with a percentage of 90% higher and has a very good category.
