Purpose: This paper deals with the educational experience of the students of the architecture department at Mehran University of engineering and technology, Jamshoro, Sindh, Pakistan during the peak covid-19 pandemic when everyone was working remotely from their homes, etc. This paper shows that when there was the first peak COvid-19 wave from mid-march to August 2020, how do students die with the sudden change in learning patterns from physical classes to online classes? Methodology: A questionnaire was designed which was then filled by the students of the architecture department. The questionnaire dealt with different questions regarding the experience of remotely learning architecture. The students showed they were very uncertain about the online classes that they took during peak Covid-19(coronavirus), Findings: Some students were satisfied from the online system whereas many of them were not satisfied with it at all. This paper proves that learning architecture online is a little bit difficult when it comes to study about practical/studio work, whereas theoretical classes can be, teach online very well. Value:These findings will be helpful for the educational institutes for the future and can provide a good value to work more productive for online education.

Purpose: Governments rely on taxes, but a high tax rate can slow economic growth. Fiscal policy objectives can be achieved most effectively by lowering tax collection costs and boosting economic growth through efficient taxation. This study aims to find the impact of tax revenue on Pakistan's economic growth. Design/Methodology/Approach: The time series dataset spanning 1985–2021 is used for the current analysis. GDP is used as the dependent variable, while tax revenue and other fiscal policy variables like government spending, inflation, gross fixed capital formation and current account balance are used as the explanatory variables. The stationarity of the data is checked using the ADF test. The results of the ARDL bound test, which is used to determine whether there is a long-term link between the variables and a short-term relationship, indicate a long-term relationship. Findings: Current analysis reveals that tax revenue and inflation have a negative and significant impact while government expenditures and gross fixed capital formation have a positive and significant impact on the economic growth of Pakistan. Implications/Originality/Value: According to the study's results, Pakistan's government should ensure that tax rates are set at the right level to bring in enough money to pay for government spending that helps the economy grow.

Purpose: Supplier selection is receiving considerable attention these days; firms are investing heavily in finding those suppliers who can give them better quality products in lowest possible cost. This paper reveals the appropriate supplier selection criteria in motorcycle industry of Pakistan and this paper also reveals whether this selection differ in different regions or it is uniform in its nature. Methodology: For this we have adopted a questionnaire from Supplier Selection Instrument and make it filled from Purchase managers of 24 different companies from different locations. Non probability sampling technique was used. Specifically quota sampling was used to make sure sample is equally represented across region then factor analysis was run to see which items were appropriate in Pakistani settings. Findings: Result shows that companies prefer those suppliers who are offering better service and quality features to the manufacturing companies. And supplier selection in Lahore and Karachi is similar but supplier selections in other regions of Punjab are different. Implications: Companies should consider those suppliers, having strategic importance to their firm so they should built consensus between the company and the supplier that every decision will be made through mutual collaboration. Companies should make relationship with their suppliers and try to make transparency in business transactions.

Purpose: The benefits of infant swimming must be considered against the risk of adverse occurrences during infant swimming practice. Several research studies have recommended against newborn swimming since there is little data to support its use in preventing drowning in infants. Methodology / Evidence Acquisitionː In the context of the PRISMA guidelines, the researcher did a systematic review and meta-analysis research on infant swimming. From 1950 to 2021, an online database search was conducted using keywords and MeSH terms such as "infant swimming", "safety", "infant swimming lessons", and "infant diving" on healthcare search engines such as PubMed, Google Scholar, BioMed Central, Cochrane Library, ERIC, PILOTS, PsycARTICLES, MEDLINE, AMED, CINAHL, EMBASE, Web of Science, Science Direct, Taylor & Francis, and Med SC. The researcher excluded articles that were first published in a foreign language and did not have an English translation. Findings / Evidence Synthesisː The risk of respiratory tract infection is greater in the control group, 95% confidence interval is 1.95 [1.24, 1.97] (p = 0.000). The difference in risk of atopy is between infant swimmers and the control group is significant, and the risk is greater in the control group compared to swimming infants; 95% confidence interval is 1.36 [1.01, 1.84] (p = 0.000). Conclusions/ Originality Value: Swimming does not raise the risk of infection in infants, nor does it predispose them to asthma. We propose further more research into the benefits of infant swimming in reducing the burden of childhood drowning, which is the leading cause of death in this age group.

Purpose: Baseball is one of the emerging games in Pakistan. Successful promotion of this game in Pakistan necessitates systematic and sustained good governance at the organizational level. Design/Methodology/Approach: The current study explores how Pakistan Federation Baseball (PFB) officials look at the opportunities and constraints of good baseball governance in Pakistan. The researcher conducted face-to-face, in-depth interviews with PFB officials for this purpose. Findings: The findings reveal that lack of baseball playing fields, sponsorship, investment, and reliable constitution are the governance constraints at PFB. However, there are opportunities for PFB officials can get the benefit. Availability of talent for baseball, human resources, and possibilities of bringing baseball in public popularity in Pakistan are some of such opportunities.
