Purpose:This study examined the impact of transformational leadership on project success with the moderating role of emotional intelligence. Design/Methodology/Approach:The study was conducted on NGOs providing healthcare services in Lahore, Pakistan. This study was quantitative in nature. Data was gathered from 260 respondents through standardized questionnaire working on healthcare projects of Lahore. SPSS 22 was applied for data analysis Findings:The findings of this study showed the insignificant effect of transformational leadership on project success. However, a very strong impact of moderator i-e emotional intelligence was observed among the relationship of transformational leadership and project success. The theoretical and practical implications of study are substantial addition for the future researchers in the domain of project management. Implications/Originality/Value:Theoretically, this study demonstrates that the association between TL and PS with influence of the Emotional Intelligence has direct and significant. As a result, it supports the literature’s recommendation to evaluate the relationship between Transformational Leadership Style and PS with the moderator i.e. emotional intelligence. The findings suggest that Pakistani healthcare NGOs enterprises must seek for emotionally intelligent transformational leaders as well as proficiency in basic managing abilities while hiring. Furthermore, existing employees must be teaching to improve their Emotional Intelligence by enrolling in professional training.

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to find out the women’s participation in household activities. It compares the decision-making patterns among working and non-working women and evaluates the challenges and hurdles faced by them in household economic activities. Design/Methodology/Approach: We have used a purposive random sampling strategy. A total of 70 respondents from the Rawalakot AJK were purposefully chosen, including 35 working women and 35 unemployed women. The flexibility of the questions was maintained; if the respondent could not provide an accurate response, the question was rephrased. Based on the interview schedule and observation, responses were recorded. Results were presented as percentages and numbers after the data were tabulated. The schedule was split into three sections: The first section was to examine the respondents' personal histories. The second step was to understand how respondents made decisions regarding activities at home. The third section covered the challenges that both working and unemployed women faced. Findings: The results revealed that the working and non-working women differentiate from each other by different variables. The result shows that non-working women are dependent on social rituals and family decisions. On the other side, working women are comparatively stronger than non-working women in taking their own decisions facing society. Implications/Originality/Value The conclusion is working women are stronger as compared to non-working or unemployed women. It shows that non-working women need more attention. She needs more opportunities to take decisions in daily household activities. The Family members must be supportive of household activities for the working women which may reduce the stress in their lives to some extent.

Purpose: This paper discusses how to avail protection against workplace harassment under the statutes in Pakistan, "Protection Against Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2010", with amendment bill 2022, which deals with harassment and provisions of the Pakistan Penal Code 1860. It dichotomizes what Acts will be considered harassment, with whom, and to what extent. It defines the procedures by which an aggrieved person can get redressal under the premises of justices. Design/Methodology/Approach: Qualitative method was used to analyze statutes, local and international protocols, rules and regulations of Pakistan and developed countries. Findings: Sexual harassment is not an epidemic; it is a worldwide pandemic. In today's competitive world, inappropriate workplace attitude generates a dangerous and frightening atmosphere for females and inhibits their capacity to connect. It is an apparent form of gender acumen in the workplace and causes significant harm. In private and governmental institutions, male advantages are still exploited to justify violence against women. Implications/Originality/Value: It is concluded that Act is revised to address the flaws mentioned above. It is essential to comply with existing laws in the true spirit of justice with zero tolerance for workplace harassment.

As the contemporary environment is infused with change, organizations push for change, and the notions of failure and success associated with organizational change management interventions are linked to (perceived) barriers and facilitators. Purpose - This study aims to identify barriers and facilitators in organizational change management and investigate essential dimensions to consider to improve the successful implementation of change initiatives within organizations. As two ends of a spectrum, barriers and facilitators play a crucial role in either hindering or facilitating the progress of a change intervention. While barriers can impede organizational change success, they can also serve as facilitators. Research Design - A literature review of over forty (forty) articles was conducted to determine how and how scholars have identified the variables contributing to the success or impeding change efforts. The study was conducted using a descriptive exploratory approach to identify variables considered barriers to or facilitators of change. Findings - Based on descriptive analysis, the findings from the literature search were categorized under three (three) themes: 1/ Self; 2/ Social Support; and 3/ Organizational Support. A deeper understanding of each theme was achieved by categorizing it further into subcategories aligned with the given theme. Value - This article provides a unique perspective on why planned interventions do not always consider the identified variables and, as a result, struggle to effect organizational change. By understanding factors that have a direct impact on change and assisting leaders and employees, this article provides a pathway for success in organizational change.
