Objective: This research aims to study the influence of ceramic tableware in the fine dining industry and the experience of diners towards the design of the product. The final stage plays an important role in evaluating the emotional responses of diners towards the aesthetical values of the product which will be measured based on the user’s experience (UX). UX is crucial in determining the success or failure of a product in the market. Therefore, the UX factor will determine the level of success of a product in the market. Methodology: this study will focus on the experience of the diner based on the theory of Findings: Norman’s Three Level of Design. Emotion refers to the feelings felt by humans. The succes of a product is not merely dependent on the advantages and great design of the product. However, the success of a product in the market is assured when it it based on the 7 UX factors which include: usefulness, usability, availability, accesibility, reliability, value, fulfilling the current demands and needs as well as comprehensibilty. Implications: Chefs have to be creative in creating a menu that will reflect a unique dining experience through the attractive and special presentation of the meals provided. The elite category of diners does not put an emphasis on price rather they are focused on gaining the ideal fine dining experience which not only has the perfect ambience but also create an unforgettable memory.
Findings: Norman’s Three Level of Design的理论来关注用餐者的体验。

Purpose: This study aims to explore phenomenal role of financial literacy on investment decisions. Financial literacy enables the individuals to manage their financial resources through pursuing alternative investment opportunities and portfolio diversification. Individual investors tried to balance their income-expenditures by availing latest investment opportunities in stocks, bonds, shares and financial instruments of the companies through stock exchanges, conventional and non-conventional investment channels. In current economic situations low stock prices, capital gains, financial interest, stock market rumors induce individual investors to trade in stock markets. As these indices, provide fair opportunities of investment as compared to bank deposits and other modes of investments. However, financial literacy (FL) offers a bridge to investors for making sound investment decisions through the best utilization of resources. Methodology: This study is based on the exploration of the role of financial literacy from individual investor’s perspective. Therefore, research method for this study is ‘Grounded theory’ under the qualitative approach. For the purpose of data collection, researcher conducted in-depth personal interviews. NVIVO software has been used for qualitative analysis of the data gathered through interviews. Different techniques such as, Word Tag Cloud, Word Tree and Tree Map were used to elaborate the themes of the study. Findings: This study found that financial literacy, economic, political and market factors influence the quality of investment decisions of the individuals. Moreover, rumors in financial markets also affect the investment decisions of the individuals. Implications: This study provide better outlook about the FL and investment decisions made by people based on knowledge about finance. Generally, financial activities are performed in financial markets divided into two categories; primary and secondary markets.

Purpose: Financial institutions (FIs) such as banks, insurance companies and pension funds have a significant impact on the environment through the financing they provide. Mining and oil and gas companies receive funding and use this for different projects which may have environmental consequences. This study examines the extent to which both the grantor and the receiver of finance identify and apply responsible investment (RI) practices when making investment decisions Design/methodology/approach: A detailed literature review was used to construct a disclosure checklist to assess the implementation of RI principles. The population is all companies listed in the financial services, banks, mining and oil and gas sectors of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), who had published integrated reports. Findings: The results of this research indicate that the extent of RI disclosure in FIs in South Africa is limited. The extent of RI disclosure for the mining and oil and gas companies is stronger than for FI’s. Originality/value: At present, there are no studies which have investigated the disclosure of RI principles applied in South Africa. This study constructed a RI disclosure checklist, drawing on the principles of RI to understand the implementation of RI in South Africa.

Objective: Technological developments and increasing living standards make people aware of the importance of a service. The development of Small and Medium Industries is closely related to the Ministry of Industry, especially business licenses. The Ministry of Industry as a public service should always improve the services provided to the community. This research was carried out in Small and Medium Industries as users of the Ministry of Industry's Public Center Service Unit. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of customer relationship management, service quality and trust in Small and Medium Industries partially, simultaneously and its implications on customer trust in the Central Public Service Unit of the Ministry of Industry. Methodology: The problem is formulated in 3 hypotheses and tested by Structural Equation Modeling (LISREL 8.30) with 350 respondents. Findings: It is concluded that Hypothesis one (H1) Customer Relationship Management has a positive effect on customer trust, has a value of t>2 (3.57> 2). The influence of Customer Relationship Management on customer trust is 0.39. The second hypothesis (H2) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer trust, the value of t>2 (2.32>2) and if service quality is improved, customer trust in the Ministry's Central Public Service Unit will increase by 22%. The third hypothesis (H3) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Service Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer trust, the value of t > 2 (7.12> 2) and the magnitude of the effect is 0.71. Implications: The Central Public Service Unit of the Ministry of Industry should provide maximum service so that consumers become loyal customers.

Purpose: Residents and business owners in South Africa are encouraged to adopt prepaid electricity, in order to manage the monthly usage more efficiently. However, reluctance amongst some residents is still found. Design/Methodology/Approach: The fear of running out of credits amongst non-users raised the need to interview 389 low-income residents, by means of a structured questionnaire, on how they experience the buying of prepaid credits. Findings: Even though the results from the data collected were positive, especially when it comes to males and females, significant differences were observed between certain age groups, employment status and levels of income. These observations were noticeable when statements on the reasons for when they run out of credits, how this motivates them to pay for the use of the service; and whether they perceive the purchasing process as being convenient. Implications/Originality/Value: Seeing that the residents of certain cities within South Africa are still reluctant to use prepaid meters, the results of this study could be used, in order to refine the current awareness campaigns used by electricity providers, especially when targeted at those falling within a specific age and income group.

It involves the progression of the informal economy through consideration of its characteristics and potentials together with the standard LED requirements that associate the notion of a green economy and the connections among the unregulated and the official economies. This study investigates the relationship between the informal economy and the LED in the Thembisile Hani local municipality in South Africa. Methodology: The scholarship uses face-to-face interviews to collect data from respondents in the Thembisile Hani municipality regarding their economic survival experiences. Findings: The study results show that several limitations such as infrastructure, capital, suitable skills, excessive regulations and security apprehensions compromise the informal economy growth. In addition, the study showed that employment opportunities are created in the informal sector for poverty reduction and economic improvement. Furthermore, inclusive economic development is required because the government have excluded the informal economy from their economic planning processes. Implications: Municipalities should ensure the enhancement of basic knowledge and a better environment for the informal economy players to create the bridge between the unofficial economy and a sustainable LED in the country.
