REMOTE SOTA ALGORITHM FOR NB-IOT WIRELESS SENSORS – IMPLEMENTATION AND RESULTS nb-iot无线传感器远程数据采集算法的实现与结果

In this paper we share our experience with remote software updates for NB-IoT devices. The experience was collected over the years, when managing a fleet of tens of thousands of NB-IoT wireless sensors deployed worldwide by our customers. The paper discusses the main concerns that must be taken into account when designing the remote software over the air (SOTA) update mechanism, describes the remote update algorithm developed and used by us and presents the achieved experimental results based on remote software update of 5 000 NB-IoT sensors deployed in 10 European countries.

SEGMENTATION OF MULTIGRADATION IMAGES BASED ON SPATIAL CONNECTIVITY FEATURES 基于空间连通性特征的多层图像分割

The article aims to study the multi-level segmentation process of images of arbitrary configuration and placement based on features of spatial connectivity. Existing image processing algorithms are analyzed, and their advantages and disadvantages are determined. A method of organizing the process of segmentation of multi-gradation halftone images is developed and an algorithm of actions according to the described method is given.

A NEW AUTOMATIC INTELLIGENCE-BASED SOLAR LOAD CONTROL SYSTEM 一种新型自动智能太阳能负荷控制系统

In modern times, solar panels have become a common sight in many households as they provide electricity for various purposes. Typically, the solar panel's charges a battery, and any excess energy generated is usually wasted once the battery is fully charged. However, by utilizing this extra energy, heavy loads can be powered as well. This is where a solar power controller comes into play, which measures the parameters of the solar cell through multiple sensor and adjusts the load accordingly. When the power output of the PV cell is high, the load runs on solar power, and if the power is not sufficient, the load switches to the main supply. The load switches back to solar power when it becomes high again. Monitoring the solar cell parameters allows for real-time identification of the power produced by the solar panel.

The article presents the impact of individual settings of both 3D printers and software dedicated to the preparation of printouts. 3D printing methods are discussed. The individual methods and tools necessary for the implementation of 3D prints are described. Materials that are used in 3D printing technology are also discussed. In addition, the construction of printers on which the samples for the tests described in this work were prepared was discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of using individual slicers for 3D printing are presented. The obtained measurement results of samples made of polylactide (PLA) are presented. The work was summarized with final conclusions.

CLASSIFICATION OF PARKINSON’S DISEASE AND OTHER NEUROLOGICAL DISORDERS USING VOICE FEATURES EXTRACTION AND REDUCTION TECHNIQUES 使用语音特征提取和还原技术对帕金森病和其他神经系统疾病进行分类

This study aimed to differentiate individuals with Parkinson's disease (PD) from those with other neurological disorders (ND) by analyzing voice samples, considering the association between voice disorders and PD. Voice samples were collected from 76 participants using different recording devices and conditions, with participants instructed to sustain the vowel /a/ comfortably. PRAAT software was employed to extract features including autocorrelation (AC), cross-correlation (CC), and Mel frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCC) from the voice samples. Principal component analysis (PCA) was utilized to reduce the dimensionality of the features. Classification Tree (CT), Logistic Regression, Naive Bayes (NB), Support Vector Machines (SVM), and Ensemble methods were employed as supervised machine learning techniques for classification. Each method provided distinct strengths and characteristics, facilitating a comprehensive evaluation of their effectiveness in distinguishing PD patients from individuals with other neurological disorders. The Naive Bayes kernel, using seven PCA-derived components, achieved the highest accuracy rate of 86.84% among the tested classification methods. It is worth noting that classifier performance may vary based on the dataset and specific characteristics of the voice samples. In conclusion, this study demonstrated the potential of voice analysis as a diagnostic tool for distinguishing PD patients from individuals with other neurological disorders. By employing a variety of voice analysis techniques and utilizing different machine learning algorithms, including Classification Tree, Logistic Regression, Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machines, and Ensemble methods, a notable accuracy rate was attained. However, further research and validation using larger datasets are required to consolidate and generalize these findings for future clinical applications.

THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FEATURE VECTOR IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF SARCOIDOSIS BASED ON THE FRACTAL ANALYSIS OF CT CHEST IMAGES 基于ct胸部图像分形分析的结节病诊断特征向量构建

CT images corresponding to the cross-sections of the patients’ upper torso were analysed. The data set included the healthy class and 3 classes of cases affected by sarcoidosis. It was a state involving only the trachea – Sick(1), a state including trachea and lung parenchyma – Sick(2) and a state involving only lung parenchyma – Sick(3). Based on a fractal analysis and a feature selection by linear stepwise regression, 4 descriptors were obtained, which were later used in the classification process. These were 2 fractal dimensions calculated by the variation and box counting methods, lacunarity calculated also with the box counting method and the intercept parameter calculated using the power spectral density method. Two descriptors were obtained as a result of a gray image analysis, and 2 more were the effect of a binary image analysis. The effectiveness of the descriptors was verified using 8 popular classification methods. In the process of classifier testing, the overall classification accuracy was 90.97%, and the healthy cases were detected with the accuracy of 100%. In turn, the accuracy of recognition of the sick cases was: Sick(1) – 92.50%, Sick(2) – 87.50% and Sick(3) – 90.00%. In the classification process, the best results were obtained with the support vector machine and the naive Bayes classifier. The results of the research have shown the high efficiency of a fractal analysis as a tool for the feature vector extraction in the computer aided diagnosis of sarcoidosis.

It was a state involving only the trachea – Sick(1), a state including trachea and lung parenchyma – Sick(2) and a state involving only lung parenchyma – Sick(3). Based on a fractal analysis and a feature selection by linear stepwise regression, 4 descriptors were obtained, which were later used in the classification process. These were 2 fractal dimensions calculated by the variation and box counting methods, lacunarity calculated also with the box counting method and the intercept parameter calculated using the power spectral density method. Two descriptors were obtained as a result of a gray image analysis, and 2 more were the effect of a binary image analysis. The effectiveness of the descriptors was verified using 8 popular classification methods. In the process of classifier testing, the overall classification accuracy was 90.97%, and the healthy cases were detected with the accuracy of 100%. In turn, the accuracy of recognition of the sick cases was: Sick(1) – 92.50%, Sick(2) – 87.50% and Sick(3) – 90.00%. In the classification process, the best results were obtained with the support vector machine and the naive Bayes classifier. MODERN MANAGEMENT OF NATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS 国家竞争力的现代管理

This article offers a modern approach to the policy of competitiveness of the national economy at the regional level. Based on the results and experience of domestic and foreign economists the author offers a system of indicators of regional activity and a method for determination of the integrated index of the competitiveness level in the region. This way of calculation makes it possible to carry out the analysis of the regional economic activity dynamics at the tactical (1 year) and strategic (5 years) levels. Three main policies to increase the competitiveness of the region have been proposed: refocus, dualistic, directive. The essence of major policies to increase the competitiveness of the region, its directions and objectives for the national economy have been characterized. The proposals concerning the application of the basic policies of the competitiveness of the region to the appropriate region of Ukraine on the relevant level of its competitiveness have been given.
本文从区域层面对国民经济竞争力政策提出了一种现代的研究方法。在借鉴国内外经济学家研究成果和经验的基础上,提出了区域经济活动指标体系和区域竞争力水平综合指标的确定方法。这种计算方式使得在战术(1年)和战略(5年)层面上进行区域经济活动动态分析成为可能。提出了提高区域竞争力的三项主要政策:重新聚焦、二元性、指令性。提高本区域竞争力的主要政策的实质、其方向和国民经济的目标已经有了特点。已经提出了关于在乌克兰适当地区的竞争力的有关水平上适用本区域竞争力的基本政策的建议。
