The article presents the structure of the electronic banking with attention being given to solutions applied in mobile banking and mobile payments available in Poland. For the purpose of this article a survey was conducted among the active users of the Internet, aiming to research changes with regards to susceptibility of individual users to take advantage of application of mobile banking including mobile payments and their main concerns regarding the using of mobile banking services.

In the European Union, in the first half of 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation came into force, which established the new rules for processing users’ personal data for IT companies. The operating systems (OS) are the dominant software that is responsible for collecting and processing data in computer systems. The most common OS is the Windows OS family. The authors identified Windows 10 operating systems, that collect and accumulate user's personal data; developed and tested practically an algorithm, the application of which localizes and blocks the transfer of user's personal data to official servers of the Microsoft company.

The optimal charge power and position necessary for forming the maximum possible size of the crater along with preservation of the integrity of the two nearby objects with the numerical quasiconformal mapping methods with the alternate parameterization of the of the medium and process character are established. Unambiguously the boundaries of crater, pressed and disturbed soil zones are identified and the corresponding field dynamic grid is built. A number of experiments was held on the basis of the developed algorithm and their results were analyzed.

OPTICAL SENSOR OF FLAVONOIDS BASED ON LIQUID CRYSTAL 基于液晶的类黄酮光学传感器

In order to solve the problems associated with the express registration of the presence of biologically active substances in callus biomass, we propose the use of cholesteric liquid crystal (CLC) with a spiral structure as a material of a sensitive element of optical sensor of flavonoids. Cholesteric liquid crystal BLO62 is proposed to use as a sensitive element. Spectral characteristics of alcohol solutions of flavonoids (20%, 40%, 70% and 90%) were obtained. The interaction of CLC with quercetin was analyzed. The scheme of the primary information signal converter is developed in which the current from the photodetector is transmitted to the developed signal converter. The device is implemented with the common use Atmega 328 microcontroller manufactured by Atmel. Speciality of this structural scheme is its flexibility and versatility, which makes it easy to reconfigure the parameters of the firmware for the registration of various types of investigated mediums.

The article dwells upon the peculiarities of remote piloted vehicles of on-board navigation complex. It is highlighted that total number of the remote-piloted vehicles have increased and as a result the question of their integration into common space with manned aircraft becomes urgent. It is possible only when specified quality of the remote piloted vehicle movement parameters have been determined, including accuracy and interference immunity. It has been highlighted that remote-piloted vehicle equipment is subject to stringent requirements for minimization of cost, mass and size characteristics and power consumption, which are often mutually contradictory, and their implementation in general leads to deterioration of accuracy. The problem of ensuring accuracy and noise immunity when using the general-purpose element base becomes urgent.

This article presents algorithms for controlling a mobile robot. An algorithms are based on artificial neural network and fuzzy logic. Distance was measured with the use of ultrasonic sensor. The equipment applied as well as signal processing algorithms were characterized. Tests were carried out on a mobile wheeled robot. The analysis of the influence of algorithm while avoiding obstacles was made.
