The relevance of the issue is due to the importance of studying the psychological mechanisms and factors of personal self-development. The goal of this research was to identify factors of students' choice of self-improvement strategies: acquisition, rejection, transformation, and restriction, dep ending on the students’ agency levels. Our study involved students from several universities in Russia and Kazakhstan, with a total of 271 people aged 17 to 27, mostly female, with an average age of 19.5 (SD=1.5) years. As diagnostic tools, we developed an original technique, "Square of self-improvement" and also used M.A. Shchukina’s questionnaire, “Level of personal autonomy development.” The processing was performed with the φ* criterion (Fisher's angular transformation). As a result, it was found that s tudents with high levels of agency prefer three strategies: acquisition, disposal, and transformation. Among students with low levels of agency, fewer participants choose the "transformation" strategy, whereas the number of students who prefer "acquisition" increases. The process depends on intrinsic value as an indicator of the agency. We have found that manifestations of the "acquisition" strategy vary between students with higher and lower agency levels, and these are qualitative differences. The study led us to the conclusion that the choice of self-improvement strategies is largely determined by the person’s level of agency, i.e., their capability to be the masters and shapers of their lives and their self-development. The results obtained can be used in professional training (to plan trajectories of individual self-development) and in psychological consultancy at universities.

This study aims to evaluate prospective teachers' views on the elective Human Rights and Democracy Education course taught in the Faculty of Education. This study was conducted based on a mixed-methods approach. For this purpose, the opinions of 144 students who took and did not take this course were evaluated according to the branch, gender, and class variables using the "Attitude Scale towards Human Rights Education." In addition, the views of 10 students on the effectiveness, importance, and recommendations of the course were collected through focus group interviews. According to the results obtained, there was a statistically significant difference in the Education of Human Rights Field scores based on whether the students took the course or not, but there was no significant difference in the Human Rights in Education Environment scores in terms of department, gender, and class level. Students emphasized the importance of this course and stated that it should be taught practically at all levels.

During the COVID19 pandemic, Vietnam implemented social distancing measures to prevent the spread of the disease. Ordering, delivery, and transportation services through applications of logistics technology develop rapidly. This study aims to determine how factors of delivery service affect customer satisfaction in the context of the Covid19 pandemic. Qualitative and quantitative research was carried out to determine the quality factors of ordering and delivery services via Grab's application in order to propose a research model. Surveyed data from 259 customers who are using Grab's app services in gio Chi Minh City during the lockdown period. Research results have shown that all five factors of delivery service quality via the Grab application have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. In particular, assurance and price policy are the most influential factors in customer satisfaction, followed by service competence and responsiveness. The research implications have been proposed to improve and enhance Grab customer satisfaction.

The study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the influence of behavioral factors on the investment decisions of Vietnam's Generation Z. 558 valid survey respondents revealed that overconfidence, fear of missing out, representativeness, and risk attitude had a positive, significant effect on decision-making. On the other hand, framing and herding were found to be unrelated to investment decisions. Fear of missing out is frequently studied in consumer psychology, shopping, and entertainment but has received little attention in investment research. Therefore, the "fear of missing out" effect variable is considered a new point in research. Based on this, the authors proposed several suggestions to promote Generation Z's securities investment in Vietnam. These recommendations include the need for Generation Z investors to exercise control over high-frequency, high-risk transactions, maintain a calm disposition, and analyze investments based on predetermined strategies and methods while avoiding being influenced by negative psychology in investment behavior. Furthermore, personal finance and investment management should be included in both general and university education programs. Misinformation in the media should be monitored, and securities companies should be held accountable with sanctions for information manipulation

This research studies the relationship between digital leadership and organizational agility and the role of individual leadership in this relationship. It also studied if demographic features vary for digital leadership, organizational agility, and individual motivation. The survey form is made up of the “Digital Leadership Scale”, “Organizational Agility Scale”, and “Individual Motivation Scale”. The research universe comprises 480 private and public sector employees in the Istanbul district from May 2021 to July 2021. The obtained data were analyzed through t-test, ANOVA, and Process Analysis. Analysis results suggest that individual motivation has a mediator role in the impact of digital leadership and organizational agility. Besides, digital leadership, organizational agility, and individual motivation vary depending on such demographic features as gender, marital status, education status, employment sector, status, management type, and professional seniority. The conclusion highlights that digital improvement is necessary for successful leadership and suggests ways to boost agility and individual motivation in a workplace environment.
