To analyze the hypotheses statistically, the field method and a questionnaire were used to collect data. The statistical population of this study included managers, deputies, and senior experts of hospitals in Tehran province. For sampling, the proportional sampling method was used, and finally, 318 questionnaires were completed. The structural equation method and LISREL software were used to analyze the hypotheses. The results of data analysis indicate that managers' job experience, job specialization, and social capital positively affect their job enlargement. Also, the job experience and specialization of managers at the same level negatively affect the managers’ job enlargement. However, the managers' social capital does not negatively affect the job enlargement of managers.

In this paper, the status of devaluation realized in general economic policies to decrease current account deficit and increase exports in terms of increasing or not decreasing current account deficit is defined and used as the "Devaluation Paradox." In this context, in this paper, the effects of devaluation, inflation, unemployment, and current account deficit variables on national currency in foreign-dependent economies have been investigated. For this purpose, changes that took place before and after devaluation have been compared. The change in the value of the Turkish Lira and its relation to inflation in the COVID-19 process have been evaluated with Consumer Price Index (CPI) and Producer Price Index (PPI) data. In addition, it has been aimed to reveal the relationship of national currency value with import and outflow of foreign currency. Within the scope of Turkey's example, based on the effects experienced in the COVID-19 process, the changes in the national currency, increases in the general level of prices and transformation in unemployment have been evaluated. As a result, it has been tried to demonstrate the negative effects of foreign dependency on production and consumption, considering it an experience from which lessons should be taken regarding the global economic crisis process resulting from the pandemic. This paper aimed to reach optimal recommendations for determining economic policies, which need to be revised.

The article examines the impact of cash flow on the need to increase funding in the Covid pandemic context and the financial constraints of listed companies in Vietnam. We build hypotheses based on the self-ranking match theory framework and research overview. We use data from 5894 observations for 2010-2020 and the general regression model GLS to test the expected hypotheses. The research results show that cash flow significantly influences the external financing needs of the business. In particular, the cash flow impact and increased need for external financing are more evident in financial constraints and the context of the covid pandemic. The study also shows that the group of companies with financial constraints moved to increase funding when cash flow was in short supply during the Covid pandemic. Besides, the high financial leverage ratio in the previous year can be one of the barriers for businesses that want to access a variety of external financing. The study contributes to the analysis and assessment of the problematic situation of listed companies. In the future, this study can be extended when approaching businesses in the financial sector and evaluating other macro factors that can affect the capital sources of enterprises.

This study examines the compatibility of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) with religious aspects of scrupulosity and evaluates it in a case study. A mixed-method was used to comply with the intervention protocol; qualitative and quantitative study. In the qualitative section, religious sources were used to examine verses and hadiths' formal and content validity. Then the verses were extracted, and narrations related to ACT components were given to experts by the Delphi method. In the next step, CVI and CVR of verses and narrations were obtained, after that the adapted model based on Twohig's (2004) protocol in 22 to 25 sessions was used. In this stage, a "case study" from April 2020 to September 2020, as a quasi-experimental pre/post test with the sample at convenience, was considered and implemented on an Iranian patient with scrupulosity. The client received treatment. For evaluation, the Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Scale (Y-BOCS), the Beck Depression Inventory-II, the Performance Scale (WHODAS 2.0), the Kugler and Jones Guilt Feeling Inventory, Penn Scrupulosity Questionnaire, and Religious Beliefs Questionnaire was used. We compared the total score of the pre-tests and post-tests. The outputs showed that the severity of the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder has decreased, and the scores of other questionnaires have decreased. Treatment process acceptability was high. The results showed that ACT with the religious aspects has good efficacy.

This study explores the direct effect of emotional intelligence on teamwork performance and the mediating role of individual goals and forms of grouping in the relationship between emotional intelligence and teamwork performance of university students in Vietnam. The study used a combination of in-depth interviews and large-scale surveys at a number of universities in the economic sector in Hanoi, Vietnam. 372 valid questionnaires from students were used in the study to investigate the direct and indirect effect between emotional intelligence and teamwork performance. Collected data went through quantitative analysis steps including Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmation factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) to test scales and hypotheses using SPSS and AMOS software. The research results have confirmed the direct relationship and mediating role of positive individual goal and self-managed teams in the relationship between emotional intelligence and teamwork performance. Based on the results of the study, the authors g ive some suggestions for students, managers and lecturers at universities to enhance students’ teamwork performance.

A paradigm shift has taken place in distance education as a new technique of learning and teaching, switching the focus to students' learning, skills, and competencies. Distance education has been the available alternative enforced as a measure to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 Pandemic in higher education. The study aims to investigate students ' perception of whether the distance education environment is capable of providing students with soft skills. Therefore, this study focuses on measuring this role from the perspective of students. This study employed a survey of students belonging to the Accounting program of Majmaah University. Overall, the Findings were positive in that accounting students reported significant gains in the majority of skills by leveraging LMSs tools advantages (12 soft skills). Accounting education at a distance during the COVID-19 Pandemic is a valuable learning eOerience that may have a positive impact on the future of the accounting education environment.

The purpose of this study is to explain the importance of the benefits provided by the applications of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) and robotic technologies in the logistics industry at different stages. In parallel with the developments required to adapt to the global competitive environment in the globalizing world economy, it is aimed to determine the most accurate predictions for the future in creating savings opportunities in logistics processes. It aims to explain the expectations about Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategies that have become obligatory to change due to COVID-19, a global health problem threatening the world today. The analysis is made with Multi-Criteria Decision Making Method. In this analysis, first, an evaluation is made with the approach of developments followed since the first industrial revolution and the necessity of transition from Industry 4.0 (4IR) to Industry 5.0 (5IR). As a result, a SWOT (Strengths - Weaknesses - Opportunities - Threats) analysis of Turkey's SCM performance was made.
