The Role of Women's Leadership Characteristics in Shaping Job Autonomy and Its Effects on Employee Innovation Performance 女性领导特质在工作自主性塑造中的作用及其对员工创新绩效的影响

Research aims: This study investigates the impact of women's leadership traits on employee innovation performance and the role of job autonomy as an intermediary.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, focusing on micro-level analysis, with 323 employees from a Pekanbaru Public Health Center (Puskesmas) as the target population. One hundred seventy-five samples were obtained using Cluster Random Sampling, and the SEM statistical test and Smart PLS 4.0 software were utilized for quantitative analysis.Research findings: Women's characteristic leadership supports the creation and development of employee innovation performance. It will be better if the provision of work autonomy accompanies it.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: Developing a job autonomy theory covers procedural autonomy, soft skills, and decision-making. Scheduling autonomy includes time flexibility and technical tasks. Autonomy within job criteria is assessed through task priority, management, and performance.Practitioners/Policy Implications: The research highlights the importance of work autonomy in Pekanbaru Health Centers, highlighting the role of women's leadership characteristics and proving that women possess the same abilities as men, thereby supporting employee innovation performance.Research Limitations/Implications: The study suggests that future research could benefit from a longitudinal design to assess theory constructs over time, considering the limitations of cross-sectional designs and the limited sample size of Pekanbaru City Health Center employees, allowing for a more comprehensive analysis.

Is Storytelling Marketing Effective in Building Customer Engagement and Driving Purchase Decisions? 讲故事营销在建立客户粘性和推动购买决策方面是否有效?

Research aims: This study examines the relationship between storytelling marketing and customer engagement and its direct and indirect influence on purchasing decisions. Customer engagement serves as an intervening variable mediating the relationship between storytelling marketing and purchasing decisions.Design/Methodology/Approach: The research questionnaire was distributed to 200 respondents over 17 years who were active users of Instagram social media. The data analysis technique was a quantitative method employing Analysis of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) operated through the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) program.Research findings: The study's results demonstrated that storytelling marketing directly and significantly affected customer engagement and did not directly affect purchasing decisions. In addition, there was a positive and significant influence between customer engagement and purchasing decisions, and customer engagement mediated the relationship between storytelling marketing and purchasing decisions. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: Research on storytelling marketing in the context of social media platforms is new in marketing. Most previous research discussed the relationship of storytelling marketing to brand reinforcement and identity. Therefore, this study attempted to integrate the relationship model between storytelling marketing and purchasing decisions by adding customer engagement as an intervening variable.Practitioners/Policy Implications: This research can provide marketers insight into creating exciting and creative marketing content through storytelling marketing that can encourage consumer involvement in a brand or product to generate follow-up action and influence consumer purchasing decisions.Research Limitations/Implications: This research only focused on marketing storytelling and customer engagement variables, generally influencing consumer purchasing decisions on the Instagram social media platform. Hence, future research can focus more on one research object from a brand or product and develop other variables related to customer engagement from a different perspective.

How Does Green Human Resource Management Improve Sustainable Organizational Performance in Public Services? 绿色人力资源管理如何提高公共服务组织的可持续绩效?

Research Aims: The issues, such as global warming, increasing levels of pollution, increasing carbon, and climate change, make it mandatory for all organizations to strive to preserve the environment and work for the welfare of society. The aim to be achieved in this study was to explore the practice of green human resource management (GHRM) and its contribution to increasing sustainable organizational performance (SOP) through green service innovation (GSI) in the local government organizations of Semarang City, Indonesia.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research used a quantitative method. The data in this study were collected using closed online questionnaires for the leaders of the civil servants in each regional government organization in Semarang City. The data analysis employed the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) utilizing the software of Smart PLS 3.Research Findings: The results of the data analysis demonstrated that all proposed hypotheses were accepted. It has been proven that GHRM and GSI could, directly and indirectly, improve SOP in Semarang City Government through the primary indicator of the vision of developing environmental management and services for the community and environmentally friendly digital service innovations.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: GSI could mediate the relationship between GHRM and SOP. In addition, this study revealed that the digital elements of public services in GSI enormously increased SOP.Practitioners/Policy Implications: The results have been good news for leaders in public service organizations with different policies on becoming sustainable organizations and preserving environmentally friendly practices in serving the community.Research Limitations/Implications: The authors recognize that the current study has limitations. This research only focused on organizational performance. Since the authors see that GHRM and GSI practices play a decisive role for employees, this study recommends further research to investigate the role of GHRM and GSI on employee performance.

Impact of Innovation Leadership on Supply Chain Efficiency: The Role of Process Improvement 创新领导对供应链效率的影响:过程改进的作用

Research aims: This research aims to determine the influence of innovation leadership on supply chain efficiency mediated by process improvement.Design/Methodology/Approach: The objects of this research were micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) players in the creative economy sector in the Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia. Measurements of the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing (directly and indirectly) were carried out on the data sample of MSME actors in the creative economy sector in Yogyakarta Special Region utilizing the SmartPLS statistical tool. The sampling employed purposive sampling with a total sample size of 267 creative economy MSMEs.Research Findings: The results uncovered that innovation leadership positively affected supply chain efficiency, implying that innovation leadership could significantly improve supply chain efficiency. Innovation leadership also positively influences process improvement, showing that if the innovation leadership is good, process improvement will increase significantly. In addition, process improvement positively impacted supply chain efficiency, indicating that process improvement could significantly improve supply chain efficiency. Lastly, process improvement could mediate the effect of innovation leadership on supply chain efficiency significantly, denoting that process improvement has a highly important role in improving supply chain efficiency. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study indicates that innovative leaders are highly important in improving their supply chain efficiency, and process improvement as a mediating variable, a novelty in this study, has a very significant role for innovative leaders in improving supply chain efficiency.Practitioners/Policy Implications: Creative economy MSMEs must become innovative leaders in their businesses to increase efficiency in the supply chain. In addition, MSMEs need to continuously improve their business processes, especially in the supply chain.Research Limitations/Implications: The independent variable in this research was only one, i.e., innovation leadership, so it is less comprehensive. To be more comprehensive, other independent variables, such as intellectual capital or moderating variables of government policies, can be added.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman dan menganalisis dampak variabel-variabel seperti harga, kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen untuk produk kosmetik Wardah. Ketika konsumen akan melakukan keputusan pembelian,faktor-faktor yang penting dalam mempengaruhinya adalah harga, kualitas produk dan citra merek. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel secara sengaja purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Kriteria pengambilan sampel tersebut meliputi perempuan yang membeli produk Wardah, perempuan yang sedang menggunakan produk Wardah dan perempuan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Slamet Riyadi Solo. Hasil penelitian ini harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen maka harus meningkatkan strategi harga, kualitas produk dan citra merek.
本研究旨在获得理解和分析价格、产品质量和品牌对消费者购买Wardah化妆品决定的影响。当消费者做出购买决定时,重要的因素是价格、产品质量和品牌形象。本研究采用主数据,并采用采用特定标准的采样方法进行采样。抽样标准包括购买Wardah产品的女性、使用Wardah产品的女性和梭罗大学经济学院的学生。本研究的结果对购买决策产生了重大影响,产品的质量对购买决策产生了重大影响,品牌形象对购买决策产生了重大影响。可以得出的结论是,为了提高消费者购买的决策,必须提高价格策略、产品质量和品牌形象。

Ketika konsumen akan melakukan keputusan pembelian,faktor-faktor yang penting dalam mempengaruhinya adalah harga, kualitas produk dan citra merek. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel secara sengaja purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Kriteria pengambilan sampel tersebut meliputi perempuan yang membeli produk Wardah, perempuan yang sedang menggunakan produk Wardah dan perempuan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Slamet Riyadi Solo. Hasil penelitian ini harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pada kesempatan ini, PT Espay Debit Indonesia, sebuah perusahaan uang elektronik, menghadirkan DANA sebagai produk e-money atau Dompet Digital. DANA merupakan salah satu pilihan dompet digital yang populer di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara dua variabel. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari generasi Y (kelahiran tahun 1981-1996) dan generasi Z (kelahiran 1997-2012) di Kabupaten Sragen yang menggunakan aplikasi e-wallet DANA sebagai alat transaksi. Persepsi manfaat (X1), persepsi kemudahan (X2), dan brand image (X3) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan (Y) E-Wallet DANA. Ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat mulai menyadari dan mengasumsikan bahwa DANA memberikan manfaat dan kemudahan dalam transaksi keuangan. Selain itu, karena DANA merupakan produk lokal, brand image-nya juga semakin dikenal dan diminati oleh banyak orang.

Riset ini berupaya mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga dan daya tarik iklan terhadap minat beli rokok PT. Gudang Garam baik secara persial maupun simultan. Investigasi ini memanfaatkan data primer yang bersifat kuantitatif dan menerapkan analisis regresi linear berganda. Data utama riset dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google forms kepada pelanggan atau calon konsumen rokok PT. Gudang Garam . Besar sampel terdiri dari 54 responden yaitu terdiri dari 34 laki-laki dan 20 perempuan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah menggunakan rumus leddy. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan), dan uji koefisien determinasi, dengan hasil penelitian kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan pada minat beli, persepsi harga berpengaruh signifikan pada minat beli, dan daya tarik iklan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah untuk meningkatkan minat beli konsumen adalah perlu menigkatkan kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan daya tarik iklan agar kemauan pelanggan terpenuhi.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  Pengaruh Penilaian Kinerja dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan pada  PT Panca Pilar Tangguh Medan. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan PT Panca Pilar Tangguh Medan yang beralamat di JalanMarelan VII Tanah Enam Ratus No. 88 A, Medan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua Karyawan PT Panca Pilar Tangguh  berjumlah 65 orang. Mempertimbangkan jumlah populasi tidak lebih dari 100 orang maka penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dimana keseluruhan populasi menjadi sampel penelitian. Dengan demikian, besarnya sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 65 orang.  Metode analisis data yaitu  uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik yang terdiir dari uji normalitas, Uji Multikolonieritas, uji Heteroskedastisitas. Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t, uji f dan uji determinasi Pengolalhaln daltal menggunalkaln softwalre staltistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Penilaian Kinerja dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi kerja dan merupakan variabel dominan mempengaruhi Prestasi kerja karyawan PT Panca Pilar Tangguh Medan

Preferensi Konsumen terhadap Pepaya Calina dan Thailand 消费者对木瓜Calina和泰国的偏好

Fruit consumers are faced with many choices of papaya fruit that can be purchased in the market. Calina, an unknown variety, is one of the choices for papaya consumers. This study aims to analyse the types of papaya consumers’ prefer between Calina and Thai papayas and to describe the attributes of Calina and Thai papaya that consumers prefer. The approach that was applied in this research is quantitative method, focusing on consumer attitudes towards objects. The research was conducted in Gamping District, Sleman Regency, with a sample of 100 people. The applied attitude model was the Fishbein Multi-Attribute Model. Attributes of papaya that were investigated in this research were price, sweetness taste, size, flesh colour, skin texture, and appearance. A paired t-test was used to determine the type of papaya that consumers preferred, while one-way ANOVA was applied to determine the attributes of papaya that consumers preferred. The results showed that consumers prefer Calina papaya compared to Thai papaya. One-way ANOVA analysis showed that the attributes of Calina papaya that consumers preferred were skin appearance and sweetness taste, while the attributes of Thai papaya that were preferred by consumers were sweetness taste only.

Riset ini berupaya mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga terhadap keputusan pembelian makanan go-food di Kota Solo baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Investigasi ini memanfaatkan data primer yang bersifat kuantitatif dan menerapkan analisis regresi linear berganda. Data utama riset dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google forms kepada pelanggan go-food di Kota Solo. Besar sampel terdiri dari 120 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus leddy. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan), dan uji koefisien determinasi, dengan hasil penelitian kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan pada keputusan pembelian dan harga juga berpengaruh signifikan kepada keputusan pembelian, serta baik secara bersama-sama kualitas pelayanan dan harga juga berpengaruh signifikan pada keputusan pembelian. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen maka strategi kualitas pelayanan dan harga perlu di tingkatkan.
