Medical licensing examination is a well-accepted form to authenticate physicians' qualification for practicing in most countries. Assessment of medical humanities is of great importance in medical licensing examination. In this study, the medical humanity evaluation, including contents, forms, scores and proportion of the scores of the examinations, in the medical licensing examination and the empirical research examination of segmental physician examination in China and the United States was compared by analyzing literatures and comparative approach, with the clinical examinations as examples. Results showed that contents and proportion of the scores of medical humanities in the two countries were basically the same, but there were fewer stations in current medical licensing examination in China and improvement should be made in the examination form. The feasibility of standard patients in China's medical licensing examination should be further explored, so as to make full use of the guiding role of medical licensing examination in medical education. This paper analyzed the feasibility of SPOC-mixed teaching in view of bottlenecks faced by the current health statistics curriculum, and deeply analyzed the limitations of traditional classroom teaching and network teaching only, as well as the advantages of SPOC-mixed teaching mode. At the same time, the construction of SPOC-mixed teaching mode of health statistics curriculum was explored from three aspects: teaching preparation, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation. It is hoped that the traditional teaching mode of "mainly teaching' "existed in health statistics will be transformed into a student-led and learning-based mode. According to each student's learning levels, professional background and cognitive style, individualized teaching was conducted to teach students in accordance with their ability, and promote the reform on traditional education concepts and teaching modes of health statistics. Due to the automation of clinical test and analysis, work units like hospitals have reduced the demand for medical laboratory talents, which has increased the employment pressure of graduates. However, the demand for medical laboratory talents is in short supply with the development of the in-vitro diagnosis industry. Guided by the industry development and the employment demand, our school set up the development direction of "in-vitro diagnosis", combined medicine and engineering, established the corresponding curriculum system, adopted school-enterprise (institution) collaboration and explored the talent training mode of "special direction tutor system".
