By comparing the medical education and post-graduate medical education models of Mainland China with those of Taiwan, and drawing on the successful experiences and concepts of Taiwan's medical education model, this study proposed some suggestions. For example, the institutional education of Mainland China should connect with standardized medical residency training; the medical students should pass the examination of licensed doctor when graduated, and participate in the training as legal practitioners and socialized trainees; the training of general medical ability should be strengthened in the early stage. We aim to provide a useful reference for improving the system and model of standardized medical residency training in Mainland China. Objective To investigate the current status of the employment quality of public health graduates and feedback from employers. Method s The questionnaires covering employing fields, coherence between major and employment, ways to find job and feedback from employers were used. A total of 309 bachelor graduates majoring in public health from Grade 2011 to Grade 2016 were selected as study objects via random cluster sampling method. In addition, online and offline synchronization survey were adopted to collect employment data; SPSS 22.0 was used for analyzing the data. Employment quality of graduates from different specialties as well as feedback of employers were compared. Result s Bachelor graduates in public health had an employment rate of 100%; 19.75% (61/309) graduates in public health changed work place, while the most had a stable job; 50.10% (155/309) graduates had work relatively or fully related to their specialties. Bachelor graduates in public affairs management had a relatively high level of satisfaction in salary, welfare insurance and others (χ2=18.805, P=0.043). Employers were satisfied with the bachelor graduates generally, but also believed that their professional knowledge and innovation ability should be improved. Conclusion The overall employment quality of bachelor graduates in public health is good, but there is still room to improve the quality. The overall evaluation for graduates is high, and few organizations consider bachelor graduates of poor quality. In summary, schools should optimize course setting, cultivate comprehensive quality, and strengthen students' humanistic education. The residents and low-grade resident trainees of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery of the Ninth People's Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were selected as subjects. In the multi-touch virtual anatomy system, the lecturers made the anatomical signs of otolaryngology head and neck surgery, and applied them through the training method. Then the teachers explained the three sub-specialties of the nose, throat, neck and ear in the multi-touch virtual dissection table. The teaching method can stimulate the learning interest because of its vivid three-dimensional sense. The characteristics of teaching and learning are beneficial to the cultivation of medical education teachers. In addition, the one-time investment of equipment breaks through the supply bottleneck of traditional anatomical consumables and promotes active learning among medical students. The multi-touch virtual anatomy system can effectively improve the teaching methods, facilitate the interesting teaching, and has broad application prospects in medical teaching. Body donation is the main source of human specimens preparation in medical universities and colleges. The low donation rate in China restricts the improvement of basic medical research and clinical treatment seriously. In the investigation, deep-rooted traditional concepts, unsound legal system, and inadequate government propaganda have become the major factors influencing body donation. Combined with the practice of body donation in the localities, this study puts forward some measures to promote the body donation, such as giving targeted publicity, promoting the concept of civilized funeral and burial, strengthening legislation, and simplifying the body donation process, which would lay the foundation for the development of medical education and research. Clinical final examination is an important link in the standardized training of residents in dermatology and quantification of evaluation indicators is one of the important parameters. In this study, the scores of clinical examinations of six candidates who participated in standardized training of residents in dermatology of Sun Yat-Sen University in June 2019 were taken as examples to explore the quantitative indicators of standardized and multi-station clinical final examinations. The indicators contained four stations and five links: skin pathological reading, skin biopsy, medical history collection and physical examination, medical record writing, and comprehensive questioning, which covered the main contents of the standardized training outline of residents in dermatology. Each evaluation indicator was refined and quantified. Finally, heuristic ideas were put forward, including a wider range of standardized and multi-station clinical examinations, introduction of new examination places, and utilization of information technology. Key words: Dermatology; Resident standardized training; Clinical examination; Quantitative indicators
