Evaluation system of product maturity level for the third generation semiconductor microwave device based on Web 基于Web的第三代半导体微波器件产品成熟度评价系统

Aiming at the exigent need of product maturity level evaluation for the third generation semiconductor microwave device and the shortages of current domestic and foreign evaluation methods, this paper extends the traditional Technology Readiness Level (TRL) evaluation method roundly from technology integration and technology dimension, establishes a structural describing and measuring model for product maturity, proposes a quantitative computing method based on questionnaire mode using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and attribute mathematics, builds a product maturity level evaluation system for the third generation semiconductor microwave device based on Web, and at last realizes an all-round evaluation of product maturity objectively and effectively.
针对第三代半导体微波器件产品成熟度水平评价的迫切需要和目前国内外评价方法的不足,从技术集成和技术维度对传统的技术成熟度水平(TRL)评价方法进行了全面扩展,建立了产品成熟度的结构化描述和测量模型;运用层次分析法(AHP)和属性数学,提出了基于问卷调查模式的定量计算方法,构建了基于Web的第三代半导体微波器件产品成熟度等级评价体系,最终客观有效地实现了对产品成熟度的全方位评价。

The exploration of HCCI combustion in the high-power direct-injection diesel engine 大功率直喷柴油机HCCI燃烧的探索

In order to improve fuel economy and reduce diesel emissions, the high-pressure common rail direct injection diesel engine TBD234V6 was used as test machine in the research. From the formation of homogeneous pre-mixed gas and caught fire after a good effect of chemical reaction kinetics point of view, using the method of pre-injection and fuel design, the realization of HCCI (homogeneous charge compression ignition) combustion were studied. The results showed that: The pre-injection was effective in promoting the homogeneous mixture formation pre-ignition in the cylinder, with further promotion in the high-pressure common rail diesel engine's potential; through fuel design can control the fuel ignition near TDC and increase the burning rate, it is conducive to realize efficient, low emissions approximately equal pressure premixed combustion.

A effective SINR link to system mapping method for CQI feedback in TD-LTE system TD-LTE系统CQI反馈中一种有效的信噪比链路到系统映射方法

This paper gives an overview of the so-called link performance model used in TD-LTE (Time Division-Long Term Evolution) system level simulations to determine the link CQI (channel quality Indicator) at reduced complexity of UE (User Equipment). Mainly, effective SINR methods including EESM and MIESM account for the instantaneous channel realization and other configurations and utilize the post processing SINR to compute the effective SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio). Then UE reports CQI values, depending on a linear mapping function from effective SNR to a corresponding CQI value. The simulation shows that EESM and MIESM algorithms bring a similar throughput performance comparing to the ideal CQI choice, but mapping function of EESM method is simpler than MIESM method. Also, EESM method requires all subcarriers to apply the same MCS, which is suitable for TD-LTE system. Therefore, TD-LTE wireless integrated testing instrument adopts EESM method to realize effective SINR link to system mapping.

A quick algorithms of high precision on the exponential and logarithmic functions 一种快速、高精度的指数函数和对数函数算法

Through numerical analysis, and taking into account the calculating precision, computational amount and the memory space of numerical tables, these three indexes, some quick algorithms on the elementary functions are given by the method of combining computation and table search. In addition, the quick algorithms of high precision are also obtained by using some improved computational methods in this paper. Furthermore, the detailed computational process on the algorithms is demonstrated.

The study of the measured frequency in EPM3128 based on the VHDL language 基于VHDL语言的EPM3128测量频率的研究

The chip design based on EDA technology is becoming the mainstream of the electronic system design. The objective of this project is to achieve a better method of the measurement and the multiplication of the measured frequency using the EPM3128. Both the VHDL programms and the timing emulations are achieved detailedly. In order to realized the measurement and the multiplication of the mearsured frequency, the synchronization should be achieved. The number of the crystal oscillator signal is been recorded, and then the CPU reads the data in the counter through the fip-latch. What's more, because of the n-bit right shift, the data recorded in the measurement is reduced to the 1/2n times. A narrow pulse will be outputted each time a expiration of the counter arrives.

Design of smart home remote monitoring system based on embedded system 基于嵌入式系统的智能家居远程监控系统设计

This paper introduces a smart home system which could supervise household appliances remotely and realize real-time monitoring of home security status through mobile phone. The paper also describes the realization of system hardware and software in detail. This System combined embedded technique with GSM. Design adopted the Liod platform for master control system which core processor is PXA270 Xscale and singlechip expansion module to realize the information collection, analysis and processing. GSM module communicated to transmit all the information gathered by this system. Design also realized the video data acquisition, which can be transmitted via wireless or cable network to monitoring center to remotely understand the house condition. On the whole, through this system we can remotely and real-time monitor house status.

Dialect identification based on VQ codebook design with GA-LBG algorithm 基于GA-LBG算法的VQ码本方言识别设计

In order to solve the problem of GA's slow convergence in the VQ codebook design due to the strong global search ability and the complex computation, a hybrid algorithm based on the GA-LBG algorithm is adopted because the LBG algorithm as an iterative algorithm based on the nearest neighbor rule and the centroid rule owns the advantage of fast convergence. In the simulation experiment, MFCC extracted from Mandarin, Shanghainese, Cantonese and Hokkien are employed as the feature vectors to establish codebook models with GA-LBG for the dialect identification, and the recognition performances on different size of the VQ codebooks are studied. And simulation results demonstrate that the running time with GA-LBG reduces to 1066.4s, less than that with GA alone.

Efficient rate control technique for CCSDS image encoding 高效的CCSDS图像编码速率控制技术

For the limitation of data transmission bandwidth and real time transmission demand, generally image compression is required to implement the precise and flexible rate control algorithm. Rate control is an important issue in the image compression field. This paper considers the problem of rate allocation to each encoded segment for CCSDS image compression. One straightforward method is to allocate an equal amount of rate to each segment based on the average of the total number of compressed bytes. The obvious drawback of this method is that different segment will be reconstructed to different quality, so the overall quality of the reconstructed image will not be optimized. For the shortage of the original rate control method, as to improve the overall quality of the reconstructed image, an improved rate control algorithm is proposed for CCSDS image encoding. The key component of the proposed rate control method is the appropriate rate allocation. Experiments on the test images show that the PSNR can be increased at about 0.3dB on average, compared to the original algorithm. Therefore, experimental results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in terms of objective evaluation, and the rate-distortion performance of the reconstructed image is improved.

A dynamic model of active vibration isolation system is established, and on the basis a multi-objective model for active vibration isolation system is set up. The improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm has been adopted to do the optimization. The paper carries out performance active vibration isolation system integrated optimization. The results show that this way can effectively enhance effect of the active vibration isolation system.

Design of the attitude automatic adjusting system for the solar panel 太阳能板姿态自动调节系统的设计

With the increasingly shortage of conventional energy, solar energy, as one kind of an inexhaustible, and pollution-free clean source of energy, became the first choice of renewable energy. This paper designs an attitude automatic adjusting system which makes the solar panels perpendicular to the solar incidence line during the day to increase the absorption efficiency of solar energy. The system combines program control and sensor control to track the solar, and the working mode of the system is depended on by photodiode and algorithm of sun time. In different working circumstances, the system could work in different working modes: calendar-check tracking mode, four-quadrant detector tracking mode and night mode. Practical experiments show the system could meet the demands of detection accuracy, lower power, and higher reliability.
随着常规能源的日益紧缺,太阳能作为一种取之不尽、用之不竭、无污染的清洁能源,成为可再生能源的首选。本文设计了一种姿态自动调节系统,使太阳能板在白天垂直于太阳入射线,以提高太阳能的吸收效率。该系统采用程序控制和传感器控制相结合的方式对太阳进行跟踪,并通过光电二极管和太阳时间算法实现系统的工作模式。在不同的工作环境下,系统可以在不同的工作模式下工作:日历检查跟踪模式、四象限探测器跟踪模式和夜间模式。实际实验表明,该系统能够满足检测精度、低功耗和高可靠性的要求。
