Sensor-weapon-target assignment is an important activity involved in planning and executing a course-of-action in a future warfare. The outcome of networked targeting and attacking based on C4KISR may strongly depend on the intelligent usage of available sensors and weapons maximizing their effectiveness. One downside of Swt-opt algorithm is that it highly depends on perfect network topologies. In this paper, consensus algorithm is combined with Swt-opt algorithm to guarantee the assignment effective over many different dynamic network topologies. The improved algorithm also has advantages over communication, computation and robustness to inconsistent situation awareness. The feasibility of the improved algorithm is proved at the end of the paper.

Low carbon is an integrant part of a city; it becomes more and more important. The deterioration of Climate and environment has threatened the human survival seriously. Low carbon mode is the most direct, effective and economic way to build the saving type society. By taking diversity aspects into considerations and under the situation that with less equipments to reduce energy consumptions, the Architectural design should control and improve the harmful effects of climate and environment through a series of design methods and technologies, eventually create a architectural environment with Low energy consumption, economic, health, and comfortable. To a low carbon economy transformation has become the mainstream tendency of the world economic development. Low carbon building is the most direct, effective and economic way to establish an economical society.

System fault process can be cut off if failures can be fined in time after they occurred. But there must be enough time for failures can be detected. And the process time is longer; the higher probability fault process can be cut off. Failures considered in traditional event tree method are simplified as 0 or 1 (abnormal or normal) condition. But in dynamic reliability study, failures are not just considered as logic state of system. Failure parameters and subsequent failures would inference system course and its final condition. Extend event tree based dynamic reliability analysis method is studied in this paper. System dynamic characteristics after failures are considered in this method. And a simple system is analyzed in this paper. Analyzing results shown that, this method is effective in analyzing system dynamic reliability.

In parallel computing, the memory requirement is an important problem, and in parallel software development, it is vital to optimize the memory management strategy. Programmers need to know the memory optimizing degree. But, the parallel programs' performance evaluation metric speedup only refers to computing time, without considering the memory cost when executing programs. In this paper, the relationship between computing time and memory requirement is expressed by a formula, with which the influence of memory requirement in parallel computing can be calculated. The experiment results demonstrate that the scalable time definite integration proposed in this paper, can properly predict parallel computing time under certain parallel system size, and also could reflect the operating environment's working capacity.

Introduced the principles and methods about extraction of water system and hydrology based on GIS and DEM, applied by the example. Selected Inner Mongolia Xilamuren grassland as the research object, used 1:50 000 scale, 10m resolution DEM which obtain from topographic maps as the basic terrain data, extraction and research water system and the hydrological characteristics based on the geographic information system software ArcGIS 9.3. The results showed that the use of regional or watershed DEM to extract water system, basin-wide hydrological information is high efficiency, less errors, it can completely meet the needs of hydrological modeling and production from macroscopic perspective. In some regions of special terrain, such as flat regions, the abstracting precision need to be further improved since parallel water system is likely to generate there.

The increasing traffic congestion in big cities catch a widespread concern in the community, but the traffic order and capacity structural problems in medium and small city have not been paid attention in the social sphere. This paper witch based on the field surveys researches and analyses the status traffic sharing of various modes of transport in Yicheng. With the people's travel characteristics and the MNL model calculations, the paper determines the traffic sharing of various modes in transport. According to the appropriate ahead of principle in the system of development transport, it proposed the appropriate ahead of suggestions in the system of public transport. And at last, it gives the policy recommendations on improving traffic conditions and transport structure for medium and small cities.

Internet-based users innovation community can be defined as mediated social spaces in digital environment that allow groups to form and be sustained primarily through ongoing communication processes. The members of innovation communities are usually lead users of specific kind of products, they put up web sites or participate in the existent one hosted by manufacturers or the third part for the purpose of benefiting from group innovation actions. The members have common interest on product innovations and sharing innovative ideas with each other, even build up online or offline personal relationships. Focusing on the internet-based user innovation community, this paper put forward a theoretical based on the the self-concept-based motivation model to explain the customer's participation behavior in the user innovation community. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, data analysis showed that all of the research hypotheses were supported. Based on our analysis, we can find out that users will participate in the internet-based innovation community when they perceive this as a channel to gain happiness, demonstrate their ability level, and attain the feeling of belonging to.

Experimental tests on friction and wear behavior of copper contact line/carbon strip were carried out under the conditions of different electric current on a pin-on-disc tester. During testing, the coefficient of friction and wear rate were recorded and arc discharge phenomenon was observed. The result indicated that friction coefficient decrease with increase of electric current intensity due to the lubrication role of electric current. As the electric current increased, wear volume distinctly increased due arc discharge ablation. By analysis of SEM micrograph and EDX spectrum on wear surface of carbon strip, it is known that arc erosion, oxidative wear and metal melting are dominant with electric current and abrasive wear and adhesive wear are dominant without electric current.
