Evaporative cooling is energy efficient and environment protective. However, little research has been done on the simplified and applied thermo-technical calculation method. In order to improve the practicability and advantage of evaporative cooling unit, and make the unit manufacture standard, a thermo-technical calculation for a plate indirect evaporative cooling unit and a packing direct evaporative cooling unit are simplified by experiments base on engineering optimization theory. In the experiments, an optimal water-spraying density was gained for the packing direct evaporative cooling unit, with the aluminum foil packing specific surface area of 500m2/m3; as well as an optimal water-spraying density for plate indirect evaporative cooling unit, with primary air channel length of 4mm, and secondary air channel length of 6mm.

This paper describes the development of industrial development of online digital Refractometer technical requirements, The instrument design based on optical principle of total reflection. Through the Industrial liquid products refractive index and temperature detection, data processing system using single chip, finally get concentration of by products. By using modeling of mathematics, the connection of concentration with refraction index and temperature is found. The hardware institution, the modular function and subprogram library referred are given. Such technology problems as interference, moisture prevention, cooling etc. are considered in the whole design so as to improve the adaptive ability of product to real environment.

The remote sensing camera in large field and wide cover needs CCD with enough pixels. But the existing CCD cannot satisfy the practical needs. Therefore several pieces of CCD which has insufficient pixels are spliced to get a long CCD array with plenty of pixels. The precision requirements of CCD splicing are very strict, so that the same high accuracies are required in the precision detection of CCD splicing. When detecting precision of CCD splicing, the graphical markers with simple geometric structure in the CCD package are selected as templates. The position precision data of the graphical markers in each CCD are obtained using the template matching algorithm. Using the unified objective templates, the focal plane which has multi-chip of CCD is detected by template matching algorithm. Experiment results show that the template matching algorithm can enhance the located precision of each CCD to 0.347μm. The splicing precision detection with template matching algorithm can avoid the subjective error caused by the conventional detection method. And its results are more accurate. In addition, without manual intervention in the process of precision detection, the efficiency of precision detection is improved.

Modularity is defined as a dynamic integration process. It refers to subsystems of semi-autonomy, which interconnect with other similar subsystems in terms of certain rules, and constitute a more complex system or process. This paper analyzes the modularity theory in the concept of the standardization of sub-module, module decomposition, module integration, in order to expound the symbol significance of the modularity theory and the applications trend in Logo design. The author also summary the basic rules of application of modular theory in logo design. It is obvious that the modularity theory enriches the application areas of logo design, which can inspiring designers to design more creative. The purpose of this paper is to explore the diversity of new trends of logo design.

Products which can meet market requirements and customer demand were created in a high response speed by original product manufacturer called OPM has been critical to competitive success. Six sigma methodology gave impetus to original manufacture in low cost for the purpose of near-perfect product and advanced service. Therefore, six sigma methodology obtained a popularity to perfect-quality in the field of manufacture industries. In this paper, an attempt that taken an assessment and improvement of dents on the top surface of product in forging plants was being made to apply six sigma methodology which was a systematic procedure driven by statistic data. The problem of product defects were discovered and defined in definite through critical customer requirement analysis. It was based on products measurement from the genesis of sampling in the process that first-hand data collected by quality control staff showed the information in essence including critical causes of dents and what issues they created by means of statistics and management in science. Regarding these critical reasons and what the effect they brought about in actual, counterpart measurement and proposal were designed and taken out in nature, which run as an experimental plan of effect verification. It was preeminent testimony that six sigma procedure was applied to take an implementation in forging plants has contributed to high quality of product enormously and effectively.

The construction of urban roads will have some negative impacts on the surrounding area. A clear understanding of the potential impacts upon traffic flow is the premise for a rational traffic planning during the construction time. Based on a detailed analysis of the relationship between road characteristics and traffic distribution. This paper applies shortest path with capacity limitation method to assign traffic volume to analysis quantitatively the impacts of road construction on traffic flow, it uses MATLAB soft ware to program and compute the related data, in addition, it gives an example to prove the method to be efficient in practice.

At present, the rapid development of power supply has brought great challenges to the safe operation of the cable and the prevention of accidents in power transmission. However, using traditional manual methods to maintain the cable does not meet the current demand. Therefore, managing the operation of the cables via advanced computer technology is significant for the power transmission. In this paper, we develop an environmental monitoring system for cable tunnel (EMSFCT) to provide the real-time monitoring as well as the accident handling for cable operation. It is a new solution for the management of cables operation. The paper analyzes the structure of the system, expatiates on the implement, shows the application of the system and finally makes the conclusion.

In the CABG surgery the robot dynamically cancels the relative motion between the point of interest (POI) on the beating heart and robotic instruments, such that the surgeon can operate as if the heart is stationary. Due to high bandwidth of the POI motion, the quick and precise tracking ability of the robot system is necessary. Different from other heart motion tracking system with only position measurement, our system had both position and acceleration measurement to achieve better tracking performance. The state analysis of the physical model of surgical robotic system offered us the possibility to decrease the tracking error by adding accelerometer. The control algorithm based on the adaptive heart motion model employed the optimal tracking theory with Kalman Filter state estimation is proposed. The result showing better tracking performance is achieved by the added acceleration measurement which provided pre-lead phase over position and more dynamics. The comparison tracking results with and without acceleration measurement which was experimented on 3D test bed Phantom robotics are reported.

New areas of modern logistics research focus on the direction of three-dimensional simulation technology, mainly about the method of logistics simulation modeling and the technology of logistics simulation implementation. Based on in-depth study of the principle of sorting system, this paper used three-dimensional simulation software Flexsim to have realized the system design, simulation modeling, simulation run, data analysis and system optimization of two sorting modes of distribution center: picking style sorting system and seeding-type sorting system, then verified the validity, rationality and optimization of the simulation sorting system, showed the advantages and disadvantages of two sorting modes clearly, which have important reference value to the sorting system development and improvement of enterprise and the applications of Flexsim simulation software in logistics fields.
