Experimental study on simplified thermo-technical calculation for evaporative coolers 蒸发冷却器简化热技术计算的实验研究

Evaporative cooling is energy efficient and environment protective. However, little research has been done on the simplified and applied thermo-technical calculation method. In order to improve the practicability and advantage of evaporative cooling unit, and make the unit manufacture standard, a thermo-technical calculation for a plate indirect evaporative cooling unit and a packing direct evaporative cooling unit are simplified by experiments base on engineering optimization theory. In the experiments, an optimal water-spraying density was gained for the packing direct evaporative cooling unit, with the aluminum foil packing specific surface area of 500m2/m3; as well as an optimal water-spraying density for plate indirect evaporative cooling unit, with primary air channel length of 4mm, and secondary air channel length of 6mm.

Amenity modeling and optimal design of helicopter cockpit steering apparatus 直升机座舱转向装置舒适性建模与优化设计

Contrapose the problem of helicopter cockpit steering apparatus comfort, a 5 degrees freedom man upper arm movement model is established. Considering the influence of biostatics for pilot subjective comfort, the RULA method is introduced to the establishment of upper arm introduce model. Adopting China helicopter pilot anthropometric data, contrasting the result of CATIA system emulator, the rationality and practicability of the model is validated. Using collective pitch control layout design as example, the corresponding apparatus comfort curve and parameter are acquired. The results can provide effective reference for helicopter cockpit steering apparatus design.

Research on the eliminating of pressure oscillation for Augment Common-Rail Injection System 增压器共轨喷射系统压力振荡消除研究

The working principle of Augment Common-Rail Injection System. The reason and the influence of pressure oscillation in the pumping chamber of the electric-controlled pressure amplifier were analyzed. Designed the slide-valve plunger coupled parts which could eliminate the severe pressure fluctuation during the pumping chamber while the effect of pressurizing wasn't weaken. The influence caused by the position of valve port and shape of valve port and size of valve port were analyzed. The prototype was manufactured and the experimental investigation on this was carried out.

Application of high-speed train toilet design method on the view of modularization 模块化视角下高速列车厕所设计方法的应用

Washing room is the essential part on high-speed train. The utilization efficiency directly affects the whole use efficiency and comfort of train. It is an important topic of train design that how to improve the use efficiency of train washing room and to reduce the cost of manufacture and maintenance. So Its design influences directly on trains' comprehensive comfort and has close relation with improving transportation service and riding comfort. According to the characteristics of many aspects of the design and manufacture of washing room in high-speed train, the paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of modularization of train washing room, also puts forward the concrete practical method of applying modularization into the design of washing room and evaluates the design case by computer simulation of man-machine engineering.

Kinetics of extracting mogroside from grosvenori momordica 罗汉果中苦参苷的提取动力学

In order to obtain the extraction dynamics of mogroside from grosvenori momordica by ultrasonic wave strengthening, two dynamics model were used to evaluate this process and the extraction efficiency. The results show that the ultrasonic wave strengthening can improve the extraction efficiency of mogroside in the experimental conditions. The ultrasonic wave strengthening extraction dynamics equation agrees with the dynamic equation In C = γ In t + λ. Under the high frequency of ultrasound extraction or high temperature or long extraction time, the extraction process will not be controlled by the dynamic. In order to achieve the medicinal compositions with high activity and stability, the frequency, temperature and duration of ultrasonic extraction should be controlled in a certain range.

Application of six sigma methodology in forging manufacturing plants: An example study 六西格玛方法在锻件制造厂的应用:实例研究

Products which can meet market requirements and customer demand were created in a high response speed by original product manufacturer called OPM has been critical to competitive success. Six sigma methodology gave impetus to original manufacture in low cost for the purpose of near-perfect product and advanced service. Therefore, six sigma methodology obtained a popularity to perfect-quality in the field of manufacture industries. In this paper, an attempt that taken an assessment and improvement of dents on the top surface of product in forging plants was being made to apply six sigma methodology which was a systematic procedure driven by statistic data. The problem of product defects were discovered and defined in definite through critical customer requirement analysis. It was based on products measurement from the genesis of sampling in the process that first-hand data collected by quality control staff showed the information in essence including critical causes of dents and what issues they created by means of statistics and management in science. Regarding these critical reasons and what the effect they brought about in actual, counterpart measurement and proposal were designed and taken out in nature, which run as an experimental plan of effect verification. It was preeminent testimony that six sigma procedure was applied to take an implementation in forging plants has contributed to high quality of product enormously and effectively.

Experimental research of performance on water-water multi-functional system 水-水多功能系统性能的实验研究

A new type of water-water multi-functional system consisting of double four-way valve is studied. System fundamentals and the operation modes are introduced. Experimental research on operation characteristics of refrigerating capacity, heating capacity, suction and discharge temperature and pressure shows that the unit operates reliably long in different operation conditions, and that the variation of characteristics is within a reasonable range. Coefficient of performance of the unit in refrigerating and hot water mode is highest and EER reaches up to 5.2 with the minimal value approximately 4, as the service efficiency of the unit is improved by recovering the condenser heat to heat hot water.

Diversified use of modularity theory in logo design 模块化理论在标志设计中的多样化运用

Modularity is defined as a dynamic integration process. It refers to subsystems of semi-autonomy, which interconnect with other similar subsystems in terms of certain rules, and constitute a more complex system or process. This paper analyzes the modularity theory in the concept of the standardization of sub-module, module decomposition, module integration, in order to expound the symbol significance of the modularity theory and the applications trend in Logo design. The author also summary the basic rules of application of modular theory in logo design. It is obvious that the modularity theory enriches the application areas of logo design, which can inspiring designers to design more creative. The purpose of this paper is to explore the diversity of new trends of logo design.

Research on the reconfigurable technique of SUAV flight control system 无人机飞行控制系统可重构技术研究

The research on a Small Unmaned Air Vehicle(SUAV) has developed with various kinds of advanced technology, such as micro-machine technology, micro-motor technology, micro-electronics technology, integrated technology, and especially the nanotechnology. As the core of SUAV systems, the reconfigurable technique of flight control system can applie to the unknown fault and damage, and enhance the survivability and mission effectiveness of the aircraft obviously. It has become one of the attractive research subjects in modern aircraft integration design area. In this paper, several important methods for reconfigurable flight control are introduced or analysed, and some focus problems on the reconfigurable flight control technique are summarized and proposed. Finally, an outlook is did about the development tendency of reconfigurable flight control technique.

The design and implement of environmental monitoring system for cable tunnel 电缆隧道环境监测系统的设计与实现

At present, the rapid development of power supply has brought great challenges to the safe operation of the cable and the prevention of accidents in power transmission. However, using traditional manual methods to maintain the cable does not meet the current demand. Therefore, managing the operation of the cables via advanced computer technology is significant for the power transmission. In this paper, we develop an environmental monitoring system for cable tunnel (EMSFCT) to provide the real-time monitoring as well as the accident handling for cable operation. It is a new solution for the management of cables operation. The paper analyzes the structure of the system, expatiates on the implement, shows the application of the system and finally makes the conclusion.
目前,电力供应的快速发展给电缆的安全运行和输电事故的预防带来了极大的挑战。但是,采用传统的人工方式对电缆进行维护已不能满足当前的需求。因此,利用先进的计算机技术对电缆的运行进行管理,对电力传输具有重要意义。本文开发了一套电缆隧道环境监测系统(EMSFCT),为电缆运行提供实时监测和事故处理。为电缆运行管理提供了一种新的解决方案。本文分析了系统的结构,阐述了系统的实现,展示了系统的应用,最后给出了结论。
