The research on a Small Unmaned Air Vehicle(SUAV) has developed with various kinds of advanced technology, such as micro-machine technology, micro-motor technology, micro-electronics technology, integrated technology, and especially the nanotechnology. As the core of SUAV systems, the reconfigurable technique of flight control system can applie to the unknown fault and damage, and enhance the survivability and mission effectiveness of the aircraft obviously. It has become one of the attractive research subjects in modern aircraft integration design area. In this paper, several important methods for reconfigurable flight control are introduced or analysed, and some focus problems on the reconfigurable flight control technique are summarized and proposed. Finally, an outlook is did about the development tendency of reconfigurable flight control technique.

Considering the requirement of temperature and humidity to a good condition for the old people in the family nursing, a temperature and humidity data acquisition system has been designed in detail based on the ARM920T processor and the controller S3C2440 in this paper. DHT91 sensor is utilized to collect those data which is connected with the controller through a 2-wire serial interface. The parameter data can be displayed on the local LCD and also can be transmitted to the computer through RS232 or RS485 serial interface for further analysis. The carried out experiments show that the system is stable, reliable and practical.

As the terminal equipment in the production line, the spring load testing and separating system, plays an important role in ensuring the quality of the spring. The main function of this equipment is to inspect the spring load quality and sort every production according to the testing results. The overall control responsibilities are allocated each controller by applying the Master-slave distructive structure, and the synchronization among controllers is coordinated through the TCP/IP protocol. At present, the spring load testing and separating system, which has been putting into practical production, can fulfill both the accuracy and the speed requirements for the spring testing and separating.

To improve the internal quality of the continuous casting billet, one new approach for quality analysis and optimum control is proposed based on fault tree analysis (FTA). The interrelation between different hypotheses of the formation mechanism of internal cracks is studied to find out the root causes. According to the features of FTA and expertise, a FTA model of internal cracks is developed, then the software VC++6.0 is introduced to form the visual-FTA system, which is available to generate and analyze the fault tree automatically. Applying the analysis system to the steel Q235 supplied by a steel-maker, the qualitative analysis/quantitative results basically conform to the on-line statistical ones, and then an optimum control scheme is proposed to improve the billet quality.

The working principle of Augment Common-Rail Injection System. The reason and the influence of pressure oscillation in the pumping chamber of the electric-controlled pressure amplifier were analyzed. Designed the slide-valve plunger coupled parts which could eliminate the severe pressure fluctuation during the pumping chamber while the effect of pressurizing wasn't weaken. The influence caused by the position of valve port and shape of valve port and size of valve port were analyzed. The prototype was manufactured and the experimental investigation on this was carried out.

In this paper, an dynamics model is established for telerobot. Based on the dynamics model, the authors design a new dual-mode adaptive fuzzy control system and use Lyapunov stability theory to prove the stability of the system and the boundness of tracking error. In order to improve robustness, the dual-mode adaptive fuzzy controller is modified and equipped with self-adjusting and new switching. The simulation results show that this dual-mode adaptive fuzzy control system has excellent control effect. Namely the controller can effectively overcome the unknown parameters of the model and environmental disturbances. It also shows that the proposed method has strong adaptive ability, fast dynamic response, strong robustness and applicability.

A new type of water-water multi-functional system consisting of double four-way valve is studied. System fundamentals and the operation modes are introduced. Experimental research on operation characteristics of refrigerating capacity, heating capacity, suction and discharge temperature and pressure shows that the unit operates reliably long in different operation conditions, and that the variation of characteristics is within a reasonable range. Coefficient of performance of the unit in refrigerating and hot water mode is highest and EER reaches up to 5.2 with the minimal value approximately 4, as the service efficiency of the unit is improved by recovering the condenser heat to heat hot water.

According to the technological features of measure and controlling objects, such as boiler temperature and its correlative flow, liquid level, pressure, etc. In a thermal power plant, an automatic measure and controlling system for boiler process variables is set up by using fuzzy and coupling techniques. This system can meet the technological requirements of generating power, supplying heat and steam from the boiler, thus improving the accuracy of the measurement and control of the boiler temperature, liquid level and pressure. Since the configurations of both hardware and software are simple and the operation is easy, this system is also applicable to any similar thermal power plant.

The primary flight control system (PFCS) provides full time and full authority three axis, dynamic control law functions (pitch, roll and yaw) and non-dynamic control law functions (aileron droop, speed brake and ground lift dump). In addition, the PFCS calculates operational and limiting airspeed in order to provide full flight envelope protection across the entire flight envelope. PFCS provides limited gust alleviation function in the yaw axis. This paper provides a high level comparison of conventional Yaw Axis control (Pedal to Surface with Augmentation) versus Closed Loop Yaw Axis control. Pedal to Surface versus Closed Loop design options have implications on a variety of factors including Human Factors, Gust Response, structural limiting requirements, asymmetric thrust response, and rudder trim.

The expression of radiate power and bandwidth are presented by using the aquivalent circuit model of the longitudinal vibration transducer. At first, the design variable and its constraint condition are exerted based on the design and environment in which the transducer is used. The optimization mathematical model of Tonpilz transducer is built up. Design variables of the resonance frenquency of 30kHz are constrained, the members of the transducer are optimized By using genetic optimization process. Finally, the FEM analysis is performed according to the optimized parameters, the calculated results are compared and analyzed. It is shown that the maximum of radiated power is enhanced by one times after the optimization, and the bandwidth is kept in about 10kHz. The effect of the optimization is vertificated via the FEM method, the performance of the transducer is better after the optimization.
