This paper analyzes the prospect and the associated impact on power grid of large-scale applications of electric vehicles, and the countermeasures to reduce such kind of impact. Electric public bus, electric mini-car and electric passenger car have good prospects, so that they will became a great charging load. It also will produce a variety of disadvantage effects to the distribution network under the natural charging mode. These effects can be reduced by rebuild and expansion of the distribution network, governance of technology and orderly utilization. Orderly utilization can improve acceptance ability of power grid greatly without adding new facilities, so it should be a prior method in use.

The HBV model, which is widely used in melt snow region in Europe, has adopted the principle of water balance. It has the advantages of simple parameter, less calibrating time, and good stimulate effect. In order to work out a flood forecast in the partial-regional rain-storm problem, the article ushered in HBV model and combined the improvement of carrying on the model with GIS, adding more factors like slope-runoff, and choose about 500 square kilometer drainage basin of south for application study. The consequence proves that the improved HBV model can be applied to partial rain-storm flood forecast in small drainage basin.

In the ballistic missile defence system, multifunction radars search enemy targets with the support of space-based satellites. This paper proposes a novel optimal searching scheduling algorithm. Its flows can be described as follows. Immediately detecting the enemy targets, radar samples position and speed in the area where the target may be fall in. Furthermore, by projecting those samples set onto the radar sinusoidal panel and referring to its probability distribution can we determine radar beam irradiation orientation. The detection results can be utilized to update prior probability about samples. The above process can be treated as just one recursive step in the whole algorithm flow. Not only the previous problem that it is difficult to gain analytic computation about projection of target error sphere onto sinusoidal panel but also how dynamic matching between the projection area and high speed is realized is answered convincingly. The simulation shows the new algorithm is effective in term of improving the searching ability about radar.

This study attempts to investigate the perception of the adult learners who study in recurrent education through adoption of e-learning mode. The participants of this study were 47 elementary and junior high school teachers. Now, they had the opportunities to return to school for learning knowledge. The approach of our study focus not only on analyzing their attitude of experience the way of learning with technology but also on how technology help the recurrent education learners or the digital immigrant learners to overcome the learning problems they had met. The results yielded from this study showed a quite positive feedback according to the empirical data, the so called digital immigrants could get used to the newly digital learning technology well and get benefit from it. Moreover, it is anticipated that the feedback from the learners could be able to make some useful suggestions to our government on how to take advantage of using information technology for diverse adult learners in recurrent education.

Scientific documents, research instruments, researchers' competence and cooperation among researchers are fundamental resources of scientific research. Research teams usually construct a platform or website to manage and deliver their scientific resources, yet almost the platforms serve as the information propagation portals with simple documents management and communication functionalities. Based upon semantic wiki, a combination of wiki and Semantic Web technology, this paper designs and constructs a sustainable teamwork platform aiming to effectively support researchers to capture, publish, share and manage explicit knowledge resources, to aid efficient scholarly communication and the development of communities of knowledge, and to link novice with experienced researchers for better team building.

The paper use wireless communication module nRF905 which have high radio frequency and low power consumption and built the wireless sensor network based on Client/Server. The embedded web server bases on microprocessor S3C2440 and Linux operation system, the more functions are developed, including remote monitor, remote control greenhouse device and voice prompt. The system is stable, and facilitated for maintenance and development, and suitable for data acquisition and device control in different kinds of agricultural sites.

Urban eco-environmental water requirements (UEEWR) is a new integrating concept, involving multi-disciplinary content. Based on the present researches on UEEWR, this paper describes the efficient methods of calculation on UEEWR and takes the UEEWR calculation in Ningbo as an instance. In the paper, he author points out that a city's eco-environmental water requirements should include two parts: vegetation water requirement and river and lake water requirements. Though applying the calculation method and referring to related materials, including Landsat Image Map of Ningbo, History and Geography Book of Ningbo and Statistical Yearbook of Ningbo, etc, the author figures out that the annual UEEWR of Ningbo is 8 369.98× 104m3.

Based on the analysis theory and technology of English learning and mobile learning, this paper designs and develops an English mobile learning platform, this platform uses J2EE structure and the factory mode, considering the characteristics of the user and mobile terminal equipments fully. So, the system has a friendly interface, strong interactivity, easy use, cross-browser, timely resources and good scalability. At last, this system provides the learners a good learning platform.

Because the poor photography conditions and the far distance to target ship, the target information and features which could be extracted from the infrared and visible images were so weak that the conventional image registration methods were difficult to take effect on the registration for distant ship infrared and visible image. To solve the problem, this paper presents a sensors' parameters based infrared and visible image registration method. Firstly, the infrared and visible images are registered in spatial resolution on the basis of sensors' parameters. Secondly, a rough shift registration is performed by taking the ship target's contour centre point in infrared and visible image as the matching points. Lastly, on the basis of rough registration, an accurate shift registration is performed by using the maximization of mutual information (MMI) technique. The experimental results proved that the proposed method is feasible and effective. It can be used in the actual registration for distant ship infrared and visible image.
