A discrete sliding mode control scheme based on state observer is designed for DC torque motor. Aim on the problem of control chattering and steady-state chattering caused by discrete sliding mode control method, adaptive reaching law is proposed Non-chattering and stability are made an analysis. The aerial camera is chosen as an experimental platform and the discrete sliding mode controller with adaptive reaching law is applied to the drawtube system, the value of acceleration can be observed on line. The experiment results show the control scheme can effectively eliminate chattering and also make the drawtube system achieve better dynamical performance.

The paper proposes a new vehicle crash-avoiding method using the fuzzy reasoning system and neural net work. The method used neural net work to calculate collision risk instead of fuzzy inference. A vehicle crash-avoiding adaptive network fuzzy interference system model is proposed. The hybrid learning algorithm is proposed to improve rapidity of convergence. For some linear parameters such as consequent parameters, recursive least square algorithm is used to update it. For other nonlinear parameters such as premise parameters, steepest descent method are used to identity it. By comparing the simulation result and experiment data, it shows that the membership function and fuzzy rules for fuzzy control model is optimized effectively by using adaptive network fuzzy inference system. It has a good and self-adaptive performance for vehicle auto-control under the dangerous condition.

The concept of digital natives implies the theoretical presupposition on the smarter learner of the digital age. They believe that, there are some distinctions between digital natives and digital immigrants. For instance: the stronger learning ability, more talent to master new technique, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and so on. For these new learners, the educational change is to be effected. on the contrary, Through questionnaire survey and interview, the scholars consider the cognitive difference between digital natives and digital immigrants come into being mainly from the age differences rather than the application of IT. By analyzing the existing research literature, the show that there are three reasons: first, the different research background between the two sides; second, for lack of quantification study and realistic data, the parties are unable to persuade each other; third, for lack of future research to the teaching scene, issues essence can not be clarified. Moreover, there are some errors in the understanding of digital natives. The age should not be the sole criterion for digital natives. Digital natives not only live in computer network environment, but also have good skills in computer and network so that they are related closely with information degree of its environment.

This paper, aiming at enterprise integration between virtual enterprises, presents a concept of web service-based virtual enterprise (WSVE) and integrated framework and model for WSVE. This paper proposes a modeling structure for WSVE, including target view, organization view, function view, resource view and process view, and for process view which integrates all other views, presents a value timed Petri nets model and makes analysis on it. Using web service as integrated technology may shorten the time for identifying and building virtual enterprise, enables the enterprise to find appropriate partners among potential ones in large number, increase self-government of the partners and reduce coupling degree in integration of virtual enterprise.

Restaurant food waste has been changed from solid waste into resources. As the existing disposal of restaurant food waste are lack of uniform quality standards, food waste collected from the restaurants which mixing with impurity such as paper and plastic may cause food waste handling companies cannot run continuously and equipment failures, holding back the food kitchen waste resource utilization industry's sustainable development. This situation could be changed from following aspects, such as policy, management, economics, and the development of source classification of food waste treatment standards. Different productions for recycling food waste requires different quality of food waste, the corresponding processing cost is also different. Recycling food waste can be divided into three grades according to their quality, different grades of food waste recycling for different recycling prices. And the classification also helps improves the quality of food waste.

Three virtual inductance implementation methods are reviewed. Based on the features of the novel concept distributed FACTS, the Direct Reactance Synthesis method is chosen and analyzed in detail, especially for the negative inductance case. The impedance characteristics of virtual negative inductance is shown and discussed. The power flow controllability is verified by simulation.

Due to the complexity of its syntax and unfriendly programming environment of the traditional computer language, teaching the students in the elementary school to learn computer programming is impossible. On the contrary, a visualized programming environment such as MIT Scratch will be suitable for the young students to learn. Nevertheless, there is little research to study the suitability of the visualized programming environment. As a result, this study adopts MIT Scratch as a learning tool and conducts an experiment to investigate the flow and self-efficacy of programming of sixth grade students (n=121). Furthermore, the peer coaching strategy is integrated into this study to survey its effectiveness.

With the proceeding of the statistics of building energy consumption, there has been vast amounts of data on it. So a Energy Database System in buildings to processing these data is very useful. The Energy Database System in buildings is developed in this dissertation, using Access as database, Delphi6.0 as develop tool. The base information of the statistics of building energy consumption can be inputs queried and mended. Meanwhile, the work of building energy consumption statistics can be done though this database system. The database system can be extended.

Existing drought evaluation method which people easy to appear the interference of artificial weights, this paper puts forward projection pursuit model for evaluating drought based on logistic curve and selects the drought evaluation index as projection parameters to seek its best projection direction. Taking Qiqihar area as research objects, the departure ratio of rain-fall, dry index and Z index were selected to establish drought assessment model based on above methods. The results showed that the model could avoid the interference of artificial weights. This method is feasible to evaluate the drought.
