Design and Application of Solar Water Heater Intelligent Control System 太阳能热水器智能控制系统的设计与应用

Solar water heater intelligent control system is made up of four modules which are data acquisition module, single-chip control module, the implementation and regulation module and human- machine interaction module. The problems of automatic detection and control can be solved based on the hardware and software design. And the research and innovation on the detection and intelligent control can help the existing products to enhance their functions, to reduce costs and improve performance price ratio.

Cadmium Removal by Pseudomonas aeruginosa E1 铜绿假单胞菌E1对镉的去除

Adsorption of heavy metals ion by microorganisms is emergying technology to treat wastewater. In this study, the cadmium-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa E1 was investigated in absorption of cadmium ion from solution. The effects of polluted solution intial pH, biosorption time, and cadmium ion concentration and biosorbent amount on biosorption efficiency were investigated. The cadmium removal percent was used to reflect the efficiency of biosorption. From the views of production and application, the biosorption conditions were discussed. Moreover, the absorbent after absorption was analysized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The result suggested that the biosorption of cadmium involves C=O, C-O, O-H, C-N, N-H groups and phosphate functional groups.

The Ratio of Fuel and Air under Natural Ventilation Obtained through the Same Opening 同一开孔自然通风下的燃料与空气之比

It is very difficult to calculate the inlet air volume and the outlet smoke volume under natural ventilation in a very low flow speed through the same opening. The way that the smoke yields and transportation is analyzed on the basis of the burning state reflected by the parameter ¿ in the compartment of fire origin is easy to extend to the real building without the certain limitation of the building structure such as the opening height and the geometry prototype. The ratio ¿ is obtained through temperature measuring in this paper with the continuous adjustment of the neutral plane by iteration.

Form and Applicability of a New Urban Sewage Source Heat Pump System with Freezing Latent Heat Collection 一种新型城市污水源热泵冷冻潜热收集系统的形式及适用性

Temperature of urban sewage is suitable, but its flux is insufficient as cooling and heating source. So in many cases the conventional sewage source heat pump system is unable to satisfy the building heat peak load. According to this condition, a novel mentality is proposed about which the freezing latent heat of urban sewage is used as the low temperature heat source of heat pump in the building as well as sensible heat. Then the important equipment is developed, freezing latent heat exchanger namely, which can eliminate the ice safely, extract the heat continuously, remove the sewage soft-dirt, and strengthen heat transfer. According to the sewage characteristics, reasonable form of the urban sewage source heat pump with freezing latent heat collection is discussed and established. The results of analysis show that the new system has broad feasibility and giant application potential.

Modeling of Low NOx Combustion of Coal Gas with High Temperature Air from a Multi-jet Burner 多喷嘴燃烧器高温空气中低NOx煤气燃烧模拟

Numerical simulation was carried out on the High Temperature Air Combustion of coal gas in an industrial furnace with a multi-jet burner. The furnace was a rectangular chamber of 800mm×800mm× 1400mm. A circular fuel jet of a diameter of 10mm is at the center of the wall. 5 circular air jets equably distributed around the fuel jet with different straddle angles. A PDF (Probability Density Function) combustion model based on a b function was selected to simulate the gas combustion combined with the standard k-e model. The radiation was simulated by a Discrete Ordinates method. The NOx emission was simulated by thermal NOx model. The effect of the distance between the fuel and air jets on the combustion characteristics was discussed in this paper. The results showed that there was the recirculation zone in the furnace due to the interaction of the jets. The recirculation of the flue-gas changed the local distribution of the fuel and oxygen in the furnace and then influenced the local NOx generation. When the distance between the air and fuel jets increased, the mixing of the fuel and air could be effectively delayed and an obvious recirculation zone appeared between the air jets and fuel jet that reduced the local oxygen concentration. More fuel would be burnt in the low oxygen region and combustion zone and the flame volume were both increased which made the temperature distribution became more equable and local high temperature was suppressed. When the dimensionless distance between the air and fuel jets was 2.5, a minimum NOx emission of 45 ppm was achieved at 15% O2

Effect of Mineral Matter on the Reactivity of the Char from Agricultural Waste 矿物对农业废弃物炭反应性的影响

Agricultural waste disposal is becoming a problem due to its increasing production and potential pollution. As a kind of biomass, agricultural waste can be used as a sustainable and renewable source of energy. Agricultural waste disposal is of great economic and environmental importance. In the paper, the effect of the mineral matters in agriculture waste on the reactivity of its char was investigated. The oxidation behavior of the resultant char depends strongly on the agriculture waste type. The oxidation behavior of AW 1 and AW 2 char differs greatly from each other because of the difference in their mineral matters. The pretreatment with dilute acid solution in the sequence of HCl and HF acid can remove nearly all the inorganic constituents from the agriculture waste. The mineral removal results in a decrease in the reactivity of the resultant char.

Experiment Study on Kaidi Cyclic Active Sludge Sequence System Reactor to Nitrogen and Phosphorus Removal 开地循环活性污泥序列系统反应器除氮除磷试验研究

The principle and treatment process of Kaidi Cyclic Active Sludge Sequence System (KDCAS) reactor were introduced; the effects of nitrogen and phosphorus removal of the reactor with different water loads were analyzed. The results indicated that with their own structural characteristics, KDCAS reactor could gain a expected results of nitrogen and phosphorus removal completely, as long as process matrix was set up properly and sludge age maintained in an appropriate range. The specific appropriate technology matrix can be optimized continually in the future productive study. Compared with UNITANK, KDCAS has the obvious advantages in nitrogen and phosphorus removal.

This paper discussed strategy of shunt active filter compensation, and combined the choice of compensation strategy of active filter with the compensation ability of devices, and discussed superiority and inferiority of the compensation strategy in two situations, one is that the compensation capacity can meet the needs of compensation, and the other is that the compensation capacity is less than the compensation. And this paper suggested that using genetic algorithm in the active filter compensation strategy to optimize the distribution of the compensation capacity of each harmonic, and through the simulation, verified that the method can insure that the filtering effect achieve optimal results in a limited compensation capacity.
大容量有源滤波器存在成本高、功率损耗大、电磁干扰强等问题,实际使用的器件补偿能力有限,如何选择合适的策略实现最优补偿在器件实际使用过程中起着重要的作用。本文讨论了并联有源滤波器的补偿策略,并将有源滤波器补偿策略的选择与设备的补偿能力相结合,讨论了补偿容量能满足补偿需要和补偿容量小于补偿能力两种情况下补偿策略的优劣。并提出在有源滤波器补偿策略中采用遗传算法对各谐波补偿容量的分布进行优化,并通过仿真验证了该方法能够在有限的补偿容量下保证滤波效果达到最优。

Ventilating System Optimization Study on Roots Blower Workshop 罗茨鼓风机车间通风系统优化研究

The method of ventilating system optimization for Roots Blower workshop has been studied according to the problem of bad ventilating effect with the transmitted medium of carbon monoxide in a chemical factory based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD). An optimized ventilating system has been designed and carried out as follows: the ventilating system is effective with the cooling air flowing in through input underside in the behind wall with air in the workshop exhausted out through the outputs on the opposite side of the roof, which has been proved to be good ventilating effect with the simulation and practical application.
针对某化工厂罗茨鼓风机车间以一氧化碳为输送介质通风效果不佳的问题,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对罗茨鼓风机车间通风系统优化方法进行了研究。设计并实施了一种优化的通风系统:该通风系统是冷却空气从后墙的下侧输入进入,车间的空气从屋顶对面的输出排出的有效通风系统,通过仿真和实际应用证明,该通风系统具有良好的通风效果。
