The concept of control strategy for heating furnace using regenerative burners 蓄热式燃烧器加热炉控制策略的概念

High temperature air combustion (HiTAC) is a promising combustion technology with the advantage of energy conservation and pollutant reduction. The main objective of the present research focuses on the control strategy of regenerative furnaces. The control strategy was based on a model where alternatively operation of burners is considered. According to the concept of HiTAC, air-to-fuel ratio and the switching time were settled as the key parameters in the control system. The basic concept of operating sequences of changeover valves was provided. It was shown that this method can be applied for the design of regenerative furnace control system.

Systematic perspective on extending hot-forging die lifetime 延长热锻模寿命的系统观点

Improving the quality and extending the service life of hot-forging dies were a great system engineering. There were many Influencing factors. In order to find the very measure of extending hot-forging service life one must systematically research on the working conditions, failure features and reasons from the theory and practice, mastered the relations of die materials among component, microstructure and properties, analyzed the whole process of dies in designing, manufacturing and using.

Design and thermal analysis of automobile ECU radiator 汽车ECU散热器设计与热分析

The dynamic performance and heat dissipation performance of automobile ECU radiator directly decides the working stability to each part of the ECU. In the paper the FE model is set up based on the structure. The steady temperature field and liquid-solid coupling temperature field is analyzed on the basis of ANSYS program of FEM. Tiptop temperature relatively error is 1.4%. Many projects are compared based on heat dissipation performance of ECU radiator. The temperature distribution and heat gradient are calculated. Some conclusions are reached to improve the heat dissipation condition.

Design and Application of data real-time transmission system of GPS land survey device GPS土地测量仪数据实时传输系统的设计与应用

In order to ensure the high positioning precision of GPS land survey device and uploading the investigating data to data central real time, the paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of several wireless communication technique in common use. And a data transmission system used in GPS land survey device is designed and developed based on GPRS. The results of lots of tests and applications show the feasibility and reliability of the data transmission system.

Numerical analysis of flow characteristics for elbow of a oil pipelines paper title 输油管道弯头流动特性的数值分析

With Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software FLUENT, the flow characteristics of an elbow of the West-east oil pipelines was analyzed. The results of the velocity vector-graph and fluid pressure distribution of the elbow were also obtained. The distribution of fluid pressure on elbow wall was found. Furthermore, the secondary flow can be precisely predicted with the proposed procedures. The analysis results provide mechanics analysis foundation for improvement of strength design and processing technic of elbow.

The paper discussed the method of resonant frequency lock based on fuzzy logic control technique. Detailed illustration of fuzzy logic control to the resonant fatigue testing machines is presented. At last experiment result based on fuzzy logic control is compared to the conventional PID method.

A mesh simplification algorithm for keeping local features with mesh segmentation 一种保留局部特征和网格分割的网格简化算法

How to keep local features of the mesh and adaptive simplification becomes the research hotspot. This paper proposes a mesh segmentation algorithm and an adaptive mesh simplification algorithm, based on quadric error metric of Garland, that can keep the triangle grid local features effectively. The algorithm introduces vertex slope as the weighted value of the basic quadric error metric. Experimental results indicate that the algorithm, not only inherits higher speed and quality of the quadric error metric algorithm, but also overcomes the shortcoming of uniform grid.

Disease analysis and reninforcement methods discussion of several sorts of arch bridges 几种拱桥病害分析及加固方法探讨

There are many arch bridges in China, such as masonry arch bridges, two-way curved arch bridges and ribbed arch bridges. Many years later, these bridges appear diseases. This paper analysis the reasons of the diseases and proposes many methods to repair these arch bridges. The main diseases of masonry arch bridge are arch ring fracture, sidewall ballooning destruction and concrete decency. The main diseases of two-way curved arch bridges are pier or abutment displacement, arch rib strength deficiency, cross direction connection deficiency and poor drainage of packing. The main diseases of ribbed arch bridges are transverse crack of deck, longitudinal beam crack. This paper proposes many methods to repair these bridges, such as grouting method sealing crack, bending carbon cloth, bending steel plate and adjusting dead load of arch ring. At last, by analyzing profoundly disease reasons of masonry arch bridge, two-way arch bridge and rib arch bridge which are used widely in bridge engineering and providing maintenance and reinforcement measures accordingly and providing reference for reinforcing bridges.

2D numerical simulation of hydraulic characteristics around a fixed-cone valve 固定锥阀周围水力特性的二维数值模拟

In this paper, a numerical two-phase flow model combining with the Realizable k-ɛ turbulent model for compressible viscous fluid is presented for the simulation the flow around a fixed-cone valve; and the equations are solved with the finite volume method. The free fluid surface is simulated by the VOF method. The function of the fixed-cone valve for energy dissipating is pointed out by analyzing the computed pressure field, velocity field and streamlines distribution. Compared with the experimental data, the simulating results show that the proposed model is reliable and can be applied to the numerical simulation of turbulence flow around a fixed-cone valve.

Electroless Ni-W-P/Ni-B duplex coatings on AZ91D magnesium alloy AZ91D镁合金化学镀Ni-W-P/Ni-B双相涂层

The Ni-W-P/Ni-B duplex coatings were deposited on AZ91D magnesium alloy by electroless plating and evaluating their structure, morphology and corrosion resistance. The duplex coatings were deposited in dual baths (alkaline hypophosphite-and borohydride-reduced electroless nickel baths). The coatings were amorphous in as-plated condition. Upon heat-treatment, they were crystallized and produced nickel borides. Thus, the Ni-W-P/Ni-B duplex coatings with good corrosion resistance properties were obtained in protecting AZ91D magnesium alloy and expanding their scope of applications.
