A novel structural optimization technique via uniform design method 一种基于均匀设计方法的结构优化新技术

The uniform design method was adopted and developed to take structural optimization. A novel algorithm based on number theory, named residual table, was established to decide the optimal direction in process of optimization. The maximum of function was studied to verify its feasibility. The computed results with the developed method show the optimization solution is independent on initial iteration point and is the best solution within the whole variable range. The constructed method was applied to optimize the stiffness of a continue beam with varied height. Compared with the solution via complex variable differential method, the established method here gives more accurate result. All these show that the developed method is efficient to tackle structural optimization.

The reserch on meshing pair profile of single-screw compressor 单螺杆压缩机啮合副廓形研究

The meshed mechanics is the key components of screw-compressor. Main problem of meshed mechanics design is tooth face shape of gate rotors and screw. In this paper meshed principium and dispersed arithmetic are combined in finding tooth face shape of gate rotors and screw. By means of dispersed arithmetic based on C++Builder5.0, the tooth face of certain type of screw compressor is analyzed. Compare with practice shape of screw and gate rotors the results are satisfied.

Research on quantitative analysis method of steel dimples based on wavelet transform 基于小波变换的钢韧窝定量分析方法研究

In order to explore the relation between steel's dimple size and mechanical properties,it is necessary to measure and classify the dimple size accurately. An improved dimple image quantitative analysis method based on combination of wavelet transform and mathematics morphology was proposed in this paper. It measured and analyzed the dimples by means of edge detection based on combination of B-spline wavelet transform and mathematics morphology, water-growing segmentation and measurement method etc. Application results showed that it had a good processing effect to solve the defects such as dimple edge fuzzy, dimple edge deletion and dimple holes etc, and its quantitative analysis was accurate, effective and convenient.

Kinematic analysis of a shotcreting robot 喷淋机器人的运动学分析

The shotcreting robot has 8 joints including 3 joints coupled with others on the shotcreting robot. This paper set up the Denavit-Hartenberg Frames and deduced the kinematic equations with extra three constrain equations to decouple the linked motions. The unique analytical solution of the inverse kinematic equations was educed, which provided foundation for further research on trajectory plan, dynamics analysis and control strategies.

The telescopic devices of road bridge are the most vulnerable to damage and hardest to repair the site in the bridge structure. Once damages are coming out, it will not only result in driving discomfort,but also damage the main structure of the bridge and affect the normal use of the bridge. Thus,it is causing a certain degree of economic losses and social impacts. This paper describes the various span of the telescopic devices to adapt to the different structure and characteristics,and the basic requirements for design and construction of bridge telescopic devices. Briefly,it introduced the method of calculation of bridge telescopic devices and the principle of selection. Emphatically, it describes the module-type bridge telescopic devices construction technology. This engaged in bridge design and construction for the work of technical officers.

Numerical simulation research on Drawing formability of Laser Micro Composite Texture Die based on tribology 基于摩擦学的激光微复合织构模拉深成形性数值模拟研究

This paper introduces Laser Micro Composite Texture on the surface of the Drawing Die, which is a new technology to effectively control the friction characteristics of different region. Geometry shape of the cylinder-shaped Drawing Die model has been established by the ABAQUS software. The effect of the flange and bottom materials flowing was analyzed in the sheet forming, and the sheet fracture and wrinkle under the regional friction was studied at the risk regions. Finally, the regional friction coefficient was optimized based on the results of simulation analysis and combined with the uniform design method, and the best regional friction characteristics of the Drawing Die has been got, compared to Original of sheet, thickness uniformity has been greatly improved, and the thickness of the thinnest piece of the sheet has also increased, which would enhance the performance of sheet tensile crack, Maximum tangential compressive stress at the same time is also greatly reduced,which relatively also increased the anti-wrinkle properties of sheet. The results have some certain reference value to the experimental study and the actual manufacturing of rotation symmetrical drawing sheet.

Applications of three-dimensional CAD in design of twin rollers sheet feeder 三维CAD在双辊给纸机设计中的应用

The method of realizing three-dimensional models' parameterized design in the three-dimensional CAD system was described. Its application in creating parts, assemblages, animations and finite element analysis were illustrated by applying Solidworks software in twin rollers sheet feeder. Three dimensional modeling and the assembly of all parts were completed based on parameter computation, which realized the evaluation and optimization of products in the design stage.

Data preprocessing based on wavelet and its application in settlement monitoring for urban subway 基于小波的数据预处理及其在城市地铁沉降监测中的应用

Urban subway is an important underground transportation facility, settlement monitoring and settlement analysis as well as settlement prediction are usually carried out in the construction process. In order to obtain a better settlement analysis and effect on predictions, the reliability of monitoring data should be first tested and analyzed. For the problem of data preprocessing in settlement monitoring, according to the basic principles of wavelet, detection method of settlement anomaly is studied and wavelet denoising is further researched. Combining with the settlement monitoring data in Nanjing subway, db3 wavelet is applied to three-layer wavelet decomposition based on sequence of the original settlement, through the module maximum value of high-frequency part, the settlement anomaly is analyzed and judged, and further the noise of high-frequency part is reduct,the new signal is reconstruct, the new sequence of settlement for settlement analysis and prediction is obtained. The method this paper researched is a pre-testing method of data reliability testing,and also has some reference value in other measured data preprocessing.

Design of electromagnetic acoustic transducer for wheel flaw detection 车轮探伤用电磁声换能器的设计

An electromagnetic acoustic transducer (EMAT) can emit and receive ultrasonic waves though electromagnetic coupling. The non-contact characteristic of EMAT makes no coupling medium, so it is specially concerned by researchers on nondestructive testing and evaluation. This paper mainly introduce the design of electrical parameters and geometric parameters of electromagnetic acoustic surface wave detection system, which is special for the moving-wheels flaw detection, and the principle of moving-wheels flaw detection, it can be used as the key part of the automatic flaw detection system of the moving-wheels.

The non-contact characteristic of EMAT makes no coupling medium, so it is specially concerned by researchers on nondestructive testing and evaluation. Simulation of dynamic performance influencing factors of vehicle wheel bridge load simulation system 车辆轮桥荷载仿真系统动态性能影响因素的仿真

The power bond graph model of whole system has been established after theoretical analysis on the object of vehicle loading system with secondary regulation. And also the behavior of whole system has been researched with the affect of parameter damping, inertia ect. and interference of hydraulic and mechanical coupling. Through simulation, the influence pattern of the whole system with different value of these parameters has been obtained, which gives reliable theory basis to the further improve and enhance on the vehicle wheel bridge load system with secondary regulation.
对二次调节车辆装载系统的目标进行了理论分析,建立了整个系统的功率键合图模型。研究了阻尼、惯性等参数对整个系统性能的影响。液压和机械联轴器的干扰。通过仿真,得到了这些参数在不同取值下对整个系统的影响规律,为进一步改进和加强二次调节车辆轮桥荷载系统提供了可靠的理论依据。
