in order to obtain rheological properties such as the mechanical property, stress relaxation and creep in the Compression Process of Herbage Materials, based on the compression test platform of herbage materials, the virtual instrument system is constructed by using software Labview and NI data acquisition card. This system can collect compressive force, compressive force of test platform wall and deformation of herbage materials and so on during compression process, and can process all data in real time. Taking alfalfa as experimental materiel, stress relation experiments are conducted on baling test platform in five different sections, which has posted that stress relaxation curves of compressed alfalfa piece have same character in different sections, i.e. the stress sharply reduce in the initial period and change slowly in the later period. Meanwhile, the initial stress is more and the stress after relaxing is more. The viewpoint of choosing compression frequency by stress relaxation ratio is educed, and it suggests that compression frequency of baler shouldn't be too high. Compression frequency can be chosen lower if initial density is bigger. Therefore the aims of reducing energy consumption, ensuring productivity and stable product quality can be achieved.

On the basis of the surface grinding-hardening test, the microstructures and property of the grinding-hardened layer depth of 40Cr steel were studied. The results show that under the coupling actions of the thermal and mechanics during the grinding hardening process, there are no remarkable effects of the grinding conditions upon the microstructure and microhardness value in high-hardness area of the hardened layer, and the completely hardening zone whose microhardness is between 630HV0.5 and 680HV0.5 is of lathe martensites and a few twinborn martensites. As the depth of cut increasing, or table speed decreasing, and the grinding wheel with fine grain size and high hardness is adopted at the some time, the depth of hardened layer and the maximal compressive residual stress and its influencing depth of hardened layer would increased, thus longer service life of grinding-hardening parts can be obtained.

In the future urban transport system development strategy, it must be the emphasis to construct a multi-system interactive urban comprehensive public transport system with a certain service level. As an important integral part of this system, Para-transit, especially Mobility Allowance Shuttle Transit service (MAST for short) has important theoretical significance and application significance. In this paper, we developed a multi-vehicle system for MAST and a heuristic insertion algorithm, based on the research and analysis on the single-vehicle system.

Prestressing design is more and more widely used in bridge structures, in which one of the very important issues is how to determine the prestressing loss. In comparison with the straight prestressed tendons, the friction loss between curved tendons and ducts accounts for a large proportion of all losses. The friction loss of varied curved configurations is tested and studied in this paper. The principle and procedure is introduced and the experimental results are analyzed. The loss value of tendons under each load level is obtained. Based on least square principle, the curvature friction coefficient and wobble friction coefficient are worked out according to the test data. The measured results are compared with theoretical values recommended in some Chinese and foreign codes. The conclusions would serve as a reference for similar engineering structures.

This article describes the design and construction of a refitted hydraulic press used for water hyacinth dewatering. The performance under different pressures of the press was investigated. The press system mainly composed five parts: support frame, round press plates, cylindrical sieve vessel, collection bucket and hydraulic power system. When the pressure increased from 10 MPa to 35 MPa, the residues water content decreased from 87.6% to 81.3% and the fresh water hyacinth volume reductions rate rose from 35% to 77%, and the average WHPJ production was 0.32 kg per kg fresh water hyacinth. The physicochemical characteristics of WHPJ such as pH, EC, SS, COD, TN and TP all varied with the pressure increasing. When the pressure increased from 10 MPa to 20 MPa the content growth rate of per parameter was small, but the pressure continue to increase the content of all parameters are rapidly rising, pH and EC excepted, the WHPJ characteristics can be adjusted by different pressures. According to the experimental results, it may be inferred that this press was shown to be suitable for water hyacinth dewatering of having evident waste reduction and efficient of juice production.

In this paper, based on the literature review and research to the large numbers of available data, the status in quo about the urban wastewater treatment technology in china was summarized and analyzed from the points of view of sustainable development for environment, technique and economy. According to the principles of the screening of sustainable development, an sustainable development system model of urban wastewater treatment was presented in this paper, some sustainable treatment strategies was discussed in four stages- source control, wastewater transportation system, wastewater treatment and reclaimed wastewater reused. Finally, an index system for the assessment of sustainability for urban drainage system is built up and a fuzzy synthetical assessment model was built as the assessment method.

To investigate the influence factors of the soil dynamic characteristics under traffic load, a series of undrained dynamic triaxial tests are conducted, at different cyclic stress level, cycle number and confining pressure. The research shows that while being subjected to dynamic loading, such as traffic load, the soil's stiffness softening is occurring more or less when the cycle number is increasing. There are three experimental types of saturated soft clay under dynamic loading with different cycle stress level, such as stable type, destructive type and critical type. The critical type of stress is called critical dynamic stress. There is little difference on numerical value between two critical dynamic stresses which identified by strain and pore pressure respectively. Meanwhile, it shows that dynamic shear modulus falls as dynamic strain increases, and the relationship between dynamic shear modulus and cycle number is influenced by cycle number. So when we design the foundation, dynamic shear modulus should be decided according to dynamic strain and cyclic number. Damping ratio increases as long as dynamic strain increases. The confining pressure has little influence on the relationship between dynamic shear modulus and cycle number.

This paper presents an approach to integrate structural and control parameters optimization for an active vibration isolation system based on the elitist strategy genetic algorithm. This method, which takes the total weighted root mean square of the acceleration of isolation platform, the dynamic deflection of isolation system and the dynamic displacement of the base as optimization performance indicators, combines mechanical structure design and LQG controller design for integrated optimization of active vibration isolation system. The theoretical analysis and simulation results demonstrate that the method can effectively improve the isolation effect of active vibration isolation system.

Considering the strong non-linearity and large time delay of purification in zinc hydrometallurgy in purification process, a prediction model of cobalt concentration combining neural network (NN) and grey model (GM) are proposed. In the key part II of the purification, because of the harmful impurities cobalt ion concentration can not be on-line measured, and the testing results is two hours later before the production situation, it is mainly through the production of excessive addition of antimony salts and zinc to remove cobalt ions. Under the premise of deeply analysis of the process II of product and purification technique and the relevant factors, a control method was brought forward in this article, which adopts the same dimension grey prediction method to forecast cobalt ion concentration, and then uses a neural network technique to compensate the error of grey forecast. In the end of the article, two simulated experiments of the neural network grey model (NN-GM) and the least square support vector machine (LS-SVM) were compared. The results of the simulation and production practice has proved that the NN-GM model can be so better to predict the cobalt ion concentration values, that played guiding role for the operation process in optimize the antimony salt and zinc addition.
