The aim of the present study is to clarify the thermal performance of the radiant cooling system with Water Flow on Roof, which employs the evaporative cooling effect on the roof surface. In this paper, the thermal performance of this system is discussed from a point of view of the coefficient of performance, using a test house. Measurement results reveal that the indoor globe temperature of the test room is kept below 28 °C on summer days when the maximum outside temperature exceeds 30 °C. The COP varied from 0.9 to 5, in the experiment periods.

As the demand of traffic is increase, Smooth traffic stream has become chaos, even crowded in a certain extent, it affect the traffic safety of Beijing and the operation efficiency of the road in great degrees. SCOOT system is a real-time Adaptive Traffic Control System, It constantly collecting traffic data of the controlled road-network, According to the changing traffic demands, it will optimize and adjust all the related junctions in the whole road-network and the signal time configuration of the crosswalk frequent and in small extent, and control the signals of the junctions, modulate the travel of the traffic, strive for give the green signals when a large number of vehicles arrived at the junction, thereby reducing the total traffic delay of the whole controlled area, increase the traffic capability of road-network. The application of SCOOT system in central of Beijing shows that it is a suit of real-time Adaptive Intelligent Traffic Control System, which actualized very well.

Aimed at the limitation that current statistical process control method are effective to only one fixed extend shift, a kind of robust control chart is proposed and the average product length calculating method of control chart is also discussed in this paper. Then, an optimal design scheme of the robust control chart is discussed. Comparisons of average product length of the robust optimal design with those of different charts show that the method proposed in our paper is effective to shifts of different sizes.

According to the actual characteristics of the customer requirements information in mass customization design, the requirements information processing model is established based on fuzzy set, rough set and Support vector machine theory of effective. Firstly, the discrete numerical processing of semantic attributes, fuzzy-based information and continuous values in customer demands are carried out with fuzzy set theory. Then the rough set theory is used to reduce attribute and extract rule for a large number of redundant information. Finally, the use of support vector machine theory, reduction properties of the requirements and functional characteristics of products are carried out regression analysis. Acustomization design case of engineering machinery equipment is developed to illustrate that the model can effectively handle the semantic, fuzzy-based and requirements information extraction and function quality mapping of redundancy information in customer requirements.

In experimental research, we first measure the exact thickness of the solidified carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) with the three-coordinate measuring machine, then use Shimadzu testing machine to measure elastic modulus and shear modulus of the adhesive; We do static test on H-shaped steel girder reinforced by CFRP which has different thickness, and paste strain foil on the surface of CFRP to record the change of strain and place the displacement meter in the middle of the span to observe the deformation. Making use of the performance parameters of composite materials, we use finite element method for H-shaped steel girder reinforced by CFRP to make simulation analysis, put forward truss element simulation of bonding layer, “Shell element-Truss-Entity”of CFRP reinforced H-shaped steel girder simulation of composite component model to simulate experiments, and obtain load-deflection curve, ultimate strength and deformation of reinforced composite component. The test results agree well with numerical simulation results and the comparison of the results shows that the proposed modeling approach and the experimental program is feasible, so they will provide reference for CFRP reinforcement in steel structure in the future.

The article briefly analyzes the vibration mechanism of the gear fault and kinds of typical signal characteristics of the gears, and introduces successive fuzzy reasoning into the fault diagnosis of the gears. For the selection of characteristic parameters, we used the discrimination index DI to evaluate the identification ability of the characteristic parameters, and select the characteristic parameters of the largest value of DI. According to possibility theory and statistics and probability theory, we replace the original feature parameters into feature parameters of known distributional, and then equate the membership function used in fuzzy reasoning. Finally, the given diagnosis instance indicates that it is effective and feasible to use the method of successive fuzzy reasoning in the fault diagnosis of gears.

According to the characteristics of product scheme design, the single level vector representation method has been revised and scheme design method based on multilevel vector representation is proposed. The method automatically eliminates the incompatible schemes by utilizing known experience and knowledge, which reduces the number of combinatorial schemes. The problem of “scheme explosion” existed in morphologic matrix is solved effectively and the method is applied in conceptual design for magazine of naval gun.

The characteristics of the solar energy and three conversion mode of solar energy including photovoltaic conversion, solar thermal conversion, and photochemical conversion are represented in this paper. On this basis, the materials used in solar cell, as well as the working principle of solar cells, the factors of low convert efficiency of solar cells and the two major bottlenecks encountered in the solar application are analyzed. The idea that spontaneous arrangement of compound organic molecules is achieved by changing the molecular arrangement structure of the organic thin-film solar is put forward. The new structure of liquid crystal layer come into being accordingly so that the electron donor and the receptor molecules of the mixture are separated, and the contacting area between them is enlarged. So the efficiency solar photovoltaic is improved. The research and development of this new technology can solve the technical problem of the low conversion efficiency of solar cell, and open up an effective way to improve the conversion efficiency of solar cells. At last,the prospect of solar photovoltaic technology, solar energy exploit technology and the development of industry is offered in the article.

A family of spherical parallel mechanisms which have fully decoupled motions is presented in this paper. The condition required for synthesizing the fully decoupled parallel mechanism is derived from the screw formulation of Jacobian matrix. According to this condition, several novel decoupled spherical parallel mechanisms are obtained. The decoupled motions are validated by the simulation of the prototype of spherical parallel mechanism.

The paper presents a relative novel time-frequency analysis method which applies in the vibration Fault analysis of rotor systems through Hilbert spectral analysis (HSA), the part of the Hilbert-Huang transform. Using this method we analyze the vibration fault characteristics of the rotor system with rub-impact by compared with non-rubbing rotor system both in experiment and simulation. Firstly, a single-span-two-disc test rig of rotor system with rub-impact at fixed limiter is established, and corresponding simulation model is built by finite element method (FEM). Then, system experimental and simulation signals at non-rubbing and rubbing condition are obtained based on the experiment and the FE model simulation, moreover which are analyzed by using HSA along with shaft center orbit method. The results show that the proposed method is effective in the vibration Fault analysis of rotor systems. Some conclusions are achieved which will be useful in the detection of rub-impact fault of rotor systems.
