The meshing force simulation of Synchronous Gear Pump 同步齿轮泵啮合力仿真

Base on the comprehensive analysis of the structure and existing problems of gear pump, the paper provided the structure principle of synchronous gear pump. The discussions focus on the working principle, construction features and mesh-force simulation of the gear pump. The research indicates that the new pump has such advantages as lower noise, better distributed flow and a high work pressure. It can be widely used in hydraulic system.
在全面分析齿轮泵结构及存在问题的基础上,提出了同步齿轮泵的结构原理。重点讨论了齿轮泵的工作原理、结构特点和啮合力仿真。研究表明,该泵具有噪声低、流量分布好、工作压力大等优点。可广泛应用于液压系统中。

Nickel-based monolithic catalyst for tar cracking of biomass pyrolysis 生物质热解焦油裂解镍基整体式催化剂

To eliminate the tar coming from biomass pyrolysis, a kind of nickel-based monolithic catalyst is prepared in this study. The specific surface area, pore volume is characterized. The effect of different acid treatment time, different nickel loading quantity on its catalytic activity is investigated. The results show that the specific surface area is 156m2/g after acid treatment of 5h. The loading quantity of active component is linear with coating times. The influence of coating times on the gas composition is quite small, and the sum of the content of H2 and CO keeps as high as 90 vol %. After 6h catalytic reaction, the phase structure of catalyst hasn't any change, and the tar conversion decreased from 87.4 wt % to 81.3wt %. The quantity of the coking is tested to be about 1wt %.

Investigation and analysis of existing building use and maintenance 调查和分析现有建筑的使用和维护

Based on the mode of “general investigation, key measurement and comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility”, through ensus and key-point investigation of 1615 existing buildings of different phases, different structure type, different use function, full investigation and statistical classification and analysis of different building types were made from the aspect of function, structural safety, fire safety, energy conservation and other aspects of building use and maintenance. Finally, from technical and management view, proposed suggestions of existing building use and maintenance.
基于“一般调查、重点测量、可行性综合评价”的模式,通过对1615栋不同分期、不同结构类型、不同使用功能的既有建筑进行普查和重点调查,从建筑使用维护的功能、结构安全、消防安全、节能等方面对不同建筑类型进行充分的调查和统计分类分析。最后,从技术和管理的角度,对既有建筑的使用和维护提出了建议。

Effects of micro-arc oxidation on the corrosion behaviors of magnesium alloy Mg-8.0Al-1.0Zn-1.0La 微弧氧化对Mg-8.0Al-1.0Zn-1.0La镁合金腐蚀行为的影响

Magnesium alloys attract more and more attentions in the field of biomaterials because of their favorable biocompatibility and biodegradable properties. Presently, the bottleneck of application of magnesium alloys as biomaterials is that their corrosion speed is too rapid. The magnesium alloy will seriously erode before the tissue or organ recovers. Moreover, the excessive hydrogen gas that cannot be processed by human body will generate in the corrosion process. Therefore, improving the corrosion resistance is the key to successfully apply magnesium alloys in the field of biomaterials. In present, magnesium alloy Mg-8.0Al-1.0Zn-1.0La fabricated by authors in prior research was processed by micro-arc oxidation technology for improving the corrosion resistance. Results showed that the anodic polarization behavior transferred from the active dissolution to the self-passivation after micro-arc oxidation. The self corrosion current density decreased 3∼5 order of magnitude. The micro-arc oxidation film generated in-situ on the surface of Mg-8.0Al-1.0Zn-1.0La alloy constitutes of ceramic materials, such as MgO, MgSiO3, Mg2SiO4 and Al2O3. The ceramic film can protected the magnesium matrix from eroding.

The role of the ancient capital of Luoyang in the development of space form factors 古都洛阳在空间发展中的作用形成因素

China's ancient capitals formed unique urban space form system in the long historical development, the most representative among which, was metropolis space constrained strongly by orthodox etiquette thoughts. As the capital of thirteen dynasties, Luoyang is the most representative in metropolis space, as its evolution process reflects all the features from early to mid stage of China's ancient capital city space form. By analyzing the development during the important periods of Luoyang through researching literature materials, it can be concluded that with constantly improving of etiquette thoughts, its space form improved ceaselessly and eventually comes to the metropolis space form marked by Chinese monarchy rules characteristics. Thus it can be clearly understood the development and change rules of metropolis space form, which can provide important reference for research in China's ancient capitals space form in later period.

An optimization model of integrated forward/reverse logistics network for manufacturer of Joint operations under uncertain environment 不确定环境下制造商联合作战的正向/逆向集成物流网络优化模型

An optimization model of integrated forward/reverse logistics network for manufacturer of jiont operations is proposed under uncertain environment, the model can solve location selection of distribution center, recycling center and recycling processing center, and flow allocation between facilities. Then a steps for solving the model was given by transforming the model to certain model. Since such network design problems belong to a class of NP hard problems, a genetic algorithm is presented. Finally the validity of the model was demonstrated by a numerical example.

Measuring and calibrating flow rate of primary air for medium speed mills by numerical simulation 采用数值模拟方法对中速磨机一次风流量进行测量和标定

The numerical model is built for the primary air duct of the pulverizing system with medium speed mills, and the inner flow fields are simulated by employing the commercial code of FLUENT. The simulated results show that the lengths of the straight ducts before and behind the measuring element are too short to meet the requirement of the flow rate measurement of the primary air due to the compact design in many domestic power plants. The actual flow at the cross section where the measuring element is installed is irregular and disordered and the air velocity obtained by the single measuring element is not the area-weighted average value. The blowing of cool primary air also aggravates the disorder of the flow fields. It is concluded that the flow rate of the primary air can not be measured precisely. The numerical simulation method could be adopted to measure and calibrate the flow rate of the primary air, which can avoid the limitations of the existing method. This solution could improve the precision and reduce the cost of the measurement, which will be a good alternative for the domestic power plants.

Design of DC motor position servo controler and simulation 直流电机位置伺服控制器的设计与仿真

The design of A DC motor bodies for the implementation of three close loop control system is expatiated in this paper. On the basis of the speed regulating system in DC motor, the parameters of the location regulator are designed and adjusted based on the speed regulator and the current regulator using engineering design method in this system. The system is simulated in MATLAB. The simulation results show that the DC motor position servo system have better dynamic and static performance and better following performance.
