Study of probability distribution of user access node traffic 用户接入节点流量的概率分布研究

The present paper concerns the study of the distribution of time intervals between packets of inbound and outbound user access. The quantitative estimations of obtained distributions are given and the possibility of using the results for the calculation of the modern telecommunication networks is described.

The present paper concerns the multi-agent approach for the metallurgical enterprise information system development. To design a multi-agent information system of an enterprise it is required to determine goals and characteristics of agents, as well as solve problems of agents' interactions. Multi agent approach allows solving the problems of coordination and decision making for technological, logistical and business processes of a metallurgical enterprise.

Development of the calculation technique of the three-electrode electron gun modulation characteristic of the microwave devices 微波器件三电极电子枪调制特性计算技术的发展

The present paper concerns the modulation characteristic calculation technique development for the three-electrode electron gun. This technique is based on the analysis of the field structure made by different focusing potentials along the electron-optical system axis, which was conducted with the finite integration technique. The obtained permeability values of the first anode allowed calculating the modulation characteristic, which defines the type of the cathode emission current in dependence of the focusing potentials in the minor values region.

The present paper concerns the general problems of interfering situation control at work on adjustment, calibration, measurement of parameters, tests and operation of various radio-electronic devices. The main requirements to portable monitoring systems of an interfering situation are formulated. The construction principles and testing results of the broadband directed antennas blocking range of frequencies from 20 MHz to 3GHz are stated. Development results of a hardware-software complex of interfering situation control and localization of electromagnetic radiation sources are given.

Integration of optical and electronic interconnections on silicon 在硅上集成光学和电子互连

The design and fabrication technology of integrated optical and electrical interconnects on silicon are developed. The light-emitting diodes in the presented construction are based on nanostructured silicon built in an alumina matrix. The optocouple with the current transforming coefficient of about 1 % is fabricated. The advantages of the developed design are shown in comparison with existing analogues.

Mismatch errors of modulation meter of complex reflection coefficient 复反射系数调制计的失配误差

The theoretical analysis of the mismatch errors of microwave channel elements in the meter of the integrated reflectance is carried out by means of the method of directed graphs. It is shown that due to the frequency selection of meter information, a significant portion of the spectral components due to finite isolation between the reference and measuring channels turns to be outside the bandwidth of the electoral system.

The receiving and transmitting unit, providing radio-wave imaging mode of high potential Ka-band radar stations, are described. The unit implements digital signal forming for transmit and received signal processing using effective receiving channels and a high-potential output amplifier at an electronic device. The realization can be considered as a platform for implementing a series of radars for various applications.

Evaluating the performance of several types of antennas in a holographic radar with continuous wave 连续波全息雷达中几种天线的性能评价

The experiment examines the performance of the logarithmic spiral antennas, Vivaldi antennas and dipole antennas when operating in continuous wave radar based on a chirp signal. Evaluation of the spectrums of the received signals shows that the use of the separation shield can effectively reduce mutual coupling. It also concluded the feasibility of constructing the antenna system holographic radar as a pair of transmit and receive logarithmic spiral antennas.

The present paper concerns the circuit implementation of a phase radio direction finder for coordinate determination of radiation sources with harmonic signals. The use of sparse linear antenna arrays and radiation source are examined. The feature of this radio direction finder is an ability to operate in the frequency band. The basic relations for the direction-finding characteristics, which allow providing the operation of the radio direction finder in the frequency range using measured wavelength and implementation of the demodulation unit on broadband quadrature bridges.

Implementation of genetic algorithms to solution of applied problems in radiophysics based on functions of many variables optimization is discussed. Preferences of these algorithms are demonstrated by the example of two problems: designing Rotman lens with minimum total phase error and synthesis of a two-ring circular antenna array with a specified radiation pattern.
