Citengah Village is one of the beautiful and exciting places in the Sumedang area that can be developed as a tourist destination. To achieve that goal, all preparations are required, including the English language skills of the children of Citengah elementary school. English learning at the elementary school level is one of the efforts to build qualified Indonesian people ready to compete globally. There are many obstacles found in English language learning in rural schools, such as student conditions, environment, and English teachers' competence. Therefore it is necessary to explain to students and teachers more accessible and fun methods of learning English. The implementation of English learning training consists of stages of introduction, learning, and evaluation. The introduction stage explained the importance of English language skills related to the development of tourism potential in Citengah and future challenges for millennials. At the learning stage, we begin to explain the existence of English as a language that should be seen as a culture and knowledge. At the evaluation stage, all students and teachers expressed delight with learning English that is not boring and helps to understand quickly. Complete Mastery of English includes four things: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Given an explanation of how fun methods of learning English such as viewing pictures, playing, storytelling and singing.

Society in the current era of reformation has actually been presented with the naked staging of what the French poststructuralist thinker Jean Baudrillard (1983) calls a 'theater of cruelty'. As theater, violence, cruelty and ruthlessness have become a kind of ritual that is staged into the public sphere. Violence has become a discourse in the public sphere. The social learning theory proposition states that humans imitate and identify by learning through observing the behavior of others around them, including through mass media. The purpose of community service activities (PkM) is to socialize the impact of violent broadcasts on aggressive behavior, given the role of the mass media as a double-edged knife, having both a function and a dysfunction. The function of the media to inform reality can ultimately have negative side effects. The method of implementation is done through Learning Methodology, a method that focuses on participant participation. The result of this PkM activity is an increase in public awareness of the impact of the mass media. Because if society is constantly being fed with the values of violence, over time there will be an assumption that violence is commonplace, and will make the community insensitive to violence. As a result, in a broad sense, there will be chaos in the social values and norms of society, where the good and true values are confused.

WHO declared the COVID-19 outbreak in China an international public health emergency posing a high risk to countries with vulnerable health systems and on March 11, 2020 WHO declared the COVID-19 outbreak a pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic very quickly spread to various parts of the world and in the initial period of its spread, the COVID-19 pandemic has spread to more than 215 countries. In accordance with the guidelines by the WHO, the provincial government of DKI Jakarta makes policies contained in the Governor's Regulation no. 79 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols as an Effort and Control of COVID-19 which regulates the obligation to use masks when doing activities outside the home. This action was taken by the government considering that splashes from the respiratory tract are the most likely route for the spread of COVID-19, therefore in addition to washing hands and maintaining cleanliness, the use of masks is also very important to break the chain of spread of COVID-19. Impact of Governor Regulation No. 79 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols as an Effort and Control of COVID-19, technically, every day there is increasing public awareness of the importance of using masks. Crowded places such as markets, restaurants, nightclubs, are locations in East Jakarta that still need a lot of monitoring even though the number of violations is felt to be decreasing day by day, but vigilance and self-awareness of the importance of using masks still need to be instilled.

The current condition of Mushollah Al Ikhlas needs to be developed because the congregation of Mushollah Al Ikhlas is increasing and increasingly unable to be accommodated. In addition to the height of the bathroom floor which is not comfortable to use, the number of toilets is only one, there is only one ablution area, there is no division of ablution areas for men and women. When Friday prayers are often not accommodated, the congregation is often not accommodated, especially when the month of Ramadan arrives, the congregation is not accommodated so that they are forced to worship in the road area around the Al Ikhlas Mosque. To overcome this problem, the manager of the Al Ikhlas Mushollah wants to increase the Mushollah room to 2 floors. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to develop and add facilities for the Mushollah Al Ikhlas, thus it is necessary to design the renovation of the Mushollah Al Ikhlas as a first step before the construction of the renovation of the Mushollah Al Ikhlas. The method of implementing the activities uses the Architectural Design Process. Where the design of the renovation of the Mushollah Al Ikhlas is adjusted to the input from the manager of the Mushollah, while the working drawings of the design of the renovation of the Mushollah are adjusted to architectural standards. The purpose of the Mushollah renovation design is so that the Mushollah is able to accommodate worshipers when performing Friday prayers and tarawih activities during the month of Ramadan in accordance with architectural standards and in accordance with the concept of the Cempaka Putih Mushollah, so that provide comfort for the congregation of Mushollah. The stages of implementing the activity begin with licensing the implementation of activities, site surveys or location observations, coordination with the mosque management, measuring and drawing the mosque to be renovated, making working drawings, Budget Plans, and 3D drawings of buildings, drawing consultations, construction of mosque renovations, monitoring development progress. The result of this activity is the application of architectural design in the construction of the renovation of the Al Ikhlas mosque in Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta.

This community service activity is motivated by the worsening position of Indigenous Rights that are already rooted in the lives of indigenous peoples. Weak socialization and public understanding of the importance of law that can protect themselves from the progress of the times, so this community service has the aim of (1) providing an understanding so that customary rights with their local wisdom can be protected by the government in the form of regional regulations so that in the future whoever will lead will still have legal certainty, (2) Encourage local governments to immediately make regulations (customary regulations) that can protect the rights of local indigenous peoples. This activity is a socialization of regulations so that indigenous peoples know that their rights can be protected by the government in the form of local regulations. This can be seen from the presence of one of the tribes (Togutil) at the activity location who is still living in the Halmahera forest, North Maluku, whose existence is in a mining area that has the potential to be exploited and they are vulnerable to not being involved in the management of the results, let alone being able to share it to be utilized. as much as possible for their prosperity and welfare as mandated by the 1945 Constitution, because there is no central government or local government policy that reflects the existence of the Togutil tribe as the most important part in the management of natural resources. The conclusion of this socialization activity received a positive response from the community, marked by the start of the drafting of a regional regulation with support from local academics and other related parties so that indigenous peoples will receive legal certainty over their rights.

The content of this article is about a report of our community development program in accompanying the community who lives around the Rasamala RPTRA at Kelurahan Menteng Dalam, Kecamatan Tebet, with problem solutions they were dealing as effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. As people all over the country – even all over the world, the community living around the Rasamala RPTRA experienced impacts brought by the COVID-19 pandemic economy. Aside of economic problems, families has also been facing problems dealing with study from home (SFH) situation. Not only are parents facing problems caused by difficulties to accompany their children with online learning, they are also facing their children being cranky and bored because of staying at home for too long time as well. Thus, parents need to have extra patience and extra ability to deal with their childrens’ cranky behaviour. Aiming to provide assistance to the community living around the Rasamala RPTRA in dealing the above mentionned problems, the purpose our program was to strengthen the community’s entrepreneurial spirit, and accompany the community with parenting problem solving as well. The purpose of this activity is to improve the economy and environmental sustainability, create public awareness in waste management, namely the Rosela Waste Bank in Pangkalanjati Baru Village, Cinere District, Depok City, West Java Province. So far, the community has run a waste collection business with the Garbage Bank system obtained from waste in the environment, it has been going well, even the community in depositing waste has been segregated. The problem faced by the Rosela Garbage Bank is that human resources are inadequate to be able to manage the generation of waste generated from household waste which is getting higher with the Covid-19 pandemic, the community is more consumptive so that the generation of high waste needs the innovation that supports waste management, thereby reducing the pollution load. The solutions for this program are (1) Creating public awareness in managing waste. (2) Instilling public awareness in managing waste. (3) Creating opportunities in waste management to increase the family economy. (4) Creating innovations that are easy to implement in managing waste. (5) Application of appropriate technology in managing sustainable waste. The program target to be achieved in this activity plan for the two partners is to increase public knowledge about waste management with the waste bank system by up to 90%. Community skills to manage waste up to 60%. The economic aspect of the community with the additional income from the waste bank is up to 40%. To ensure the success of the program, the evaluation will be carried out at every stage of program development and after the waste bank is operational, it will continue to be monitored and facilitated so that it will continue to develop through several programs that can be accessed from both internal and external communities.
