The Kingdom of BGBJ or “Kingdom of the Seeds of Bantar Gebang” is a community within the Bantar Gebang Final Waste Disposal Site (TPSA) area which has an effect on the quality of public health and the environment of the area due to the lack of access to sanitation and the lack of reforestation land. On the other hand, the economic conditions and the low education of the parents make the residents around the community limited in accessing household food sources that are not in accordance with balanced nutrition. The general objective of this Community Partnership Program activity is the establishment of a Pilot The Community Nutrition Garden (POKIMAS) in the Kingdom of BGBJ, Bantar Gebang, Bekasi, West Java as a motivator for the surrounding community to participate in POKIMAS in each household. The method used in this activity adapts to the situation and conditions of the Covid 19 pandemic, training is carried out online and complete education modules are provided which will be given to all targets so that they are easy to learn independently at home. The PKM team will provide TOT (Training of Trainers) online to the core team of the BGBJ Royal Community and then the Core team is responsible for providing training to 10 POKIMAS target participants. The results and benefits that have been achieved include: increased knowledge of how to create and the importance of POKIMAS; the creation of 16 simple nutrition gardens managed by households around BGBJ which previously did not exist. Initial target of 10 POKIMAS gardens; as well as the addition of 8 participants that have nutrition gardens around the BGBJ pilot project. The program that is still running with the commitment of the BGBJ community is expected to consume vegetables and fruit from POKIMAS that are made independently by participants.

Adolescence is a transitional age to shape and find an identity. So sometimes teenagers try many things including doing new things that violate ethics and relationships. This is partly due to misunderstanding and ignorance about the scope and importance of reproductive health. Some cases related to reproductive health are caused by curiosity, wanting to try, or being invited by friends. Mistakes in taking along and interacting encourage cases related to reproductive health such as early pregnancy, abortion, cervical cancer, and being infected with sexually transmitted diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to take preemptive or preventive action against attitudes and behaviors that have the potential to cause unrest in the community. The implementation of this community development is in partnership with the administrator of RT.09/RW.03 Kelurahan Cilangkap, East Jakarta by carrying out educational activities in the form of Training for Adolescent Reproductive Health Counselors “Peer Mentoring” in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals 3. This activity emphasizes understanding and ethics in maintaining reproductive health considering that adolescents are the next generation. Without understanding and ethics, teenagers will be easily tempted by relationships that do not fit the norm. Participants in this activity are male youth members of the youth organization. This scope is made to facilitate communication and discussion related to reproductive health which is still considered taboo. The implementation of the activity is carried out in three stages involving partners. Meanwhile, the methods used are educational methods, question, and answer, and group discussion forums. As for evaluation, there are four stages to achieving and sustaining activities, such as understanding the material, redescription through question and answer, reexplaining by discussing cases through group discussion forums as well as forming peer groups, and evaluating the understanding through questioner.

Eyecandy is a rubrik in the adult men's magazine “Popular”, featuring sensual content from many of its models, and what happens when the rubric is interpreted critically by female readers. When the workers and editors at the magazine are dominated by men who have full power in determining the value of women in a society's social life through the discourse that appears in it. Meanwhile, women are positioned as objects that do not have the power to determine these values. The purpose of this study is how audience reception interprets the perspective of critical discourse on the text wrapped in the pose of a woman's body shape in the eyecandy rubric in the December 2017 issue of "Popular" magazine. This research uses a qualitative approach with the study method of critical discourse reception by Norman Fairclough's model. The results of the research show that the text in the eyecandy rubric gives a sensual meaning, where that meaning still binds women as the main sexual commodity that is traded in the form of visual objects. The text is only a complementary narrative of the many sensual poses of female models. The production in the process of making this text is dominated by men, where men seem to understand very well how a text and images are used as representations of attractiveness that is able to attract their people, thus proving that women are objects of sexuality where the media constructs according to the wishes of their male readers.

Nila is a fish that is quite in demand. This fish is widely cultivated by the people of Indonesia, but the cultivation technique still uses traditional methods. The demand for high-protein fish makes farmers have to think about the best way to produce as much fish as possible. Factors to consider are feed, environmental quality and harvesting process. In the care of value fish, it is necessary to have a process of feeding fish. The distribution of feed must be given evenly so that the growth of fish is evenly distributed. The pH level in fish maintenance must be considered so that fish. In terms of harvesting usually requires a lot of manpower, in this study an automatic system for harvesting fish is made. With the help of microcontroller and telecommunications technology can be applied in the cultivation process. Arduino is used as the main processor using two microcontrollers, namely Arduino UNO and NodeMCU directly integrated into smartphones, which makes it easy for farmers to control the quality of their livestock products. Two microcontrollers connected by serial communication. The Blynk application as a user interface for monitoring and controlling so that this tool can make farmers not spend a lot of energy farming process.

RPTRA is a gathering place for children and other residents to socialize physically. The children can play at RPTRA. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic which causes physical activity restrictions, this is an obstacle for RPTRA. Due too physical distancing and social distancing, no one can visit RPTRA. So, The RPTRA must be transformed if they want to be sustain and growth in the future. In addition, in order for the RPTRA to develop, digital transformation is also needed in the development of the RPTRA. Based on related research, digital transformation is needed for community to growing in the future. Through a research methodology that starts from collecting data through Contextual Inquiry, then it is analyzed and produces a system design using UML and user interface design using Figma. Furthermore, it is developed into a website application. This website application is evaluated through System Usability Scale (SUS) and heuristic evaluation. The evaluation results show that the proposed application has an SUS value above the average. We can conclude through this website application can be used for sharing information inside the community also can engage with the society . In the future, it is hoped that this RPTRA website application apart from being an information suggestion can also be used to market the products of RPTRA itself so that it can add to the economic value of this website.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the delta variant was pretty crazy with high deaths, high transmission and increasing cases, so the government pulled the emergency brake in the form of emergency PPKM. Emergency PPKM up to PPKM level 1-4 where education is still 100% working from home. So that new student registration activities should be carried out using internet media and web-based applications. For prospective students who will enroll in the school, it can make it easier for them to register online, the registration menu is still in the form of uploading files. One of the PHP frameworks often recommended by PHP programming forums is the Laravel framework. So that the process of developing the registration information system of Marsudirini Elementary School uses the Laravel Framework. Considering the development of the web-based programming world with the emergence of the PHP Framework, the system development method also adapts to the concept of the PHP Framework, where the basis of the PHP Framework is Object Oriented Programming (OOP) PHP. Then the application development for SD Marsudirini Gedangan Semarang school registration system uses the Scrum method. The need for a registration information system consists of 2 business processes, namely the registration process and the admission process for new students, where the entire process will be a reporting to stakeholders. With the use of the Laravel framework, there is an improvement in the process of registering and uploading files, as well as verifying files by the registration administration.

The prospective leaders who live in the era of Internet of Things, certainly will not experience difficulties to digital equipment. Their sufficient knowledge and skill of digital world, would become a strong foundation as a future leaders. The massive technology development, social media as one mean, has become a necessity that cannot be stopped nor avoided. This condition creates the huge and wide opportunities to enhance the credibility and competency of future leader. Recently, no one leader could move forward in their succeed without the information technology knowledge. However, those knowledge and skills will not enabling some one to automatically produce a positive and maximum performance for the organization. Hence, the agile management approach is needed to fill the gap for Z-generation to improve their performance. This paper use qualitative method through studying scientific sources such as books, journals and articles, to formulate a guideline or management concept to prepare Z-generations to face the millennium era. The research result that can be transformed for human resources management are 4 activities. They are collection (doing inventory through out topics and materials that has role to human resource quality improvement); clustering (doing identification and grouping of the inventory results with the similarities, and sort them by priority); process (doing a set of activities in cluster items that is arranged as priority set before0; and release (implementation through training for employees run by the human resource department).

Nanggerang Village is one of the seventh villages in the Tajurhalang District, Bogor Regency, Java Province, which often experiences flooding. The decrease in infiltration land due to changes in land use and poor waste management patterns in the area causes flooding to become increasingly threatening. Therefore, there needs to be community empowerment at Nanggerang Village in reducing potential floods through biopore infiltration hole training and development. The first step in this community empowerment activity is to instill an understanding of waste management that corresponds to its type; the following action is by conducting training in making biopore absorption holes as a preventive measure in preventing flooding. The activity was carried out on April 15, 2021, involving ten representatives from each RW in Nanggerang Village. The result of community service is the installation of 10 biopore. Based on the post-test results, the post-test shows that after the extension and training activities, the occurrence of increased public knowledge on waste management and practical theories about biopore infiltration holes, as well as the ability of the community in making biopore infiltration holes.
