The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted various sectors. As for the sectors affected is the education sector. Many countries decide closing schools, colleges as well as universities, including Indonesia as an effort to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. The COVID-19 pandemic is forcing schools, colleges and universities to shift their entire instructional device to one online delivery overnight. It is no longer a question of whether online education can deliver on the promise of quality higher education and more to how universities can promptly and effectively embrace the mass adoption of online learning. The COVID-19 pandemic and the strategy to Restart Tourism have become a turning point in increasing awareness of the role of sustainability in being more economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable. Tourism in rural areas offers significant recovery opportunities as travelers seek fewer crowds, open-air experiences, and local cultures. This study aims to see the potential of Kutu Wetan Village to be community-based tourism using the 4C (Conservation, Community, Culture, and Commerce) model. Qualitative data collection methods were carried out through in-depth interviews and participatory observations. This study is focusing on the Kutu Wetan Village, Jetis District, Ponorogo Regency, East Java. The result of this study affirms that there is a potential for Kutu Wetan Village to be a community-based tourism village. The community is happy to work together to preserve the existing culture by regularly cleaning the Suru Kubeng meditation location, regularly performing Reog at events on important dates. The beauty of the rice field available is a great potential for tourism development. However, Kutu Wetan Village still has a lot to prepare to create Community-based tourism. A tourism village should also implement tourism value chain activities (TVCA) for competitive advantage creation. This study also provides several recommendations for successfully creating community-based tourism based on World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) (2021) Keywords: Community-Based Tourism, Cultural, Commerce, Conservation, Community, Pandemic Tourism

This is a community service related to the treatment and educational assistance on prevention of drug abuse for parents and families around children. West Jakarta, with a very full population density in DKI Jakarta, has a potential problem with its environment. We try to map sustainable efforts to prevent drug abuse, focusing on providing education from an early age to children aged under five is one way to shape children's character and personality for the future. In the GEPENTA Program (2002), Indonesian Health Officials stated that the daily growth rate was 0.065% of the total population of 200 million people, or the same as 130,000 people per day. The 2018 World Drugs Reports published by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), said that as many as 275 million people in the world or 5.6% of the world's population (aged 15-64 years) have used drugs. Meanwhile in Indonesia, the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) as the focal point in the field of Prevention and Eradication of Drug Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking (P4GN) has the number of drug abuse in 2017 as many as 3,376,115 people between the ages of 10-59 years. Meanwhile, the number of drug abuse among students in 2018 (from 13 provincial capitals in Indonesia) reached 2.29 million people. Soelton and Nugrahati's research, 2018, concluded that one of the groups of people who are prone to being exposed to drug abuse are those in the 15-35 age range or the millennial generation.

Currently, most of the small business in Indonesia are in struggle because of Covid 19 Pandemic so the government encourage any activity to help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in any provinces. Beside it, certain hydroponic communities surrounding city of Bandung were formed in purpose to enlarge the activities of the planting and harvesting of hydroponic media. Some prefer to think it as a hobby by planting them in the front or back of their home but other members want to develop a small hydroponic industry such as MSMEs. One that is being developed is the MSME group located in Cileles Village, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency, West Java. Although Sae Garden Farm hydroponic business has reached the stage of producing tens of thousands of vegetable plants per month, they cannot regularly supply them successfully to their customers. In fact, they need an online site that can promote and sell their products. In addition, this business requires better management of information systems known as a digital marketing. Our plan is to assist Sae Garden Farm SMEs to create a website, a mobile application and continue it with digital marketing. Our first stage will be to build a website followed by building an Android-based application (Mobile App) and it will be combined with strong Digital Marketing which can later be continuously developed by Sae Garden Farm SMEs. We hope that in the future various Hydroponic communities throughout Greater Bandung can work together so that through this community development activity, many people will benefit in the middle of the Pandemic of Covid-19.

Paradise is a small but proud community in the country of Heaven which boasts over seventeen thousand islands and has a population that ranks 4th in the world. In her future lies the fact that she will hold the post of President of the G20 in 2022 but its citizens are not necessarily motivated by this with the GDP per capita at USD 4,019 in 2019. Many of the countries’ demographics are changing as women in particular, have to pick up additional avenues of generating income as entrepreneurs and learning to trade outside of their traditional markets even whilst handling more domestic activity at home where they have a primary role of “child nurturing”.
