The Analysis of Possibility of Applying Current Transformers of Zero Sequence of Different Manufacturers Fordesigning Damaged Feeder Identification Systems 应用不同厂家零序电流互感器设计馈线破损识别系统的可能性分析

The article considers common zero-sequence current transformers of different manufacturers, assesses their amplitude and phase errors. Analyzes the possibility of their application to determine the malfunctioned feeder for single-phase earth faults using algorithms based on the calculation of the instantaneous powers of the zero sequence. Justifies the necessity of replacement of obsolete zero-sequence current transformers with modern ones for designing modern centralized earth fault protection.

Features of the Design of Power Installation of the Underwater Vehicle 水下航行器动力装置设计的特点

The article discusses the features of the use of electric energy power installation of a self-propelled uninhabited underwater vehicle. Presents a description and comparison of the actuators used in the devices. Simulation of power installation was performed in Matlab Simulink package. Oscillograms of currents and voltages were obtained and studied. Calculations made it possible to improve the design of the electric drive and its control system.

Realization of Distributed Data Processing on the Basis of Container Technology 基于容器技术的分布式数据处理实现

One method of developing the architecture of a software and hardware complex for parallel implementation of complex queries, including the Join operation, to databases containing large and extra-large amounts of information is considered. The method is based on the use of the principle of symmetrically horizontally distribution of data and two modern approaches to the organization of parallel data processing on heterogeneous computing facilities combined into a local or global network. A solution to the problem through the use of modern grid technology and container technology.

The Development of a High Speed8-bit Pipelined ADC on 0.25um BiCMOS 基于0.25um BiCMOS的高速8位流水线ADC的研制

The two stage pipelined ADC can keep high speed and low power consumption while proceeding high conversion accuracy using uncomplicated design techniques. This paper presents a 8-bit pipelined analog-to-digital converter (ADC) based on 0,25um BiCMOS process. The proposed design methods are proven by measuring microchips on sampling frequency up to 1GHz. The results show that the dynamic parameters - signal to noise ratio(SNR), effective number of bits (ENOB) and spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) are 47dB, 7.3, 42dB respectively. The differentials (DNL) and integral (INL) nonlinearities have high accuracy also – less than 0,5 LSB. The full power consumption of microchip is within 1,3W.

The paper considers one of the most important components in the modern banking system, namely the direction related to ensuring the security of customer data. Currently, most countries are switching to non-cash payments. The number of bank cards is rapidly growing, and accordingly the network of automated teller machines (ATMs). Besides, various other devices working with these cards are expanding. The protection of customer funds is the main issue when using bank cards is intensive. Currently, the latest digital technologies are used to protect customer means. In particular, there are smart cards, which provide higher reliability than cards with a magnetic line. In the last few years, the installation of biometric ATMs develops in the area of customer money security. This system allows the issuance of money to the client only when scanning his face. The estimation of economic efficiency of such devices is the essence of this study.

Investigation of Optical Characteristics of Mixtures of Dielectric Liquids in the Process of Artificial Aging 介电液体混合物在人工老化过程中的光学特性研究

The fluorescence and optical transmission spectra of mixtures of dielectric liquids (petroleum oils and natural ester transformer fluid) were measured in the process of their artificial thermal aging both in the presence of insulating paper and without it. Approximations of the spectra of each of the components of the mixtures are performed. The real spectral characteristics are compared with the calculated dependences. Based on the experimental data obtained, it is shown that dielectric fluids have a mutual influence on both the aging process and the optical characteristics of the mixtures. It is established that the strong mutual influence of dielectric liquids was observed with artificial aging mix oil brands GK TC and natural ester MIDEL eN. The change in the optical characteristics of the mixtures during artificial aging is compared with the change in electrical resistance.

This paper deals with the denoising algorithm based on EMD with adaptive adjustment of the coefficients depending on the noise level. It is compared with the known denoising algorithms based on EMD, wavelets and Wiener filter. The evaluation of the filtration quality was performed. Synthetic signals of a complex non-stationary structure are used as initial data.

The Assessment of Environmental Situation in the YaNAO Using Satellite Imagery in GIS-technology 基于gis技术的YaNAO环境状况卫星图像评价

The article addressed the issues of integrated environmental assessment based on the results of chemical analysis and satellite monitoring data. The method for estimating the anthropogenic load and the degree of territories degradation in the areas of oil production using the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), characterizing the change in the state of the vegetation cover, has been proposed. The dynamic of vegetation state change in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug was calculated using Landsat satellite imagery data on the basis of GIS ArcGIS Desktop and the results were compared with the data of field observations of the environmental situation. A stable correlation between the NDVI change and the increase of pollution level of the territory was revealed. The thematic maps in GIS were created according to results of analysis.
