Research progress on different acupuncture methods for postherpetic neuralgia 不同针刺方法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的研究进展

Objectives: this paper first makes an attempt to integrate and analyze different acupuncture methods in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Research results of different acupuncture methods for analgesia are also summarized in this paper so that guidance and consideration for future clinical and scientific research could be put forward. Methods: On the basis of etiology and pathogenesis of Chinese medicine, we collected and collated relevant literature accessed through databases such as CNKI, Wanfang, Weipu and Pubmed. The progress of acupuncture in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia was summarized. Results: Different acupuncture methods, such as milli-needle acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, fire acupuncture, acupuncture cupping and other TCM specialties have been reported to effectively relieve postherpetic neuralgia, reducing patients' pain and burden and improve their quality of life. Conclusion: Acupuncture methods have good efficacy along with unique advantages in the treatment of herpes zoster postherpetic neuralgia.
目的:本文首次尝试对不同针刺方法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛进行综合分析。本文还对不同针刺镇痛方法的研究结果进行了总结,为今后的临床和科学研究提出指导和思考。方法:以中医病因病机为基础,通过中国知网、万方、唯普、Pubmed等数据库对相关文献进行收集整理。综述了针刺治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的研究进展。结果:不同的针灸方法,如毫针、电针、火针、针罐等中医专科均能有效缓解带状疱疹后神经痛,减轻患者的疼痛和负担,提高患者的生活质量。结论:针刺法治疗带状疱疹后带状神经痛疗效好,具有独特的优势。

Construction and Practice of the Hybrid Teaching Mode of Nursing under the Normalized Epidemic Prevention and Control: ----Takes rehabilitation Care for Stroke Patients as an Example 疫情防控常态化下护理学混合式教学模式的构建与实践:----以脑卒中患者康复护理为例

Objectives: To discuss the construction of hybrid teaching mode of nursing under new situation and evaluate its effect. Methods: Using information technology to build a blended teaching mode, nursing students in Class 2 Grade 2017 were randomly selected as the observation group, and students in the other class as the control group. The hybrid teaching mode was used in the observation group, and the traditional teaching method was used in the control group. Observe and compare the teaching effect. Results: The observation group got higher marks in theoretical knowledge mastery, course preference degree, critical thinking ability and self-learning ability, which had statistically significant differences from the control group. Conclusion: Under the epidemic prevention and control situation, the blended teaching based on information technology not only improves the teaching quality and teaching efficiency, but also can mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning and promote the improvement of students' communication ability.
目的:探讨新形势下护理学混合式教学模式的构建并评价其效果。方法:采用信息技术构建混合式教学模式,随机选取2017级护理2班学生为观察组,另一班学生为对照组。观察组采用混合教学模式,对照组采用传统教学方法。观察、比较教学效果。结果:观察组在理论知识掌握、课程偏好程度、批判性思维能力和自主学习能力方面得分较高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:在疫情防控形势下,基于信息技术的混合式教学不仅能提高教学质量和教学效率,还能调动学生的学习积极性,促进学生沟通能力的提高。

Multi-scale Retinal Vessel Tortuosity Measurement Based on Wavelet Transform 基于小波变换的多尺度视网膜血管弯曲度测量

The presence of tortuosity in the retinal vessels is crucial in the diagnosis of ocular fundus disorders. There are numerous methods for computing the tortuosity of the retinal arteries available today, all of which have yielded impressive results. However, they usually divide vessels into smaller vascular structures to calculate local tortuosities, which are then weighted summed to get the global tortuosity of the entire vessel. The approach of local division on a two-dimensional image weakens local vessel tortuosity information and makes it unable to accurately portray the vessel's tortuosity. Hence, we propose a wavelet transform-based multi-scale approach for evaluating the tortuosity of fundus vessels in order to investigate the differences between normal and pathological vessels in terms of spatial tortuous properties. To acquire the skeleton of the fundus vessels, we apply the Zhang-Suen method to refine retinal vessel images segregated by experts. The vascular skeletons are then converted into one-dimension signals, on which we carry out a wavelet transform to yield vascular tortuosity of different scales, which is further evaluated with entropy. The results of the experiments reveal that the suggested tortuosity measure can effectively classify the curvature of blood vessel segments and blood vessel networks.

A semantic relatedness measurement method based on domain ontology considering all relationships 一种考虑所有关系的基于领域本体的语义相关度度量方法

The rapid expansion of information and knowledge requires a various applications in computational linguistics and artificial intelligence employing semantic similarity to solve challenging tasks, such as information retrieval, text classification, machine translation, document clustering and so on. Today ontology is an extremely essential approach mainly used to represent acquired knowledge as well as to ensure data and knowledge integration. In this situation, a comprehensive semantic similarity measure is required. We propose a semantic relatedness calculation method that considers all the relationships including common and different attributes relations between concepts. To demonstrate the benefits of exploiting all the relations in domain ontology, we use four method for comparison. The results of our proposed method demonstrate an improvement over the benchmark semantic similarity methods.

Research and implementation of driving distance detection and warning system for automobile assisted driving based on Android platform 基于Android平台的汽车辅助驾驶行驶距离检测预警系统的研究与实现

With the rapid development of mobile phones, it is possible to use computer vision recognition technology on modern smartphones to help detect driving and their distances. This paper studies and implements the detection of pedestrians and vehicles using Yolo on Android platform, and estimates pedestrian or vehicles distances based on its location data, and then implements a vehicle-assisted driving safety warning system.

Research on Mathematics for Marketing Strategy with State Feedback Control 状态反馈控制下营销策略的数学研究

This paper established a class of Mathematical Study on marketing Strategy with state feedback control. Based on the qualitative analysis of the pulse-free control model, the paper adopted the geometric theory of the differential equation to study the existence of the order-1 periodic solution of the state pulse system, and obtained the asymptotic stability of the periodic orbit, and finally verified the theoretical results through numerical simulations.
本文建立了一个状态反馈控制营销策略的数学研究课程。在对无脉冲控制模型进行定性分析的基础上,采用微分方程的几何理论研究了状态脉冲系统1阶周期解的存在性,得到了周期轨道的渐近稳定性,最后通过数值模拟验证了理论结果。

Course Design of JSP Programming Based on Advanced Project-Driven Method 基于高级项目驱动方法的JSP程序设计课程设计

There is a huge gap between theory and practice in the traditional teaching model, which seriously degrades student's practical ability and problem-solving ability. To overcome the shortcomings of the traditional teaching model, this paper proposes a novel application design based on advanced project-driven in the teaching process of JSP courses, which is capable of simultaneously boosting students' theoretical and practical abilities. Particularly, the teaching knowledge points are decomposed into dual tasks involving theoretical and practical goals by following the way of “project advanced guidance, task decomposition driven”. Compared with the traditional teaching model, splitting the knowledge points into the project during the teaching process can not only improve the learning efficiency but also cultivate the students' computer practice ability. The research results verify that our proposed teaching model allows students to deepen their knowledge mastery, establish a complete knowledge system, improve their practical ability, and finally apply theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems in the real world.

Design and Implementation of Link Layer Based on JESD204B Protocol 基于JESD204B协议的链路层设计与实现

Interface protocol JESD204B can support 12.5 Gbit/s serial transmission rate, which can solve the problem of high-speed data transmission between data converter and logic device. In this paper, the link layer of sender and receiver based on JESD204B protocol is designed with Verilog HDL, and the feasibility of the design is verified by Xilinx ZYNQ7000 series development board and AD9375 rf board. The comprehensive results show that the data link layer implemented in this scheme can meet the protocol requirements, realize the normal transmission of data, and greatly reduce the consumption of resources. It has the characteristics of universality and portability.

Reinspecting Classification and Regression in the Sibling Head for Visual Tracking 兄弟姐妹头部视觉追踪分类与回归的再检验

The sibling head has been widely used in Siamese-based trackers, however, the structure of the sibling head is the same between classification and regression tasks, which limits the ability of the tracker to obtain more robust and accurate prediction. To solve this issue, we reinspect the network structure of tracking-head for classification and regression tasks, since recognizing the target category needs translation invariant feature while the position-sensitive information facilitates target bounding-box regression task. Further, we propose a differenti-ated tracking-head network, named SiamDTH, by exploiting the feature response module (FRM) and the differentiated sibling head (DSH) to alleviate misalignments between classification and regression task domains. Extensive experiments on visual tracking benchmarks including VOT2019 and OTB100 demon-strate that SiamDTH achieves state-of-the-art performance with a considerable real-time speed. Gastric cancer prevention targeted on risk assessment: the Kyoto Classification of Gastritis 以风险评估为目标的胃癌预防:胃炎京都分型

Objective To explore the value of Endoscopic performance score for risk of gastric cancer. Methods 578 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were selected as the study subjects. We selected endoscopic appearance and background mucosal appearance, biopsy pathology, and H.Pylori examination, to analyze the relationship between endoscopic performance score and gastric carcinoma. Results In 578 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, 156 cases LGIN and 86 cases HGIN were detected. The detection rate of HGIN in male patients was 22.3% (57/256) and that of female patients was 9.0 % (29/322). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). There are Kyoto gastritis score less than 3, 213 cases, score 4–6, 198 cases, score 7–8, 167 cases. The scoring grade was significantly correlated with the occurrence and degree of intraepithelial neoplasia (R=0.260, P < 0.001). The total score of patients with gastric cancer in the fundus of the stomach and cardia was significantly increased (P< 0.01). In Multivariate analysis, the risk factor for gastric cancer is intestinal metaplasia, with an OR value of 4.811(95% CI 2.905-7.967, P<0.001). Conclusion Detecting the patients at high risk and making an appropriate diagnosis is crucial for achieving total eradication of gastric cancer. The score of endoscopic performance in the Kyoto gastritis classification is useful for detecting these patients.
