Features Correlation Analysis and Classification based on EdNet User Online Learning Behavior 基于EdNet用户在线学习行为的特征关联分析与分类

Online learning has become an increasingly popular way of learning. In order to improve users' online learning experience and learning effectiveness, analysis on users' online learning behavior has become a hot issue in the field of education big data. Based on the EdNet data set, this research randomly selects some users, counts these user's answer scores, elapsed time and other learning behavior data, and then extracts feature. Meanwhile, features of questions difficulty are calculated on the basis of the EdNet raw data, and construct user completion difficulty features. By extracting and constructing the features of users' learning behavior, a random forest model is used to classify and predict the user's level. The experimental result shows that, on the issue of classifying user's level, the user completion difficulty features are conducive to model performance. It also confirms that the features of questions difficulty has a great relationship with user's learning effectiveness. Moreover, this research gives some suggestions for users to improve their learning performance.

Constructing Diversified online Teaching Based on Rain Classroom 基于Rain课堂构建多元化在线教学

In the first half of 2020, at the time of the epidemic, the national education entered the period of online teaching. The practical experience of online and offline mixed teaching done by the authors in the early stage provided a strong support for our online teaching. The most difficult part of online teaching is that teachers can't see students and students can't see teachers. Therefore, the effect of teachers' teaching has been affected and the atmosphere of students' learning is not strong. Based on the Rain classroom, the auther constructs diversified online teaching from four aspects: pre class preview, classroom teaching, homework correction and online feedback, stimulate students' interest in active learning, improve their ability to find, analyze and solve problems, so as to achieve teaching objectives. Through continuous conception and practice, good teaching results have been achieved. It will escort online teaching and provide good ideas for online and offline hybrid teaching.
2020年上半年,疫情发生之时,全国教育进入在线教学时期。笔者前期所做的线上线下混合教学的实践经验,为我们的线上教学提供了有力的支持。网络教学最困难的地方是老师看不到学生,学生也看不到老师。因此,教师的教学效果受到影响,学生的学习氛围不强。笔者以Rain课堂为基础,从课前预习、课堂教学、作业批改、在线反馈四个方面构建多元化的在线教学,激发学生主动学习的兴趣,提高学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力,从而达到教学目标。通过不断的构思和实践,取得了良好的教学效果。它将为在线教学保驾护航,为线上线下混合教学提供好的思路。

Analysis on the Impact of College Students' Online Learning Investment 大学生网络学习投入的影响分析

In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet and communication technology, online learning has become an important means and way for college students to acquire knowledge, but the quality and effect of online learning are not satisfactory. By exploring the reasons why college students are willing to invest time and energy in online learning, more targeted online courses can be developed to further promote the overall knowledge literacy of college students. This article adopts a data-driven approach, starting from the emotional dimension, by studying the comments and barrage data of some courses in bilibili, China University MOOC, and Tencent classrooms, after data cleaning, use topic analysis, word cloud graphs and data visualization to analyze the emotional state of college students in the process of learning online classes. Combined with the interactive mode, manipulation method, and auxiliary functions of the online course, leads to the reasons why college students are willing to invest time and energy in online learning. Through the research results, we found that online teaching videos with advanced marking of the difficulty of the course, humorous teaching style, and high degree of interaction are more popular among college students. Therefore, this research suggests that teachers can carry out gradient teaching when recording online courses, breaking down the difficulties from simple to deep, from easy to difficult, and at the same time increase teacher-student interaction in the teaching process to increase students' participation, thereby increasing the emotional investment in online learning level. Applying the findings of this survey to online teaching platforms and online teaching arrangements for colleges and universities will better increase the degree of college students' online learning investment, and improve the sustainability of college students' online learning investment as a whole.

Research on Dual Platforms Integration for Practice-Teaching 实践教学双平台集成研究

In the long-term teaching of University Computer Foundation course, three shortcomings of low completion rate of online course, nothing to do in offline course, and difficult to sustain interest in learning, have been discovered. The countermeasure of dual platforms integration for practice-teaching is proposed. Firstly, the online “Chaoxing Network” is used as the theoretical learning platform, and the offline comprehensive platform for teaching, learning and examination is used as a practical operation platform. Secondly, on the dual platforms, students' learning data and teachers' teaching activities data will be recorded, quantified and visualized, during the whole process. The quantitative assessment and evaluation mechanism, which combined both online and offline, has effectively mobilized students' learning enthusiasm. The teaching effect after adopting the countermeasure shows that the students' ability to practice independently is fostered, and student achievements have been greatly improved.

QoS Correlation-based Service Composition Algorithm for Multi-constraint Optimal Path 基于QoS关联的多约束最优路径服务组合算法

With the development of network service integration, in order to obtain a better quality of service (QoS) guarantee, aiming at the characteristics of integrated network service composition and correlation, this paper proposes a QoS correlation-based service composition (QCSC) approximate algorithm based on multi-constraint optimal path selection (MCOPS). It analyses the QoS correlation criteria, correlation ratios, and Skyline algorithms to calculate the optimal path by dynamic programming, record the path nodes, and obtain the optimal service composition path that meets the user's demand. Simulation results demonstrate the good performance of the proposed algorithm in both the average calculation time and the solution path quality. Accordingly, it can meet the QCSC requirements in the cloud environment.

With the development of information technology, informatization plays an increasingly important role in medical vocational education. It has a broad prospect to improve the quality of medical vocational education with information as the starting point. This paper analyzes from the aspects of informatization to improve the level of internal governance, leading the implementation of the reform of the three education, and enhancing the synergy of medical education. It focuses on the construction of internal control system of medical vocational colleges, decision-making assistance system of medical vocational colleges, and intelligent management system of medical vocational colleges. Informatization leads the reform of teachers, teaching materials and teaching methods, the collaborative platform of education resources and medical education, and the collaborative platform of job skills and medical education, etc. Combining with the characteristics of medical education itself, it is of practical significance to use information measures to assist the construction of high quality medical education.

Java Curriculum Design Concept that Integrates Design Thinking and Heuristic Teaching 设计思维与启发式教学相结合的Java课程设计理念

Design thinking is a methodology. In course teaching, design thinking is used to provide a practical solution to problems, focusing on cultivating students' innovative ability and solving complex problems. Heuristic teaching is based on the reality of students. Teachers play a guiding role in teaching tasks, inspire students' thinking in various ways, focus on tapping students' learning potential, and mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning. This paper proposes a teaching method that integrates design thinking and heuristic teaching, using project-driven teaching tasks. In the teaching process, teachers adopt heuristic teaching methods, pay attention to cultivating students' design thinking, and guide students to complete tasks. Compared with traditional teaching methods, the combination of design thinking and heuristic teaching has certain advantages, which not only improve students' innovative thinking but also stimulates students' subjective initiative in learning. It improves students' learning efficiency and promotes teaching reform to some extent.

With the advent of big data, the construction of new engineering in higher education is urgently required, and the requirements of information management and information system specialty(IMIS for short) in big data analysis and application are also increased. The integration between industry and education is an effective way for IMIS to cultivate new engineering talents needed by the society. It firstly analyzed the current situation of integration between industry, education for IMIS. On this basis, the cultivation mode of big data talents for IMIS based on the deep integration between industry and education is discussed, which are include the construction of application-oriented and innovative talents cultivation system, the curriculum practice system of big data course, and the policy of government financial support.
随着大数据时代的到来,迫切需要高等教育新工程的建设,对信息管理与信息系统专业(简称IMIS)在大数据分析与应用方面的要求也越来越高。产教结合是IMIS培养社会需要的新型工程人才的有效途径。首先分析了管理信息系统产学研融合的现状。在此基础上,探讨了基于产教深度融合的综合管理信息系统大数据人才培养模式,包括构建应用型创新型人才培养体系、大数据课程实践体系、政府财政支持政策等。

Current situation and reform of the integration process of vocational education -- Taking information technology professional as an example 职业教育一体化进程的现状与改革——以信息技术专业为例

In 2021, the State Conference of the Vocational Education proposed a series of measures to accelerate the construction process of modern vocational education, including forming a secondary vocational, higher vocational, and professional undergraduate education integration, deepening the “three teaching” reform, and “post-class competition” comprehensive education. In view of the problems in the development of vocational education, this paper presents the strategy of integration of vocational education from the aspects of teachers, teaching materials, teaching models and students. Then, taking information technology professional as an example, we provide a new idea for the integration of vocational colleges, which is beneficial to the high-quality development of vocational education and the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents.
2021年,国家职业教育工作会议提出了一系列加快现代职业教育建设进程的措施,包括形成中职、高职、专业本科一体化教育,深化“三教”改革,推进“课后竞争”综合教育。针对高职教育发展中存在的问题,从教师、教材、教学模式、学生等方面提出高职教育一体化的策略。然后,以信息技术专业为例,为高职院校整合提供新的思路,有利于高职教育的高质量发展和高素质技能型人才的培养。

Graph Convolution Neural Network-based Revelation of Students' Career Expectations 基于图卷积神经网络的大学生职业期望启示

Clarifying the career expectations of freshmen is an important means to improve their future employment satisfaction. In the past, colleges and universities usually used questionnaires or personal interviews to understand students' career expectations. However, due to the complexity of everyone's goals and ideas, it is difficult to accurately predict students' professional expectations, and it is time-consuming and labor-intensive. With the development of data mining technology, many scholars use student behavior data to predict students' career expectations, but a large amount of data is needed for model training. Recent studies suggests that we can use the Career Planning Book assignment submitted by students to mine the career expectations of students. However, the career planning education of students in most domestic universities has not been carried out for a long time, and it is difficult to obtain a large amount of text data. Traditional data mining techniques, such as SVM and KNN, are not suitable for such small sample data, while Graph Convolutional Neural Network (GCN)model has a high accuracy for small sample data. Therefore, this paper proposes a model based on GCN, which can mine students' career expectations through Student's Career Planning Books. The experimental results show that GCN model can mine students' career aspiration with high accuracy under a circumstance of less data.
