The paper presents an overview of the variational analysis in combination with the transferring coefficients of the electric circuits (EC). In the reference papers [1 9] the methodologies for DC, AC and transient analysis of linear and non-linear EC are developed. Some examples are presented in order to illustrate the approach.

TEM (thermoelectric Peltier modules) are devices that convert electrical power in a temperature gradient. Its action is based on Peltier effect. The devices are relatively simple and with small dimensions, they possess a good construction reliability and long service life (over 200,000 hours). They do not have any moving parts or environmentally harmful refrigerants. Modern TEM are highly effective—with power up to several hundreds of watts. In recent years, thermoelectric cooling systems have been widely used. They have been applied in modern vehicles for cooling and preserving products during their transportation, in portable cooling bags, computer, military and medical equipment. Usually in TEM catalogue data present some transducer characteristics and maximum parameters, but they are insufficient to create highly efficient thermoelectric systems. The purpose of this article is to offer a relatively easy method for modeling of TEM, and the results are presented in tabular and graphic form by Matlab.

The research area of mobile network has increased rapidly due to the new technologies in this field. In the RNP (radio network planning), the dimensioning of LTE (long term evolution) radio access network is a very important and critical process to get the required network performance and optimal cost. The planning and dimensioning simulation tools play an important role to select the optimal parameters values. A simulation dimensioning tool is introduced with GUI using MATLAB programs to represent mathematical formulas of LTE planning. The purpose of designing new tool is to be aware of the concept of planning, steps, different parameters and calculations used to understand planning better. A dimensioning tool that makes use of the link budget for cell coverage should be used, where a system level simulator may be used for the best estimation of capacity which is an input for the tool. The tool determines the cell range using coverage analysis. Then a capacity analysis is performed for capacity requirements. At the end the cell radius, throughput and the number of sites are determined. In this paper, a detailed LTE radio network planning procedure has been clearly presented which concentrates on coverage and capacity estimations. The tool is capable of dimensioning LTE network to give the number of sites of the base stations needed to cover a certain area. The simulator results are verified by other simulation tool (ATOLL simulation) which gives the same results as the new simulator tool.

Fourteen samples from acacia (Robinia pseudoacacia), lime(Tilia sp.), sunflower (Helianthus annuus), thistle (Onopordum acanthium), forest and honeydew honeys have been characterized according to their parameters of mineral and sugar content, color characteristics and refractive index. The samples have been grouped in two clusters–monofloral lime honey and monofloral acacia honey on the basis of the investigated characteristics by cluster analysis. The honey samples from sunflower and honey from Onopordum acanthium are incorrectly classified according to their botanical origin as lime honey while the honeydew and lime honey are determined correctly. By applying factor analysis the investigated indicators reduced to 6 factors explained 91.55 % from the entire variation. The parameters with the highest factor weight influence on the distribution of honey in clusters.

HRV (heart rate variability) is a general noninvasive method for indicating the activities of ANS (autonomic nervous system). The surrogate of HRV is PRV (pulse rate variability), where the variability of resting PPG (photo plethysmo graphy) indicates the activities of ANS and peripheral circulation. However, the quick responses of thermoregulation and limb movement are restrictedly performed since of the beat-to-beat timescale property of PRV. Recently, iPRV (instantaneous pulse rate variability) has been developed to break the limitation. The iPRV adopts empirical mode decomposition for noise reduction and estimates the instantaneous period for higher time resolution. Thus, an ultra-frequency band called VHF (very high frequency) was held. The aim of this study is to concentrate the iPRV presentation on fever adolescent who is possibly under immature body regulation. Thirty participates, whose age were 7 to 18 years old, were recruited in pediatric clinic. The resting PPG signals were acquired for 10 minutes in a supine position. The analysis results show the conventional ranges of iPRV also observe the activities of ANS. As well, the modified indices including VHF are significant difference (p-value < 0.05) between fever and feverless symptoms. Based on the statistical evidence, this study provides the potential of the indicator of thermoregulation on peripheral circulation.

This work aims to use sentiment analysis techniques, data mining, text mining and natural language processing to indicate the polarity of texts using SVM (support vector machine). Weka software and a movie review database from IMDb (internet movie database) were used. This work uses preprocessing filters and WRAPPER techniques and SVM for classification. It presents better results when compared to other preprocessing techniques used in sentiment analysis.

E-Health is the activity with the usage of electronic information resources in the health sector and it ensures rapid access of medical professionals and patients to them. This paper presents an approach to the e-Health monitoring system development based on the IoT (internet of things technology) technologies. For such kind of system designing the Hub IoT technology and mathematical apparatus of fuzzy logic are suggested. The paper deals with the analysis of existing technologies IoT, discovered the using cloud services advantages for data processing and storage in the IoT systems (in particular IoT Hub). To improve the cloud service efficiency for data transmission and processing the approach to preprocessing data in e-Health monitoring system is proposed. This approach takes into account the software and hardware infrastructure as the common influence factor. For understanding the specificity of medical data it is proposed to use the mathematical methods based on fuzzy logic for data processing.

In this paper, we shall present the impact of the development of ICT and internet on the government organization, education and archaeology, focusing on such contexts in Libya. The number of students enrolling faculties and the number of faculties and universities is increasing. Due to its geographic inconveniences (mainly desert and hard-to-reach areas) the educational opportunities are not the same for all Libyan students. The open classroom program was launched to overcome this obstacle. On the other hand, e-learning is still not recognized as a valid model of education. The paper offers the insight in activities to be undertaken in order to improve the e-learning programs on Libyan faculties and universities. Libya has also launched the e-government program in order to improve the services provided by the governmental institutions to businesses and citizens. The implementation of e-government program is still in its early stages of development. Implementation of ICT in archaeology is also considered in this paper with the reference to the condition of Libya’s cultural heritage after the recent civil war, loss of many valuable artifacts and information. In this paper, we reflected on how the implementation of ICT in archaeology can prevent damage and destruction of cultural heritage.
